Portable surgical hand disinfection sprayer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfection sprayers, in particular to a portable hand disinfection sprayer for surgery.
Background
In medical operations such as surgery, hand disinfection is of paramount importance, traditional disinfection modes mostly adopt hand washing and disinfecting of hand washing pools or use large-scale disinfection equipment, however, under some special scenes, such as field first aid, temporarily built simple medical places, ambulances and transportation processes, convenient hand washing facilities or large-scale disinfection equipment are difficult to obtain, and therefore requirements are put forward for portable hand disinfection tools.
In the prior art, as in CN111744044A, a disinfection sprayer is disclosed, comprising a sprayer body, a holding space, a power supply and a holding piece, wherein the holding space is provided with a spraying opening, a vibration atomizing piece is arranged in the spraying opening, an electrolysis piece is arranged in the holding space, the sprayer body is also internally provided with the power supply which is respectively electrically connected with the vibration atomizing piece and the electrolysis piece, and the holding piece is used for being connected with the outside to move the sprayer body, wherein the sprayer body is rotationally connected with the holding piece through a connecting piece.
However, in the prior art, the sprayer with large volume can be uniformly disinfected, but the whole size is large, the portable disinfection gel is not easy to carry when being used outdoors, and the traditional portable disinfection gel can not effectively cover all positions of hands, especially nails, finger joints and other parts, has limited disinfection effect, and a doctor must empty two hands when disinfecting, one hand presses, and the other hand is connected with disinfection solution, so that the disinfection can not be carried out on one hand, and the portable disinfection gel is inconvenient to operate.
We have therefore proposed a portable surgical hand disinfection sprayer in order to solve the problems set out above.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a portable hand disinfection sprayer for surgery, which solves the problem that the conventional disinfection equipment provided by the background art can not be used for carrying and uniformly disinfecting a single hand.
The portable surgical hand disinfection sprayer comprises a storage component, wherein the front surface of the storage component is fixedly connected with a support component, the inside of the support component is fixedly connected with a spraying component, the storage component comprises a storage tank, the storage tank is used for storing disinfection liquid, a partition grid is fixedly embedded at the top of the storage tank, a miniature water pump is arranged in the partition grid, the spraying component comprises a fixing pipe, four communication hoses are fixedly connected to the outer surface of one side of the fixing pipe, each two communication hoses are divided into one group, two groups of communication hoses are symmetrically arranged, a plurality of mist nozzles are arranged on the outer surface of each communication hose, the mist nozzles are used for spraying disinfection liquid at the positions of the palm and the back of a hand in a mist state, a plurality of line-type nozzles are arranged in the middle of the outer surface of one side of the fixing pipe and are used for spraying disinfection liquid to the positions of the hand joints, and a plurality of conveying pipes are fixedly communicated with the other side of the fixing pipe.
Preferably, the inner wall of the partition grid is close to the miniature water pump and is provided with a mobile power supply, the miniature water pump is electrically connected with the mobile power supply, and the top of the partition grid is connected with a protective cover in a clamping mode.
Preferably, one side of the inner wall of the storage tank, which is close to the conveying pipe, is fixedly connected with a communicating bin, a closed pipeline is fixedly communicated between the bottom of the partition grid and the outer surface of the output pipe, the output end of the miniature water pump is fixedly communicated with the output pipe, and the output pipe is placed in the output pipe.
Preferably, the input of miniature water pump is fixed to be linked together and is had the input tube, the one end of input tube runs through the division check to outside, the input tube is used for taking out the inside antiseptic solution of storage tank, the screw thread mouth has been seted up to one side of storage tank, and the screw thread mouth is used for injecting the antiseptic solution, the inner wall threaded connection of screw thread mouth has the sealing plug, and the sealing plug is used for guaranteeing that the antiseptic solution does not flow from the storage tank inside, the opposite side fixedly connected with portable rope of storage tank.
Preferably, the support assembly comprises a fixed bottom plate, a protective cover is fixedly connected to the top of the fixed bottom plate, the fixed bottom plate is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the storage tank, one side of the fixed bottom plate is fixedly connected with a positioning strip, a control switch is arranged at the top of the positioning strip, and the control switch is in wireless connection with the miniature water pump.
Preferably, the middle part of the fixed bottom plate is fixedly connected with two wrapping areas, two memory metal strips are inserted in the wrapping areas, a plurality of plastic supporting sheets are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the protective cover, two of the plastic supporting sheets are fixedly connected with the inner top surface of the protective cover, and the other two plastic supporting sheets are fixedly connected with the top of the fixed bottom plate.
Preferably, one end of each of the plurality of conveying pipes sequentially penetrates through the protective cover and the storage tank, and the plurality of conveying pipes are used for conveying disinfectant in the storage tank to the inside of the fixed pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. When the portable disinfection device is used, the curled memory metal strips are straightened, so that the fixed bottom plate and the protective cover are supported to be opened, the opened protective cover can be kept three-dimensional under the lifting action of the telescopic rod, the wrist part presses the switch button of the control switch, so that the miniature water pump is controlled to be started, the miniature water pump starts to pressurize, disinfection liquid in the storage tank is pumped out through the input pipe and then is conveyed into the communicating bin through the output pipe, and the communicating bin is communicated with a plurality of conveying pipes, so that the disinfection liquid can reach the fixed pipe through the conveying pipes at a high speed, finally is sprayed out from a plurality of mist nozzles at a high pressure through the communicating hose, and disinfects both the palm and the back of hand, and the state emitted by the linear nozzles is concentrated, so that the disinfection device can reach between finger seams, thereby achieving the advantages of portability, convenient use and uniform disinfection.
2. When the portable water pump is used, the protective cover can be driven to be opened by expanding the fixed bottom plate, the two wrapping areas are sewn on the fixed bottom plate, the wrapping areas act like a pocket, so that the memory metal strips can be arranged in the pocket, when the memory metal strips are straightened, a straight line is formed, an arch structure is formed in the cross section, the long sides of the memory metal strips can be supported by the structure without bending, the fixed bottom plate is expanded, after the portable water pump is used, the fixed bottom plate and the protective cover are wrapped outside the storage tank in a winding mode, so that the portable water pump can be conveniently carried, when the portable water pump is to be wound, the memory metal strips are bent by breaking the original arch structure, the memory metal strips can be immediately restored to a default memory state and contracted into a curled circle, so that the memory metal strips are wound on the storage tank, medical staff can be arranged in the pocket or the medical bag in a carrying mode, the wound protective cover is loose, the positioning strips are pressed at the edges of the fixed bottom plate and the protective cover, the edges of the protective cover and the fixed bottom plate can be effectively prevented from being scratched, and the miniature water pump can be turned on the miniature water pump by pressing a control switch to realize the opening and closing of the miniature water pump.
3. The application method and the working principle of the device are as follows: when in use, the whole disinfection sprayer can be arranged in a pocket or stored in a medical bag, the occupied space is small, then when the disinfection sprayer needs to be used in surgical treatment, the disinfection sprayer is taken out, the disinfection solution is injected into the storage tank 101 before the storage is stored, the sealing plug 107 is unscrewed, then the disinfection solution is poured into the storage tank 101 from the threaded opening 106, finally the sealing plug 107 is screwed into the threaded opening 106, the disinfection solution is prevented from flowing out of the storage tank 101, the portable rope 102 is convenient to hold, the curled memory metal strip 205 is straightened, thereby supporting the fixed bottom plate 204 and the protective cover 201 to be opened, the opened protective cover 201 can be kept three-dimensional under the lifting action of the telescopic rod 304, the whole disinfection sprayer can be placed on a table top, at the moment, a surgical medical staff stretches hands into the protective cover 201, the switch button of the control switch 206 is pressed at the wrist to control and start the micro water pump 108, so that the micro water pump 108 starts to pressurize, the disinfection solution in the storage tank 101 is pumped out through the input pipe 110 and then is conveyed into the communicating bin 112 through the output pipe 109, the disinfection solution can reach the fixed pipe 401 through the plurality of conveying pipes 402 at high speed, finally is sprayed out from the plurality of mist nozzles 405 at high pressure through the communicating hose 404, meanwhile, the palm and the back of the hand are disinfected, the state of the line type nozzles 403 is concentrated, the line type nozzles can reach the finger joints, the fixed bottom plate 204 is a soft plate, the line type nozzles can be folded and rolled up, when the hand is required to be disinfected, the protection cover 201 can be driven to be opened by unfolding the fixed bottom plate 204, the protection cover 201 is made of fiber cloth, the plastic support sheet 207 for supporting is arranged, the plastic support sheet 207 is made of plastic material, a certain supporting force is provided, rolling is not affected, the protective cover 201 can form a space, hands can be put in during disinfection, the memory metal strip 205 can be arranged in the space by sewing two wrapping areas 203 on the fixed bottom plate 204, the wrapping areas 203 act like pockets, the memory metal strip 205 is straightened, a straight line is formed when the memory metal strip 205 is straightened, an arch structure is formed when the memory metal strip 205 is straightened, the structure can support the long edge of the memory metal strip 205 without bending, the fixed bottom plate 204 is unfolded, the fixed bottom plate 204 and the protective cover 201 are wrapped outside the storage tank 101 in a rolling mode after use, so that the portable advantage is achieved, the memory metal strip 205 is bent when rolling is needed, the original arch structure is destroyed, the memory metal strip 205 is immediately restored to the default memory state and is contracted into a curled circle, so that the memory metal strip is wound on the storage tank 101, a medical staff can wear the memory metal strip in a pocket or a medical bag when carrying, the wound protective cover 201 is loose, the positioning strip 202 is pressed at the edges of the fixed bottom plate 204 and the protective cover 201, the edges of the protective cover 201 and the fixed bottom plate 204 can be protected, the protective cover 201 and the edges of the fixed bottom plate 204 can be effectively prevented from being scratched and damaged, the micro water pump 108 is started and closed by pressing the wrist at the switch of the control switch 206, when the fixed bottom plate 204 and the protective cover 201 are wound up in use, the telescopic rod 304 is in a contracted state, the anti-skid clamping strip 307 can be just clamped inside the positioning buckle 305 when the fixed bottom plate 204 and the protective cover 201 are unfolded, the anti-slip clamping strip 307 is pulled out outwards, the fixing block 303 rotates in the installation frame 301 when pulled out, the rotating block 302 can play a role in positioning, the telescopic rod 304 is fully elongated until the position of the anti-slip clamping strip 307 corresponds to the position of the connecting buckle 306, the anti-slip clamping strip 307 is clamped into the connecting buckle 306 and clamped by the connecting buckle 306, and at the moment, the positioning buckle 305 can support the thicker position of the telescopic rod 304, so that the telescopic rod 304 can hoist the opening of the protective cover 201, and the opening of the protective cover 201 is opened.
The wiring diagrams of the mobile power supply 104, the micro water pump 108 and the control switch 206 in the present invention belong to common knowledge in the art, and the working principle thereof is a known technology, and the model thereof is selected to be a proper model according to actual use, so the control mode and wiring arrangement of the mobile power supply 104, the micro water pump 108 and the control switch 206 are not explained in detail.
