Abstract
本发明为一种铁营养强化剂的制备方法及其产品。制备时,只需将EDTA钠盐与铁盐按一定比例反应,再经调pH值、浓缩、过滤、重结晶及干燥即可制得产品。本制备方法科学合理,简单易行,所得产品水溶性好、性能稳定、无异味、无毒副作用,人体吸收好,可做为铁营养补充剂或其它食品中的铁营养强化剂;成本低,效益高。
Description
本发明涉及保健营养添加剂,特别是一种铁营养强化剂的制备方法及其产品。
目前,全球约有3亿人口受到铁营养状况不良的困扰,其中50%为缺铁性贫血。我国不同年龄组平均缺铁性贫血发病率为20%。目前常用的补铁剂分为两类,一类为血红素铁,主要来源于动物血液,其在人体中吸收率较高,但原料少,加工成本高,难以在市场上使用;另一类为非血红素铁,主要为各种铁盐,其吸收率较低,对食物载体感观易产生不良影响,并受到食物中各种铁吸收抑制因子的影响,铁盐还会引起肠胃不适等副作用。
本发明的目的是提供一种可以制备出吸收率较高,水溶性好,价格低廉,稳定性强,对口味等无明显影响的铁营养强化剂的制备方法。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种利用上述制备方法制得的产品。
本发明的制备方法包括将乙二胺四乙酸(记为EDTA)的钠盐与铁盐在水中、0~60℃下,调节PH至1-7,反应0.1~2小时,浓缩后经过滤、重结晶、干燥即得产品。
本发明的制备方法中所述铁盐可为三价铁盐或二价铁盐;三价铁盐优选为硝酸铁、三氯化铁;二价铁盐优选为硫酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁。
本发明的制备方法中所述调节PH值过程可采用碳酸氢钠和/或氢氧化钠。
本发明的制备方法中所述浓缩过程可采用减压浓缩或静止沉淀,静止时间2-48小时。
本发明的制备方法中所述重结晶过程可采用50-100%乙醇溶液进行2-5次重结晶。
本发明的制备方法中所述干燥过程优选用自然干燥。
本发明的制备方法还可以包括将制得的NaFe-EDTA结晶进一步与其它原料混合制得片剂、胶囊、口服液或其它食物和饮料。
采用本发明的制备方法制得的产品为浅黄色至棕色的NaFe-EIDTA结晶或粉末,有很好的水溶性。
本发明的制备方法科学合理,简单易行;所制产品水溶性好、稳定性强,无异味,无毒副作用,人体吸收率高,且成本低,效益好;可做为各种食品的铁营养强化剂,可制得具有强化铁功效的营养保健食品及药品。
研究结果表明,NaFe-EDTA分别强化在食糖、牛奶、甜木薯粉、 面粉及玉米粉中,其吸收率与铁盐相近,但不受食物中抑制因子的影响;在不同食物中,其吸收率基本一致;在含有较强吸收抑制因子的食物中,如谷物中,NaFe-EDTA的吸收率比铁盐高2-3倍;研究还表明,NaFe-EDTA的吸收同样受到食物中铁促进因子如肉类、VC等的作用而提高;特别是NaFe-EDTA强化牛奶和面粉的吸收率分别达到16.8%和14.6%,比FeSO4的吸收率分别高出8.4%和6.6%。
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1
一种利用硝酸铁、2Na-EDTA和Vc制备铁营养补充片剂的方法及其产品,其过程是:
取25.048g硝酸铁溶于50ml水中,取23.79g2Na-EDTA溶于100ml水中,将2Na-EDTA溶液缓慢混入硝酸铁溶液中,以碳酸氢钠和氢氧化钠调节PH值至5,反应1小时,静置3hr后过滤,以80%乙醇溶液重结晶3次,即可得到17.5g浅棕色的NaFe-EDTA;将50mg的NaFe-EDTA与30mgVc及辅料混合,即可制得口感好、易吸收的咀嚼片,片重0.5g,可用于补充铁元素,防治缺铁性贫血。
实施例2
一种补铁胶囊的制备方法。其过程是:
取FeCL316.74g溶于50ml水中,取2Na-EDTA24g溶于100ml水中,二者混合后,以碳酸氢钠和氢氧化钠调节PH值至5,反应1.5小时,静止4hr后过滤,将滤物用90%乙醇溶液重结晶3次,干燥后可得到16.1gNaFe-EDTA;将NaFe-EDTA与Vc、叶酸、VB12、乳酸锌及吡哆醇复合制成胶囊,每个重0.6g,可用于防治各种贫血症状。
实施例3
一种补铁口服液的制备方法,其过程是:
取FeSO4 10.54g溶于30ml水中,取2Na-EDTA24g溶于100ml水中,二者混合后,以NaOH调PH至5,反应2小时,静置4hr后过滤,将滤物用70%乙醇溶液重结晶3次,干燥后可得到15.9gNaFe-EDTA棕色晶体;
将NaFe-EDTA与黑加伦果汁、Vc混合制成口服液,单位包装为10ml或5ml,可用于防治缺铁性贫血。
实施例4
一种铁营养强化剂的制备方法,过程如下:
取乳酸亚铁17.8g溶于50ml水,取2Na-EDTA 24g溶于100ml水中,二者混合后,用碳酸氢钠调节PH值至5,反应2小时,静置5小时后,用真空泵减压浓缩至50ml,过滤,滤物采用80%乙醇结晶5次,自然干燥后得到15.5gNaFe-EDTA。
使用时,做为强化食品的铁营养强化剂,每公斤面粉、豆粉、奶粉等食物中添加200mg-440mgNaFe-EDTA;或在每升各类汽水、酱油、软饮料、花色果奶、酸奶、乳酸饮料中添加50-400mgNaFe-EDTA。
所述实施例只是对本发明的进一步说明,不应理解为是对本发明的限制。
Claims (8)
1、一种铁营养强化剂的制备方法,其特征是将EDTA的钠盐与铁盐在水中、0~60℃下,调节PH至1-7,反应0.1~2小时,浓缩后经过滤、重结晶、干燥即得产品。
2、如权利要求1的制备方法,其特征是所述铁盐为三价铁盐或二价铁盐;三价铁盐优选为硝酸铁、三氯化铁;二价铁盐优选为硫酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁。
3、如权利要求1的制备方法,其特征是所述调节PH值过程采用碳酸氢钠和/或氢氧化钠。
4、如权利要求1的制备方法,其特征是所述浓缩过程采用减压浓缩或静止沉淀,静止时间为2-48小时。
5、如权利要求1的制备方法,其特征是所述重结晶过程采用50-100%乙醇溶液进行2-5次重结晶。
6、如权利要求1的制备方法,其特征是所述干燥过程优选用自然干燥。
7、如权利要求1的制备方法,其特征是将制得的NaFe-EDTA结晶进一步与其它原料混合制得片剂、胶囊、口服液。
8、一种铁营养强化剂,其特征是采用如权利要求1-7之一的方法制得的产品。
