本发明涉及油浸式变压器领域,尤其涉及温度响应型抗氧化变压器油及制备方法及油浸式变压器。
背景技术
变压器油作为油浸式变压器中的关键介质,在电力设备中扮演着绝缘与散热的双重角色。随着电力工业的快速发展,对变压器油的性能要求不断提高。目前市场上的变压器油主要包括矿物油、合成油和植物油三大类,其中矿物油因其性价比高、性能稳定等优势,仍然是最主流的选择。现代变压器油在精制工艺、添加剂技术等方面已取得显著进步,能够在一定程度上满足各类变压器的运行需求。
在实际应用中,变压器油承担着多重功能:提供优良的绝缘性能,防止变压器内部各带电部件之间发生击穿;通过对流作用将变压器运行过程中产生的热量及时散发出去;同时还具有灭弧、防锈等辅助功能。高品质的变压器油通常具有较高的击穿电压、较低的介电损耗角正切值、适宜的粘度和良好的氧化稳定性等特征。
然而,变压器油在长期使用过程中会发生复杂的劣化过程,这种劣化现象与温度因素密切相关。当变压器温度升高时,油品中的碳氢化合物与氧气的反应速率显著增加,产生各类含氧活性化合物,这些物质不仅降低了油品的绝缘性能,还会进一步催化氧化反应,形成恶性循环。
更为严重的是,在高温条件下,变压器油中的某些不稳定组分会发生热分解,产生低分子量烃类和游离碳等物质,这些分解产物不仅改变了油品的物理化学性质,还会在变压器内部沉积,形成油泥,影响散热效果。此外,温度升高还会加快变压器油与金属部件之间的反应,特别是铜、铁等金属在高温下会加速油品的氧化降解。传统变压器油中添加的抗氧化剂等功能性添加剂在高温环境下会加速消耗,一旦添加剂耗尽,油品的劣化速度会急剧增加。
这些变质现象最终会导致变压器油的绝缘性能显著下降,散热效果恶化,并出现腐蚀性增加等问题,严重影响变压器的安全运行和使用寿命。因此,开发一种能够在温度升高时主动响应并释放抗氧化组分的新型变压器油具有重要意义。这种智能响应型变压器油能够根据温度变化自动调节其抗氧化能力,在高温条件下提供更强的保护作用,从而延缓油品劣化,提高变压器的运行可靠性和使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供一种温度响应型抗氧化变压器油。这种变压器油能够根据温度变化调节其抗氧化能力,具备随温度变化的复杂反应网络,通过预防性保护、动态平衡保护和牺牲性保护等多重机制的协同作用,实现了对体系的全方位、多层次保护,确保了油品在各种温度条件下的稳定性和可靠性。
本发明的目的之一是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
温度响应型抗氧化变压器油,按重量份数包括如下组分:高度精制石蜡基础油:65-70份;加氢处理环烷基油:25-30份;热活化型硫醚类抗氧剂:0.3-0.4份;热活化型过氧化物引发剂:0.2-0.3份;有机磷类协同剂:0.4-0.8份;助剂:0.09-0.21份。当温度升高时,热活化型硫醚类抗氧剂释放活性基团,捕获氧气分子,热活化型过氧化物引发剂产生自由基捕获油品分子并激活热活化型硫醚类抗氧剂,有机磷类协同剂形成金属保护膜并使热活化型硫醚类抗氧剂循环再生。
本发明进一步设置为:热活化型硫醚类抗氧剂、热活化型过氧化物引发剂、有机磷类协同剂分别为二硫代二丙基醚,二叔丁基过氧化物,三苯基亚磷酸酯。
本发明进一步设置为:助剂按重量份包括:的助剂按重量份数包括如下组分:二烷基二硫代磷酸锌:0.03-0.08份;甲基苯并三氮唑:0.05-0.10份;消泡剂:0.01-0.03份;其中,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌为金属钝化剂,甲基苯并三氮唑为防锈剂。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种温度响应型抗氧化变压器油的制备方法。

一种温度响应型抗氧化变压器油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)基础油预处理;(2)温敏性组分添加;(3)防护体系构建;(4)热处理活化。
本发明进一步设置为:基础油预处理的具体步骤为:在300-320℃,56MPa压力下,通入纯度≥99.99%的氢气进行精制处理40-46小时;然后降温至20℃进行脱蜡处理6-8小时,采用0.8μm精度过滤。
本发明进一步设置为:温敏性组分添加的具体步骤为:在45-50℃下,氮气保护条件下,依次加入二硫代二丙基醚,二叔丁基过氧化物,三苯基亚磷酸酯,每次加入后搅拌30分钟。
本发明进一步设置为:防护体系构建的具体步骤为:升温至65-70℃加入二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,70-75℃加入甲基苯并三氮唑,75-80℃加入消泡剂。
本发明进一步设置为:热处理活化的具体步骤为:以2℃/min的速率升温至130℃,保温2小时后自然冷却至室温。
本发明的目的之三是提供一种温度响应型抗氧化变压器油所应用的油浸式变压器。
本发明的目的之三是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种油浸式变压器,采用如上的温度响应型抗氧化变压器油,采用如上的制备方法制备温度响应型抗氧化变压器油。
综上,本发明具有以下有益效果:
预防性保护:在常温(25-50℃)时,三苯基亚磷酸酯首先与金属表面发生反应,形成初始保护膜,主要通过Cu+ +P(C6H5O)3→[Cu-P(C6H5O)3]+ 和Fe2+ +P(C6H5O)3→[Fe-P(C6H5O)3]²+ 反应进行。此时二硫代二丙基醚和二叔丁基过氧化物活性较低,体系处于相对静止状态。
当温度升至中温区间(50-100℃),二硫代二丙基醚开始活化,通过C3H7-S-S-C3H7+ROO•→C3H7-S•-S-C3H7+ROOH反应捕获自由基。同时二叔丁基过氧化物开始缓慢分解:(CH3)3C-O-O-C(CH3)3→2(CH3)3C-O•,三苯基亚磷酸酯则参与协同反应,进而使得二硫代二丙基醚循环再生:C3H7-S•-S-C3H7+P(C6H5O)3→C3H7-S-S-C3H7+P•(C6H5O)3。
动态平衡保护:进入高温区间(100-150℃),二叔丁基过氧化物分解加快,产生的(CH3)3C-O•与油品分子反应:(CH3)3C-O•+RH→(CH3)3C-OH+R•,释放大量自由基。自由基激发二硫代二丙基醚,使其活性增强,通过C3H7-S-S-C3H7+ROO•→C3H7-S(O)-S-C3H7+RO•反应大量捕获自由基。三苯基亚磷酸酯则快速分解过氧化物:P(C6H5O)3+ROOH→O=P(C6H5O)3+ROH。
牺牲性保护:温度超过150℃后,过氧化物发生剧烈分解:2ROOH→ROH+RO•+H2O,金属表面保护膜通过[M-P(C6H5O)3]ⁿ++O2→[M-O=P(C6H5O)3]ⁿ+反应不断增厚,起到对变压器内表面的增强保护作用。产生RO•的与二硫代二丙基醚反应:RO•+C3H7-S-S-C3H7→ROH+C3H7-S•-S-C3H7。二硫代二丙基醚与三苯基亚磷酸酯发生最终的协同反应:
带有未配对电子的二硫代二丙基醚自由基的循环再生:C3H7-S•-S-C3H7+P(C6H5O)3→C3H7-S-S-C3H7+P•(C6H5O)3,
不稳定的带电三苯基亚磷酸酯吸收氧气形成氧化三苯基亚磷酸酯:P•(C6H5O)3+O2→O=P(C6H5O)3,
氧化后的二硫代二丙基醚的循环再生:C3H7-S(O)-S-C3H7+P(C6H5O)3→C3H7-S-S-C3H7+O=P(C6H5O)3。
以上的抗氧剂、引发剂和协同剂形成了完整的协同防护网络:二硫代二丙基醚主要负责捕获自由基,二叔丁基过氧化物分解产生的自由基被其他组分及时清除,起到激活二硫代二丙基醚的作用,使抗氧化体系能够在油品受到热应激时及时启动保护机制,而不是等到外部氧化压力产生后才开始反应。三苯基亚磷酸酯既形成保护膜又参与协同反应对二硫代二丙基醚的自由基与氧化物进行循环再生。随着温度升高,三种组分依次激活,相互配合,共同维持体系的抗氧化稳定性。在整个温度范围内,这种多重协同作用确保了油品的持续稳定,即使在高温条件下也能保持良好的防护效果。
另外,本申请采用了二叔丁基过氧化物,用于作为引发剂用于聚合反应,而在现有技术中,二叔丁基过氧化物很少与抗氧剂组合使用,其原因是一般情况下认为过氧化物会存在降低抗氧化性能的情况。而本申请通过二叔丁基过氧化物作为引发剂提前在温度提升时激活整体的抗氧化体系。
并且,本申请需要强调的是其配比中,有机磷协同剂的配比量大于抗氧化剂的配比量,进而通过引发剂、抗氧化剂体系,使得抗氧化剂始终处于不断的循环再生中,并在高温状态下保持其抗氧化作用,形成动态平衡的抗氧化机制。而现有的抗氧化剂体系在高温下容易出现失效,并且油品快速劣化。
另外,本申请所提供的消泡剂(二甲基聚硅氧烷)中的Si-O键与二硫代二丙基醚的活性基团形成氢键,能够降低体系表面张力,提高抗氧化剂的分散性。减少气泡,降低氧气与油品的接触面积。
苯并三氮唑与二硫代磷酸锌在金属表面形成双层保护膜,内层为金属磷酸锌盐膜,外层为疏水性三氮唑配合物膜,双层膜结构能够提高防锈效果。
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌能够降低金属离子的催化氧化作用,减少抗氧化剂的消耗速率,延长抗氧化剂的有效期。
具体实施方式
本申请设计了A1-A5五个实验组与B1-B2两个对照组进行实验。

1.酸值测试(mgKOH/g):反映油品的氧化劣化程度
原理:油品在高温和氧气作用下氧化会产生酸性物质,酸值越低表明:抗氧化性能越好,油品劣化程度越小,温度响应型抗氧化体系的防止氧化效果越好。
500h后,A5组酸值仅为0.048,而对照组B1达到0.526,说明新配方具有优异的抗氧化性能。
2.击穿电压(kV):反映油品的绝缘性能
原理:反映油品承受电场强度的能力,与油中水分、杂质和极性物质含量相关,温度升高时击穿电压的保持能力反映油品的热稳定性。
在175°C时,A5组仍保持67.9kV,而B1组降至44.8kV,表明新配方在高温下仍能保持良好的绝缘性能。
3.抗氧化剂残留率(%):反映抗氧化剂体系的持久性和循环再生能力
残留率越高说明抗氧化剂消耗越慢,体现了循环再生的效果,反映抗氧化体系的经济性。
96h后A5组残留率为83.6%,而B2组仅为47.3%,证明了专利配方中抗氧化剂具有良好的循环再生能力。
4.铜片腐蚀等级(ASTMD130):反映油品对金属的保护性能
原理:评价油品与金属接触后的腐蚀程度,反映有机磷类协同剂形成保护膜的效果,等级从1a到4c逐渐恶化。
96h后A4、A5组仍保持1a级,验证了金属保护膜的形成效果
5.粘度变化率(%):反映油品的热氧化稳定性和结构保持能力
原理:粘度升高表明油品发生了聚合或氧化,变化率越小说明油品热稳定性越好,反映油品在高温下的使用寿命。
300h后A5组仅增加5.38%,而B1组增加24.75%,说明新配方能有效抑制油品的热氧化降解
6.介质损耗因数(tanδ)
技术效果:反映油品的介电性能和杂质含量
原理:反映油品在交变电场作用下的能量损耗,与油品的极性物质含量相关,是评价变压器油品质的重要指标。
上述,300h后A5组为0.00048,而B1组达到0.00123,表明新配方能更好地维持油品的电气性能。
综上所述,本申请所述的这种变压器油能够根据温度变化调节其抗氧化能力,具备随温度变化的复杂反应网络,通过预防性保护、动态平衡保护和牺牲性保护等多重机制的协同作用,实现了对体系的全方位、多层次保护,确保了油品在各种温度条件下的稳定性和可靠性。

该制备方法包含四个主要步骤:
1.基础油预处理:
高度精制石蜡基础油:65-70份;
加氢处理环烷基油:25-30份;
在300-320℃、56MPa压力条件下通入高纯度氢气(≥99.99%)进行精制处理40-46小时,随后降至20℃进行脱蜡处理6-8小时,最后用0.8μm精度进行过滤。
2.温敏性组分添加:
在45-50℃下,在氮气保护条件下依次加入:
二硫代二丙基醚0.3-0.4份;
二叔丁基过氧化物0.2-0.3份;
三苯基亚磷酸酯0.4-0.8;
每加入一种组分后都需搅拌30分钟。
3.防护体系构建:
采用升温方式依次加入:
65-70℃时加入二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.03-0.08份;
70-75℃时加入甲基苯并三氮唑0.05-0.10份;
75-80℃时加入二甲基聚硅氧烷0.01-0.03份。
4.热处理活化:
以2℃/min的升温速率将温度升至130℃,在130℃下保温2小时,之后自然冷却至室温。
该制备方法具有如下特点:
基础油预处理阶段(300-320℃,56MPa)的高温高压氢气精制过程可以深度去除基础油中的不饱和化合物、含硫化合物和含氮化合物,显著提高基础油的化学稳定性。0.8μm的精密过滤则确保了极高的纯度,这从测试数据中反映为初始介质损耗因数极低(A5组为0.00040)。
温敏性组分的添加采用了45-50℃的温和条件和氮气保护,温度既能保证组分溶解,又不会激活过氧化物。三种组分的依次添加(二硫代二丙基醚、二叔丁基过氧化物、三苯基亚磷酸酯)形成了协同作用体系,数据显示在130℃长期热老化后,A5组的酸值仅为0.048,远低于对照组B1的0.526,证明温敏性体系的有效性。
防护体系构建采用了65-80℃的阶梯升温方案,使二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、甲基苯并三氮唑能够依次在最适温度下与基础油充分作用。这在铜片腐蚀试验中表现出色,96小时后A5组仍保持1a级,说明金属保护膜形成良好。
最后的130℃热处理活化步骤(2℃/min升温)让整个体系达到最佳状态,这在抗氧化剂残留率测试中得到验证:96小时后A5组仍保持83.6%的高残留率,而常规产品B2仅为47.3%。缓慢的升温速率确保了体系的均匀性,避免了局部过热。
与现有技术相比,这套制备方法实现了温和条件下的深度处理,避免了传统工艺中高温反应导致的副产物生成,提高了产品的热稳定性和电气性能。同时,精确的温度控制和依次添加确保了各功能组分能够在最佳条件下发挥作用,形成了协同保护效应。300小时的运动粘度变化率测试中加以印证:A5组仅增加5.38%,而B1组增加了24.75%。
上述的制备方法,尤其是在高温长期使用条件下的稳定性方面具有较好的使用效益。
本申请还提供了一种油浸式变压器,采用了上述的制备方法所制备的温度响应型抗氧化变压器油。
