在现有钢化玻璃以及生产过程中存在以下问题:侧边缺乏防护性,容易导致边缘损伤和裂纹扩展,并且在加工过程中若需要在侧边涂覆防护材料,则需要人工手动刮平处理,导致工作效率,造成人力的耗费。
发明内容
因此,为了解决上述不足,本发明提供一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃及其加工工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃及其加工工艺,包括两组玻璃层,所述两组玻璃层内侧分别连接有透明导电膜提供电导性能,所述透明导电膜内侧连接夹层,所述玻璃层侧边通过激光切割出有微型锯齿,微型锯齿区域表面涂覆有侧边稳固层。
优选的,具体步骤如下:
S1玻璃层基材选择与预处理:选用浮法玻璃作为基材,采用厚度为4-8毫米的玻璃,使用超声波清洗设备对基材进行清洗,去除表面的尘埃和油污,之后将玻璃在无尘环境中干燥,确保表面无任何污染物;
S2微型锯齿形边缘加工:微型锯齿的尺寸设置为每个锯齿间距0.5-1毫米,深度0.2-0.5毫米,采用激光切割设备进行边缘加工,激光功率:设定在20-40瓦之间;
S3透明导电膜的沉积:透明导电膜材料为氧化铟锡,厚度为100-200纳米,采用磁控溅射工艺将透明导电膜沉积在玻璃中部区域,在真空度为10^-4托的环境下,溅射功率设定为200-300瓦,沉积时间为30-60分钟;
S4夹层玻璃的组装与层压:使用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯作为夹层材料,厚度为0.38-0.76毫米,将玻璃层、透明导电膜、夹层材料按顺序叠放,放入层压机中进行热压层压,层压温度为120-140℃,持续时间为30-60分钟;
S5钢化处理:将层压好的玻璃进行钢化处理,玻璃加热至620-650℃,使其内部均匀受热,采用空气喷射冷却法冷却玻璃,确保玻璃表面迅速冷却而内部缓慢冷却,从而产生压应力;
S6侧边稳固层加固:选用双组分环氧树脂作为加固材料,在玻璃边缘锯齿形区域均匀涂覆环氧树脂,并且涂覆后采用刮平装置进行刮平处理,之后在60-80℃的环境下固化2-4小时;
S7质量检测与后处理:检查玻璃表面的透明度、导电膜的均匀性以及边缘锯齿形结构的完整性,进行冲击测试和抗弯测试。

一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,S1玻璃层a基材选择与预处理:选用浮法玻璃作为基材,采用厚度为6毫米的玻璃,使用超声波清洗设备对基材进行清洗,去除表面的尘埃和油污,之后将玻璃在无尘环境中干燥,确保表面无任何污染物;S2微型锯齿形边缘加工:微型锯齿的尺寸设置为每个锯齿间距0.75毫米,深度0.35毫米,采用激光切割设备进行边缘加工,激光功率:设定在30瓦之间;S3透明导电膜b的沉积:透明导电膜材料为氧化铟锡,厚度为150纳米,采用磁控溅射工艺将透明导电膜沉积在玻璃中部区域,在真空度为10^-4托的环境下,溅射功率设定为250瓦,沉积时间为45分钟;S4夹层c玻璃的组装与层压:使用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯作为夹层c材料,厚度为0.52毫米,将玻璃层a、透明导电膜b、夹层c材料按顺序叠放,放入层压机中进行热压层压,层压温度为130℃,持续时间为45分钟;S5钢化处理:将层压好的玻璃进行钢化处理,玻璃加热至635℃,使其内部均匀受热,采用空气喷射冷却法冷却玻璃,确保玻璃表面迅速冷却而内部缓慢冷却,从而产生压应力;S6侧边稳固层d加固:选用双组分环氧树脂作为加固材料,在玻璃边缘锯齿形区域均匀涂覆环氧树脂,并且涂覆后采用刮平装置进行刮平处理,之后在70℃的环境下固化3小时;S7质量检测与后处理:检查玻璃表面的透明度、导电膜的均匀性以及边缘锯齿形结构的完整性,进行冲击测试和抗弯测试。
请参阅图2,刮平装置包括用于进行支撑的支板1,支板1顶部设置有托板2,支板1右侧设置有移动板3,移动板3内前后两端安装有刮扫机构4,可对玻璃侧边涂覆的侧边稳固层d进行均匀刮平,支板1背面和移动板3顶部均连接调节机构5,调节机构5可带着移动板3置于托板2上方,并且移动板3底部开设有凹槽,支板1底部设置有传动箱6,传动箱6可带着托板2进行移动。
请参阅图3,传动箱6包括设于支板底部的箱体61,箱体61左侧设置有第一电机62,箱体61内中部设置有螺纹杆63,螺纹杆63左侧连接第一电机62输出轴,螺纹杆63外侧与滑动块64进行螺纹连接,滑动块64顶部设置有连接块65,连接块65顶部贯穿支板1连接托板2,支板1中部与箱体61顶端中部均开设有导向槽。
请参阅图4和图5,刮扫机构4包括设于移动板3内前后两端的固定箱41,两组固定箱41相对设置,固定箱41内侧下端开设有开口,固定箱41顶端中部安装有气缸44,固定箱41顶部左端设置有第二电机45,固定箱41内侧上端设置有进水管43;
固定箱41包括设置箱体411,箱体411内两端设置有带轮412,左端带轮412中部与第二电机45输出轴相接,两组带轮412外侧通过刮扫带413进行同步转动,刮扫带413可对玻璃侧边进行刮动,并且刮扫带413前端通过开口42露出,箱体411内底端中部设置有对刮扫带413进行导向的导轮414,箱体411内上方设置有连接气缸44推出杆的衔接件415,衔接件415左右两侧固定有连杆416,连杆416另一端与支架417相接,支架417下端前后位置置于刮扫带413两侧,并且支架417内侧通过清洁刷418接触刮扫带413,箱体411底部两端对应清洁刷418位置开设有通口,方便进行排水。
请参阅图6、图7和图8,调节机构5包括用于进行支撑的固定板51,固定板51前端面左下端与支板1进行固定,固定板51背面中部焊接有侧架52,侧架52背面设置有第三电机53,固定板51中部设置有传动组件54,传动组件54背面连接第三电机53,传动组件54前端设置有两组导向件55,导向件55底部前端连接移动板3顶部;
传动组件54包括连接第三电机53输出轴的齿轮542,齿轮542底部与齿条543进行啮合,齿条543背面与导杆544相匹配,导杆544背面与侧架52相接,进行支撑,齿条543前端面两端通过支杆545连接位移板546,位移板546背面两端固定有凸起座,凸起座中部被支杆545贯穿,位移板546前端面左右对角位置分别连接导向件55,两组导向件55外侧活动嵌入至两组导轨547内部,两组导轨547右端向下弯折,并且导轨547固定在固定板51内部;
导向件55包括连接位移板546的支撑件551,支撑件551前端活动嵌入至导轨547内部,支撑件551上下两端铰接有主滑轮552,主滑轮552与导轨547内上下两端相接触,支撑件551前端铰接有两组辅滑轮553,并且接触导轨547内前端,支撑件551前端面中部连接有稳固件554,稳固件554呈L形状,稳固件554底部与移动板3进行固定,移动板3跟随其进行移动。
具体实施流程如下:
当需要对涂覆上侧边稳固层d的玻璃侧边进行均匀刮平时,通过启动第一电机62工作,第一电机62带着螺纹杆63进行转动,螺纹杆63转动过程中即可带着滑动块64进行移动,滑动块64通过连接块65带着顶部的托板2移动,托板2移动位置将上一工位的玻璃进行接收,并且将其送入到刮平位置即支板1顶部;
接着启动第三电机53工作,第三电机53带着齿轮542转动,齿轮542转动过程中即可带着齿条543移动,齿条543在导杆544的导向下通过支杆545带着位移板546进行移动,位移板546前端连接的导向件55配合内部的滑轮552在导轨547内进行移动,移动过程中前端稳固件554连接的移动板3跟随移动,往托板2上的玻璃进行移动;
移动过程中起到第二电机45工作,第二电机45带着带轮412转动,带轮412外侧的刮扫带413即可跟随移动,移动过程中接触到玻璃侧边涂覆的侧边稳固层d,对其进行均匀刮平,可驱动第三电机53正反转运动实现往复刮平,刮平结束后即可将移动板3进行复位,同时通过托板2将玻璃送出;
若需要对刮扫带413进行清洁时,将进水管43连接外部的供水设备,使得水进入到箱体411内,接着启动第二电机45工作,使得刮扫带413运动,然后启动气缸44工作,气缸44底部推动杆带着下方的支架417上下运动,使得内侧的清洁刷418对运动过程中的刮扫带413进行清洁,污水由底部的通口排出。

Claims (10)

1.一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃,其特征在于:包括两组玻璃层,所述两组玻璃层内侧分别连接有透明导电膜提供电导性能,所述透明导电膜内侧连接夹层,所述玻璃层侧边通过激光切割出有微型锯齿,微型锯齿区域表面涂覆有侧边稳固层。
2.一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,用于加工如权利要求1所述的夹层玻璃,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
S1玻璃层基材选择与预处理:选用浮法玻璃作为基材,采用厚度为4-8毫米的玻璃,使用超声波清洗设备对基材进行清洗,去除表面的尘埃和油污,之后将玻璃在无尘环境中干燥,确保表面无任何污染物;
S2微型锯齿形边缘加工:微型锯齿的尺寸设置为每个锯齿间距0.5-1毫米,深度0.2-0.5毫米,采用激光切割设备进行边缘加工,激光功率:设定在20-40瓦之间;
S3透明导电膜的沉积:透明导电膜材料为氧化铟锡,厚度为100-200纳米,采用磁控溅射工艺将透明导电膜沉积在玻璃中部区域,在真空度为10^-4托的环境下,溅射功率设定为200-300瓦,沉积时间为30-60分钟;
S4夹层玻璃的组装与层压:使用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯作为夹层材料,厚度为0.38-0.76毫米,将玻璃层、透明导电膜、夹层材料按顺序叠放,放入层压机中进行热压层压,层压温度为120-140℃,持续时间为30-60分钟;
S5钢化处理:将层压好的玻璃进行钢化处理,玻璃加热至620-650℃,使其内部均匀受热,采用空气喷射冷却法冷却玻璃,确保玻璃表面迅速冷却而内部缓慢冷却,从而产生压应力;
S6侧边稳固层加固:选用双组分环氧树脂作为加固材料,在玻璃边缘锯齿形区域均匀涂覆环氧树脂,并且涂覆后采用刮平装置进行刮平处理,之后在60-80℃的环境下固化2-4小时;
S7质量检测与后处理:检查玻璃表面的透明度、导电膜的均匀性以及边缘锯齿形结构的完整性,进行冲击测试和抗弯测试。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述刮平装置包括用于进行支撑的支板、设于支板顶部的托板、设于支板右侧的移动板、设于移动板内前后位置的刮扫机构、连接移动板且左前端连接支板的调节机构以及设于支板底部的传动箱。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述传动箱包括连接支板底部的箱体、设于箱体左侧的第一电机、设于箱体中部且与第一电机输出轴相接的螺纹杆、与螺纹杆进行螺纹连接的滑动块以及连接滑动块且顶部与托板相接的连接块。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述支板中部与箱体顶端中部均开设有导向槽,并且导向槽被连接块和滑动块贯穿。
6.根据权利要求3所述一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述刮扫机构包括连接移动板的固定箱、开设于固定箱内侧下端的开口、设于固定箱内侧上端的进水管、设于固定箱顶部的气缸以及设于固定箱顶部左端的第二电机。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述固定箱包括箱体、设于箱体内左右两端的带轮、套设于两组带轮外侧的刮扫带、设于箱体中部且对刮扫带进行限位的导轮、设于箱体内上端且与气缸推出杆相接的衔接件、连接衔接件两侧的两组连杆、与连杆另一端连接的支架以及设于支架内侧下端的清洁刷,并且清洁刷内侧接触刮扫带,左端所述带轮中部连接第二电机输出轴,所述箱体内底部两端开设有通口。
8.根据权利要求3所述一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述调节机构包括固定板、设于固定板背面的侧架、设于侧架背面的第三电机、连接固定板中部的传动组件以及设于传动组件前端且连接移动板的导向件,所述固定板前端面左下端连接支板。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述传动组件包括连接第三电机输出轴的转动轴、连接转动轴的齿轮、与齿轮底部进行啮合的齿条、与齿条相匹配且与侧架进行固定的导杆、连接齿条前端的两组支杆、连接支杆的位移板,位移板前端面对角位置分别与导向件相接以及被导向件活动嵌入的导轨,所述导轨设置有两组,导轨左下端弯折且设于固定板内部,所述位移板背面两端固定有凸起座,凸起座中部被支杆贯穿。
10.根据权利要求9所述一种多功能钢化夹层玻璃的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述导向件包括连接固定板且伸入进导轨内部的支撑件、设于支撑件上下两端的主滑轮、设于支撑件前端的两组辅滑轮以及设于支撑件前端中部且与移动板相接的稳固件。
