Description

Three-in-one traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste capable of removing tartar, whitening and deodorizing and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of toothpaste, in particular to three-in-one traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste capable of removing tartar, whitening and deodorizing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In daily life, if the oral hygiene is bad, there are many bacteria in the oral cavity, which are mixed with proteins in the food and by-products generated during the decomposition process to form an adhesive film called plaque, which adheres to the teeth and the filling material, and if the plaque stays on the teeth and is not removed in time, it is gradually deposited to become calcified into dental calculus. Natural and healthy advocates in the society, and the safety and efficacy of products are greatly concerned. The oral care products are also the same, and the herbal medicines have the advantages of small side effects and high use safety, and become the main stream of market consumption. Most of the components of the toothpaste are friction agents, and the toothpaste mainly acts as an intermediary and acts between the toothbrush and teeth, so that the friction force between the toothbrush and the teeth is enhanced, and the toothbrush is promoted to clean the teeth.
"Book of Rites" carries "chicken singing, salty gargling", which indicates that people have a gargling habit in the Han dynasty. They often put green salt, vinegar and concentrated tea into water to rinse the teeth, and on the one hand, they can also sterilize and disinfect. Modern researches have shown that tea leaves contain chemical substances such as tea polyphenols, tea polysaccharide, theanine, saponin and the like, have the effects of resisting inflammation and sterilizing, contain mineral substances such as fluorine and the like, and have the effects of cleaning teeth and preventing decayed teeth. In Song dynasty, dentifrice appears, and Chinese herbal medicines are mixed in the dentifrice, so that the dentifrice not only can clean teeth and prevent and treat decayed teeth, but also has better curative effect on gingival bleeding. The montmorillonite has the advantages of porous interior, large specific surface area, high surface activity, excellent adsorption capacity and good carrier, and can be quickly combined with dental stains, dental plaque and tartar on the surface of teeth in the application of toothpaste and then discharged together through rinsing.
At present, the toothpaste containing the traditional Chinese medicine composition has single formula, incomplete functionality and insignificant curative effect. The patent with the patent publication number of CN106943327A is a bletilla striata toothpaste and a preparation method thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components: the bletilla striata, the dwarf lilyturf tuber, the bamboo leaves, the mint, the chrysanthemum, the pseudo-ginseng, the rangooncreeper fruit and the purslane can play roles of whitening, deodorizing and sterilizing; a patent with publication number of 106619389A is a hyacinth bletilla toothpaste and a preparation process thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components: bletilla striata, madder root and borneol. Has halitosis eliminating, hemostatic and antiinflammatory effects; the toothpaste has the problems that the traditional Chinese medicine is thick, difficult to enter, can not remove dental calculus in oral cavity, and has poor effect of improving dental yellow spots. Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the toothpaste provided by the application aims to solve the problems that the prior toothpaste can not refresh breath and can not effectively mask halitosis; the whitening effect is not ideal, and the whitening agent has no obvious improvement effect on dental calculus and dental yellow spots.

Table 3: test results table
From the data, the traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste with the functions of removing dental calculus, whitening and deodorizing prepared by the invention contains the traditional Chinese medicine extract and the fluorinated montmorillonite powder, and the effects of removing dental calculus, whitening and deodorizing of the toothpaste are mutually and synergistically enhanced, and the specific characteristics are that the proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine extract to the fluorinated montmorillonite powder is unreasonable, compared with the examples 1-3, so that the degerming rate of the prepared traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste is reduced, and the using effect is weakened; as can be seen from comparison of example 5 with example 2, when the content of montmorillonite and sodium fluoride in the used fluorinated montmorillonite powder is not reasonable, the tartar removal effect of the prepared traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste is reduced; comparison of example 6 with example 2 shows that when the content ratio of montmorillonite to sodium fluoride in the used fluorinated montmorillonite powder is too small, the tartar removal effect of the prepared traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste is reduced; comparison of comparative example 1 with example 1 shows that the degerming rate of the traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste prepared by changing the montmorillonite powder into sodium fluoride is poor, and the use taste is poor; comparison of comparative example 2 with example 2 shows that changing the powder of the fluoridated montmorillonite into montmorillonite can result in poor degerming effect and weakened tartar removing effect of the prepared traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste, and the expected effect can not be achieved; as can be seen from comparison of comparative example 3 and example 3, the traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste prepared without adding the fluorinated montmorillonite powder has poor use effect, scale removal capability and poor whitening effect; comparative example 4 and example 3 show that the same components are adopted, and the traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste prepared without adding the traditional Chinese medicine extract has poor bacteria removing effect and poor tartar removing capability; comparison of comparative example 5 and example 3 shows that the whitening effect and the tartar removing capability of the traditional Chinese medicine active toothpaste prepared by adding small amount of the fluorinated montmorillonite powder can not reach the expected effect; as is clear from the comparison between comparative example 6 and example 2, the addition of too much fluorinated montmorillonite powder resulted in poor taste and no desired effect. Comparison of comparative example 7 with example 1 shows that the preparation of the fluorinated montmorillonite powder without sodium carbonate results in poor descaling effect with no expected effect.
The present invention is capable of other and further embodiments and its several details are capable of modification and variation in light of the present invention, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
