Abstract

本发明涉及一种可隐藏龙骨的复合板及其生产工艺,包括内墙面板、外墙面板、夹芯层和龙骨,内墙面板等间距的设置有若干个加强劲;龙骨嵌入加强劲和夹芯层之内,外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;或者龙骨打断内墙面板和夹芯层,龙骨位于两个加强劲之间,且外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm或者龙骨打断内墙面板和夹芯层,龙骨位于两个加强劲之间,且外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;复合板的宽度为800‑1200mm、高度为50‑200mm、板肋间距为200‑300mm。本发明可在视觉上将门窗安装所需龙骨隐藏、使得墙面更加美观,且可完全取消常规主檩的安装,提高了施工速度,同时具有良好的保温隔热、防水等性能。

Description

一种可隐藏龙骨的复合板及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可隐藏龙骨的复合板、连接节点及其生产工艺,属于装配建筑的技术领域。
背景技术
目前,轻钢墙面系统中,大多采用将板固定于横向主檩条或先固定于纵向次檩再固定于横向主檩条之上的方法,主檩与主檩托通过连接的方式进行施工。这种方式工序繁杂,施工速度慢,构件种类多,安装要求高,连接节点多,易出现连接节点不可靠等问题。因此,无檩墙面系统被开发出来,以节约墙面材料、简化施工步骤、提高安装效率和质量。
但常规的无檩系统并不能做到真正无檩,在门窗处,由于夹芯板本身无法为门框、窗框提供安装所需龙骨,因而现有无檩系统需要在门窗对应位置断开墙面板,附加檩条,用以安装门窗。由于消防和通行要求,厂房内常设有一定数量门窗,附加檩条的方式导致常规无檩系统的室内观感降低,安装速度减缓,由于局部保温棉的缺失,形成了冷桥,降低了保温效果,同时还容易出现漏水等问题。
为此,本领域技术人员急需设计一种可视觉上将门窗安装所需龙骨隐藏的复合墙面板及其对应连接节点和生产制作工艺。即可以实现完全取消常规主檩的安装,又具有良好的保温隔热、防水等性能。
本发明由此产生。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可隐藏龙骨的复合板及其生产工艺,其可在视觉上将门窗安装所需龙骨隐藏、使得墙面更加美观,且可完全取消常规主檩的安装,提高了施工速度,同时具有良好的保温隔热、防水等性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种可隐藏龙骨的复合板,包括内墙面板、外墙面板、夹芯层和龙骨,所述内墙面板等间距的设置有若干个加强劲;所述龙骨嵌入加强劲和夹芯层之内,所述外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;或者所述的龙骨打断内墙面板和夹芯层,龙骨位于两个加强劲之间,且所述外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;所述复合板的宽度为800-1200mm、高度为50-200mm、板肋间距为200-300mm;所述的外墙面板和内墙面板均为镀铝锌墙面板,外墙面板为纯平板或小波纹板。
所述的夹芯层为岩棉夹芯层或玻璃丝棉夹芯层,所述的龙骨为矩形管或方管。
所述外墙面板与夹芯层之间、所述内墙面板与夹芯层之间均采用胶粘剂粘接。
所述的胶粘剂为聚氨酯胶粘剂。
所述复合板的两端部分别为公边和母边,所述公边和母边插接,实现复合之间的连接。
所述的公边包括凸起部,所述凸起部的上方设有上边,所述上边和凸起部之间通过斜边和竖边形成内凹口一,所述凸起部的下方设有内凹口二;所述的母边从上往下依次包括第一台阶、第二台阶、中边和下底,所述的中边和下底之间形成内凹口三;连接时,所述凸起部进入内凹口三中,上边与第一台阶抵接,中边进入内凹口一内,下底与内凹口二抵接。
所述的公边从上往下依次包括公边上边、凸起部和公边下底,所述公边上边和凸起部之间形成有内凹口一、所述凸起部与公边下底之间形成有内凹口二;所述的母边包括上台阶,所述上台阶的下方从上往下依次设有母边上边和母边下底,所述母边上边和母边下底之间形成有内凹口三,所述母边下底的下方设有内凹口四;连接时,所述的凸起部进入内凹口三内,所述的母边上边进入内凹口一,所述的公边上边与上台阶抵接,所述的母边下底进入内凹口二,所述的公边下底进入内凹口四内。
一种可隐藏龙骨的复合板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)采用折弯机按尺寸要求对外墙面板和内墙面板进行折弯;
(2)切割夹芯层,所述的夹芯层为岩棉夹芯层或玻璃丝棉夹芯层,当夹芯层为岩棉夹芯层时,调整岩棉纤维方向;
(3)在加强劲处采用聚氨酯发泡填充;
(4)在已成型的外墙面板、内墙面板及夹芯层上喷涂聚氨酯胶粘剂,并进行组装;
(5)将龙骨嵌入加强劲和夹芯层之内,所述外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;或者,将内墙面板和夹芯层打断,将龙骨嵌入打断的内墙面板和夹芯层内,龙骨位于两个加强劲之间,且所述外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;
(6)对组装好的复合板进行加热加压8-10min,使胶完全固化;
(7)在企口处采用聚氨酯发泡封堵。
本发明可隐藏龙骨的复合板及其生产工艺具有如下有益效果:
本发明中的外墙面板平整度好、视觉上可近乎纯平,内墙面板无凸出墙面龙骨或檩条,具有优异的室内外视觉效果;本发明降低了墙面围护结构的施工难度,减少了工序,提高了施工速度;本发明中的龙骨藏于内墙面板之内,外墙面板无切割,防水性能好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于此。
实施例1,图1所示,本实施例1可隐藏龙骨的复合板,包括内墙面板2、外墙面板1、夹芯层3和龙骨5,内墙面板2等间距的设置有若干个加强劲4,提高了板面的承载能力。
本实施例1中,龙骨5为矩形管或方管,龙骨5嵌入加强劲4和夹芯层3之内,内墙面板2与外墙面板1的整体性均不破坏,且外墙面板1与龙骨5之间的夹芯层3厚度不小于20mm,用以减少墙面板中的冷桥。
本实施例1中的外墙面板1和内墙面板2均为镀铝锌墙面板,且外墙面板1为小波纹墙面板,波纹高度不大于1mm,肉眼观察近乎平面。夹心层3为岩棉夹心层或玻璃丝棉夹心层,且外墙面板1与夹心层3之间、内墙面板2与夹心层3之间均采用胶粘剂粘接,胶粘剂可以为聚氨酯胶粘剂。
进一步优选的,本实施例1中的复合墙面板的宽度为800-1200mm,如800mm、1200mm、1000mm等,高度为50-200mm,如50mm、200mm、125mm等,板肋间距为200-300mm,如200mm、300mm、250mm等。
更进一步优选的,本实施例1的复合墙面板的两端部分别为公边6和母边7,公边6和母边7插接,实现复合墙面板之间的连接,且企口封边及板肋处采用聚氨酯或其他填充物填充。
其中,公边6包括凸起部61,凸起部61的上方设有上边62,上边62和凸起部61之间通过斜边63和竖边64形成内凹口一65,凸起部61的下方设有内凹口二66。母边7从上往下依次包括第一台阶71、第二台阶72、中边73和下底74,中边73和下底74之间形成内凹口三75。连接时,凸起部61进入内凹口三75中,上边62与第一台阶71抵接,中边73进入内凹口一65内,下底74与内凹口二66抵接。
本实施例1可隐藏龙骨的复合板的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)采用折弯机按尺寸要求对外墙面板1和内墙面板2进行折弯;
(2)切割夹芯层3,当夹芯层3为岩棉夹芯层时,调整岩棉纤维方向;
(3)在加强劲4处采用聚氨酯发泡填充;
(4)在已成型的外墙面板1、内墙面板2及夹芯层3上喷涂聚氨酯胶粘剂,并进行组装;
(5)将龙骨5嵌入加强劲4和夹芯层3之内,外墙面板1与龙骨5之间的夹芯层3厚度不小于20mm;
(6)对组装好的复合板进行加热加压8-10min,使胶完全固化;
(7)在企口处采用聚氨酯发泡封堵。
实施例2,如图2所示,实施例2的可隐藏龙骨的复合板,外墙面板1为纯平墙面板,纯平是指钢板表面无纹理,即水平状。
公边6从上往下依次包括公边上边67、凸起部61和公边下底68,公边上边67和凸起部61之间形成有内凹口一65、凸起部61与公边下底68之间形成有内凹口二66;母边7包括上台阶76,上台阶76的下方从上往下依次设有母边上边77和母边下底78,母边上边77和母边下底78之间形成有内凹口三75,母边下底78的下方设有内凹口四79。连接时,凸起部61进入内凹口三75内,母边上边77进入内凹口一65,公边上边67与上台阶76抵接,母边下底78进入内凹口二66,公边下底68进入内凹口四79内。
本实施例2可隐藏龙骨的复合板的其它结构及其连接关系、生产工艺等均与实施例1相同,此处不作赘述。
实施例3,如图3所示,本实施例3的可隐藏龙骨的复合板,龙骨5打断内墙面板2和夹芯层3,使得龙骨5位于两个加强劲4之间,龙骨5与内墙面板2的连接处通过拉铆钉8固定,龙骨5的下部通过缝合钉9加固。外墙面板1与龙骨5之间的夹芯层3厚度不小于20mm。外墙面板1为小波纹墙面板,波纹高度不大于1mm,肉眼观察近乎平面。
本实施例3可隐藏龙骨的复合板的生产工艺,其中步骤(5)为:将内墙面板2和夹芯层3打断,将龙骨5嵌入打断的内墙面板2和夹芯层3内,龙骨5位于两个加强劲4之间,且外墙面板1与龙骨5之间的夹芯层3厚度不小于20mm。
本实施例3可隐藏龙骨的复合板的其它结构及其连接关系、生产工艺等均与实施例1相同,此处不作赘述。
本发明提高了整体美观性,降低了综合成本,加快了现场施工速度。

1.一种可隐藏龙骨的复合板,其特征在于:包括内墙面板、外墙面板、夹芯层和龙骨,所述内墙面板等间距的设置有若干个加强劲;所述龙骨嵌入加强劲和夹芯层之内,所述外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;或者所述的龙骨打断内墙面板和夹芯层,龙骨位于两个加强劲之间,且所述外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;所述复合板的宽度为800-1200mm、高度为50-200mm、板肋间距为200-300mm;所述的外墙面板和内墙面板均为镀铝锌墙面板,且外墙面板为纯平墙面板或小波纹墙面板。
2.如权利要求1所述可隐藏龙骨的复合板,其特征在于:所述的夹芯层为岩棉夹芯层或玻璃丝棉夹芯层,所述的龙骨为矩形管或方管。

4.如权利要求3所述可隐藏龙骨的复合板,其特征在于:所述的胶粘剂为聚氨酯胶粘剂。
5.如权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述可隐藏龙骨的复合板,其特征在于:所述复合板的两端部分别为公边和母边,所述公边和母边插接,实现复合之间的连接。

(2)切割夹芯层,所述的夹芯层为岩棉夹芯层或玻璃丝棉夹芯层,当夹芯层为岩棉夹芯层时,调整岩棉纤维方向;
(3)在加强劲处采用聚氨酯发泡填充;
(4)在已成型的外墙面板、内墙面板及夹芯层上喷涂聚氨酯胶粘剂,并进行组装;
(5)将龙骨嵌入加强劲和夹芯层之内,所述外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;或者,将内墙面板和夹芯层打断,将龙骨嵌入打断的内墙面板和夹芯层内,龙骨位于两个加强劲之间,且所述外墙面板与龙骨之间的夹芯层厚度不小于20mm;
(6)对组装好的复合板进行加热加压8-10min,使胶完全固化;
(7)在企口处采用聚氨酯发泡封堵。
