When static advertisements are required to be released, the motor 7 is started, the four groups of upper synchronous pulleys 9 and the four groups of lower synchronous pulleys 5 are synchronously started to rotate through the motor 7, the position of the electronic paper display screen 13 is adjusted through the matching of the lower synchronous belts 6 and the upper synchronous belts 10, the electronic paper display screen 13 is moved to the rear side of the transparent glass plate 2, at the moment, the motor 7 is synchronously driven to rotate by the bidirectional screw 26 through the transmission of the chain 23, so that the first sliding block 28 moves downwards, the second sliding block 29 moves upwards, the LCD screen 36 moves backwards integrally, meanwhile, the gears 38 on the left side and the right side of the fixed plate 34 roll along the racks 37, the second magnet 41 arranged on the mounting rod 40 faces the first magnet 12 at the rear end of the plastic purlin 11, the magnetic poles of the first magnet 12 and the opposite faces of the second magnet 41 are the same, a repulsive action is generated, the whole plastic purlin 11 is moved towards the inner side of the transparent glass plate 2 under the magnetic force repulsive action, the influence of refraction and imaging of the transparent glass plate 2 can be reduced, the situation that the external paper display screen 13 is reflected to the inner side of the transparent glass plate 2 can be observed, and the lighting effect of the electronic paper display screen 13 can be clearly displayed in the night if the situation of the lighting condition is not clear, and the lighting condition of the paper 13 can be clearly started at night or the night is displayed.
