In step S2, when the water in the heating tank 13 is heated for longer and longer, the water in the heating tank 13 is definitely less, when the water level in the heating tank 13 is lowered, the floating plate 53 is lowered along with the water level, the floating plate 53 is lowered and drives the piston 52 to descend in the jacking pipe 51, once the through hole 54 is lowered to the port position of the water supplementing pipe 55, the water supplementing pipe 55 is communicated, and at the moment, the water in the water supplementing pipe 55 enters the heating tank 13 through the water supplementing pipe 55.
