Abstract

Description
背景技术
一直以来希望制备具有适宜清洁特性、对皮肤温和以及美观宜人的清洁产品。近年来,出现了许多“二合一”产品,尝试由一种产品提供这些功能。但这类产品存在许多缺点。例如,稠乳液形式的市售产品会随时间变化而发生相分离,不够美观。此外,含颗粒的这类体系经长时间后会不稳定,释放内容物,或体系所含的润肤剂载体成分经长时间后不能稳定悬浮,和/或水相随时间变化会变浑浊或变色。
已研制出经所述步骤进行制备的体系可解决这些问题。其中主要的有美国专利5681801(801)。该专利中描述了透明的含水清洁体系,其中稳定悬浮有含水不溶或基本不溶性皮肤或头发调理剂的颗粒。通过采用具有某些特性的黄原胶制得透明和稳定的颗粒悬浮体。
本发明发现了一种新的组合物,其中可提供一种含水(优选透明的)清洁组合物,其中稳定悬浮有含水不溶或基本不溶性皮肤或头发调理剂的颗粒。通过采用某些黄原胶和某些瓜尔胶的混合物制得透明和稳定悬浮体。该混合物不仅可令颗粒稳定悬浮,不失透明性,而且比单独采用黄原胶时的透明度更强,且伴随粘度增高。现有技术美国专利′801中仅含黄原胶的组合物受压后会从其容器中喷出,本发明将黄原胶与瓜尔胶共用基本上降低或限制了该现象。新组合物与′801的组合物在经济方面十分相似。
将黄原胶与多种可胶凝的增粘成分共用均不能达到本发明混合物所具有的整体特性,特别是增强透明度的同时增加粘度。这些与黄原胶共用不能达到所需特性的可能成分的实例包括:其他瓜尔胶、藻酸盐胶(Ketone NV)、丙烯酸酯C10-30烷基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物(Carbopol ETD2020)、羟烷基(丙基)甲基纤维素(购自Dow的Methocel J12MS),以及标准增稠剂如月桂酰胺二乙醇酰胺。
发明概述
本发明涉及一种组合物,它含有稳定的透明含水清洁相,其中稳定地分散和悬浮有含调理剂的颗粒,该组合物中含有:
a.高发泡阴离子表面活性剂,
b.两性表面活性剂,其含量为占组合物0%重量至能保持水相透明时的用量,
c.有效量的增进粘弹性的悬浮成分,其中含有黄原胶和瓜尔胶,所述黄原胶的初始透明度至少为85%,所述的瓜尔胶的初始透明度至少为85%,
d.稳定悬浮于水相中的不溶性颗粒,其中含有油性、水不溶性或基本为水不溶性的皮肤或头发调理剂。
发明详述
组合物中可采用各种高发泡阴离子表面活性剂。这类表面活性剂的实例包括但不限于:长链烷基(8-20个碳原子,优选10-18个碳原子)成分如长链烷基硫酸盐,长链烷基磺酸盐,长链烷基磷酸盐,长链烷基醚硫酸盐、长链烷基α-烯属磺酸盐,长链烷基牛磺酸盐,长链烷基羟乙磺酸盐(SCI),长链烷基甘油醚磺酸盐(AGES),磺基琥珀酸盐等。这些阴离子表面活性剂可经或不经烷氧基化,优选经或不经乙氧基化。优选的阴离子表面活性剂是高发泡硫酸盐或磺酸盐,特别是经乙氧基化的那些盐,如月桂基醚(2乙氧基化)硫酸钠。所有这类成分均是高度水溶性的,如含钠、钾、烷基或铵、或烷醇铵盐的形式,并且具有高度发泡清洁能力。既然温和性是明显所需特性,因此优选其中不含或几乎不含可能造成高刺激的阴离子表面活性剂。例如脂肪酸羧酸盐皂类应限量加入,例如约低于组合物的2%重量,或完全不含该成分。采用表面活性剂如硫酸盐或磺酸盐时,优选其经乙氧基化,组合物中其他阴离子表面活性剂的含量一般低于约3%重量,更优选不含其他阴离子表面活性剂。
阴离子表面活性剂的用量并非关键;但其最低用量至少约占组合物的2%重量。在组合物中的用量高于25%重量后一般几乎达不到有益效果。其用量一般约占组合物的5-20%重量,优选约为7-13%重量。如适用,可采用阴离子表面活性剂混合物。
清洁相中的第二种组分是两性表面活性剂,但如需要可完全不含该成分。这类表面活性剂公知具有高度表面活性,发泡性和温和性。适用于本发明组合物的两性表面活性剂是已经广泛描述的脂族伯胺和仲胺的衍生物,其中脂族基团可以为直链或支链,且其中的脂族取代基之一约含8-18个碳原子,另一取代基含有阴离子水溶性基团,例如羧酸根、磺酸根、硫酸根、磷酸根或膦酸根。属于该定义范围的实例有:3-十二烷基氨基丙酸钠,3-十二烷基氨基丙烷磺酸钠,N-烷基牛磺酸盐,如根据美国专利2658072中所述,由十二烷基胺与羟乙磺酸钠反应制得,N-高级烷基天冬氨酸,如根据美国专利2438091所述制得,以及以商品名“Miranol”销售的产品,和美国专利2528278中所述的成分。其他两性表面活性剂如甜菜碱也适用于本发明组合物。
适用于此的甜菜碱的实例包括:高级烷基甜菜碱,如椰油二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱,月桂基二甲基羧基-甲基甜菜碱,月桂基二甲基α-羧乙基甜菜碱,鲸蜡基二甲基羧甲基甜菜碱,月桂基双-(2-羟乙基)羧甲基甜菜碱,硬脂基双-(2-羟丙基)羧甲基甜菜碱,油基二甲基γ-羧丙基甜菜碱,月桂基双-(2-羟丙基)α-羧乙基甜菜碱等。磺基甜菜碱可为椰油二甲基磺基丙基甜菜碱,硬脂基二甲基磺基丙基甜菜碱,酰氨基甜菜碱酰氨基磺基甜菜碱等。甜菜碱一般优选长链烷基,最特别优选椰油基。也优选酰氨基。最优选的甜菜碱是椰油酰氨基丙基或乙基甜菜碱。
如应用两性表面活性剂,其用量并非关键,但至少应约占组合物的0.2%重量,优选至少约为0.5%重量。但应能保持水相的透明性。两性表面活性剂的用量会影响透明性。例如椰油酰氨基丙基甜菜碱的用量不能高于约2%重量。一般不高于10%重量,假定能保持透明度,优选不高于约7%重量。
组合物清洁相中的第三种成分是非离子温和表面活性剂,它并非是必要成分,但是优选的。这类表面活性剂的实例包括乙氧基化脂肪醇、脱水山梨醇和山梨醇酯、葡糖醚和烷基化聚糖苷氧化胺,烷醇酰胺(CDEA,CMEA)等。优选烷醇酰胺和烷基化聚糖苷(APG)。APG的聚合度优选约为1-2,更优选约为1.1-1.8。烷基(优选正烷基)中的碳原子数约为8-20,更优选约为10-18。烷醇酰胺的烷基与APG烷基的链长相同。APG可经烷氧基化,优选经乙氧基化,或未经乙氧基化。这类成分易于从厂商如Emery、Henkel和Seppic处购得。
非离子表面活性剂的用量可有很大变化。最低用量一般约占组合物的0.5%重量。用量高于10%重量一般达不到根本的有益效果,仅会增加成本。用量可约为0.75-7%重量,优选约为1-4%重量。非离子表面活性剂的用量不应高于能保持组合物透明度的量。
根据本发明的特性,只要体系能保持所定义的透明度和稳定性,则可在组合物中加入常用于含水组合物的附加成分,如着色剂、防腐剂、螯合剂、香料、抗微生物剂等。对于附加“活性成分”如表面活性剂的要求采用相同的标准。
组合物水相中这三种成分的配合可带来适于清洁的极佳性能组合,如具有高发泡、长效可控泡沫和所需的温和性。该相的显著特征是透明性,其透明度可保持较长时间。例如43.3℃温度下成品的透明性可保持至少两周,优选三个月。该透明性可由浊度进行测定。可在加入颗粒之前、优选在加入会影响透明度的成分之前对成品直接进行测定。可经目测评定透明度,或优选采用浊度计进行测定,以浊度单元(NTU)计。适宜的浊度最高约为20NTU。在稳定性试验中,可对不含颗粒的水相进行目测,或采用浊度计进行测定。对含悬浮颗粒的组合物进行目测。
透明水相中稳定悬浮有带有和/或内含有调理剂的颗粒。这些调理剂包括但不限于润肤剂,抗氧剂,维生素,油和其他对皮肤或头发有调理作用的油类成分。这些颗粒的密度一般非常接近于水的密度1gm/cm3,以易于悬浮和稳定。优选密度约为0.92-1.05克/厘米3(gm/cm3),更优选约为0.97-1.02gm/cm3。
粒度应能包含所需量的调理剂,并易于物理降解以释放出调理剂。颗粒所需的另一特性是对组合物用户具有最佳的视觉效果。颗粒的最小粒度一般至少约为200微米。优选粒度至少约为400微米,更优选至少约为800微米,最优选至少约为1000微米。颗粒的最大粒度并非关键,但一般不超过约2500微米,优选不超过约2000或1800微米。含颗粒的成分应能与水和皮肤或头发相容。这类成分一般包括明胶、阿拉伯树胶、胶原、动植物来源的多肽、藻酸盐、聚酰胺、葡糖氨基聚糖、粘多糖乙基纤维素等。通过凝聚、多重蛋白质沉积包覆或网构化技术可制成包封有油类调理剂的微胶囊。调理剂可包埋于颗粒表面内或位于颗粒表面上。
存在于微胶囊内的“油类”成分的实例有:维生素、维生素原、滋润剂、矿物油、植物油、润肤剂如脂肪酯和聚硅氧烷、油溶性动植物提取物等。这些含油颗粒可购自Hallcrest Liquid Crystal Technology Ltd.,一家英国公司,在Glenview(美国伊利诺斯州)有办事处,还可购自LIPO Chemicals。其他可用于油类包埋颗粒的成分可以是购自血清生物实验室(法国)的Elesheres。还可以是购自Coletics(法国)的名为Collaspheres或Thalaspheres的胶原微球和葡糖氨基聚糖“GAG”微球。带有调理剂的微球的粒度一般至少约占组合物的0.02%重量,优选至少约为0.03%重量。对最大用量并无特殊限定,但由于包括成本在内的多种因素,其一般不超过组合物的约3%重量。优选不超过组合物的约2%重量或1.5%重量。颗粒应含有效量的调理剂。一般填充(包埋)颗粒至少约40%重量为调理剂,优选至少约为颗粒的55%重量。购自Coletica(法国)的一填充(包埋)颗粒其约98%重量为调理剂。
组合物在透明性和颗粒稳定悬浮方面的组合特性是由黄原胶和瓜尔胶的混合物产生的。黄原胶一般是由β-1,4-链式D-葡萄糖残基聚合物主链构成的亲水胶体。三糖支链中在两个甘露糖单元间含一个葡糖醛酸单元,其在3位上与其他葡萄糖单元相连。采用紫外分光光度计(如Pye Unicam)在600纳米下对1%重量黄原胶的蒸馏水溶液测出的透光率至少约为85%。蒸馏水用作100%标准透光率。优选透光率至少约为90%。该特性优选与黄原胶粒度有关,这似乎对透明和稳定组合物的制备很重要。对黄原胶粒度的优选也很重要,由此其100%均可通过60目筛(250微米),至少95%可通过80目筛(180微米),并且优选至少99%通过177微米,更优选至少92%通过200目(80微米)。
透明的颗粒稳定化体系中的第二部分是瓜尔胶。瓜尔胶一般是摩尔比为1∶2的D-半乳糖/D-甘露糖。适用于本发明的瓜尔胶的特征在于其与黄原胶的系列参数和数值相同。瓜尔胶优选是烷氧基化瓜尔胶,如经乙氧基化,或者更优选经丙氧基化。
黄原胶与瓜尔胶共用可增进组合物的特性。可保持水相的透明度和颗粒的稳定悬浮性。其与单独使用黄原胶成分的成本大致相同。此外,这些特性在比单用黄原胶的粘度高出约50%的粘度水平下得以保持。另外,对容器施压后组合物呈连续水流状排出,而不是喷出。最后,不经外部施压组合物可更流畅地流出,而不会出现断流。因此,黄原胶-瓜尔胶混合物可对组合物提供具有不同于单用黄原胶时的流变学特性。黄原胶一般约占组合物的0.4-1.5%重量,优选约为0.6-1.0%重量。瓜尔胶约占组合物的0.2-1.5%重量,优选约为0.3-0.8%重量。组合物中黄原胶的用量一般高于瓜尔胶的用量。但反之也可。
成功的悬浮体系还应具有所需的粘度。组合物应为液状、可倾倒的和非凝胶或凝胶形式。传递体系包括手控泵送容器,挤压式容器或可从容器中倒出。25℃下采用Brookfield RVTD粘度计、4号转子在10转/分钟条件下测出其粘度一般优选约为3000-15000厘泊,更优选约为5000-10000厘泊。适用的黄原胶可购自Kelco(位于布鲁塞尔,比利时),以Keltrol T或Keltrol TF市售,优选Ketrol T。适宜的瓜尔胶可购自Rhone Poulenc,优选是Jaguar HP 105。
本发明的组合物可根据组合物的特殊需要采用标准技术制成。所用的黄原胶可在乳化剂、香料和防腐剂或多种混合中润湿。将瓜尔胶在分子量约为200-600的低分子量聚乙二醇中打浆。然后将该混合物加入到组合物的水中,经高剪切均化器,如采用往复式刀口,以令组合物具有透明性和粘弹性。加入含调理剂的颗粒,然后加入各种表面活性剂。可达到适宜的粘度和悬浮。优选的pH呈弱酸性,更优选约为5-7,以有助于与皮肤的相容性。然后可加入任选成分,组合物的余量为水。
进行老化试验以测定水相的透明性以及悬浮颗粒的稳定性。组合物为达透明所显示出的浊度应小于或等于约20NTU。浊度标准是组合物中所用的水(ONTU)。测定的稳定悬浮体应在容器底端无可见的颗粒聚集沉淀,且在顶部无可见的上升颗粒。此外,容器中的颗粒位置无明显变化,颗粒在物理方面(如形状或颜色)未发现变化,否则说明其与环境有相互作用。评估时间优选在43.3℃下至少为3个月。测试期间成品的发泡性应无显著变化。这表明固体颗粒中的油性内容物未释放。
可在皮肤或头发上应用本发明的组合物,用来清洁及调理皮肤或头发。
以下是本发明实施例,用于说明制剂在组分,特别是粘弹性悬浮体系方面的独特性。本发明的该实施例仅用于列举,并不构成任何限定。

在43.3℃下存放3个月后,组合物仍保持外观透明,浊度不超过15NTU。颗粒仍保持稳定,即经目测在容器顶部或底部无聚集现象,且在物理形态上无变化。在43.3℃下经3个月后水相和颗粒均未变色。3个月老化期末,未发现对发泡性有影响。组合物粘度为7500厘泊,易于从挤压式容器中以均匀流动方式排出。与仅采用黄原胶的相似粘度的组合物相比,其更易从开口容器中流畅地倒出。
Claims (21)
1.一种组合物,其含有透明含水清洁相,其中稳定地分散和悬浮有含调理剂的颗粒,该组合物中含有:
a.高发泡阴离子表面活性剂,其含量为2-25重量%;

2.权利要求1的组合物,其中a为乙氧基化硫酸盐或磺酸盐。
3.权利要求1的组合物,其中b是甜菜碱。
4.权利要求1的组合物,其中还含有非离子表面活性剂。
5.权利要求1的组合物,其中黄原胶和瓜尔胶的粒度100%均可通过250微米筛。
6.权利要求1的组合物,其中油性调理剂位于颗粒的表面内或表面上。
7.权利要求2的组合物,其中硫酸盐或磺酸盐占组合物的2-20%重量。
8.权利要求3的组合物,其中甜菜碱含量为占组合物的0.2-10重量%。
9.权利要求4的组合物,其中表面活性剂是烷基化聚糖苷,且占组合物的0.5-10%重量。
10.权利要求5的组合物,其中黄原胶占组合物的0.4-1.0%重量,且瓜尔胶占组合物的0.2-1.5%重量。
11.权利要求6的组合物,其中颗粒的平均粒度为800-1800微米。
12.权利要求1的组合物,其中油性调理剂选自维生素、维生素原、润肤剂、滋润剂、聚硅氧烷、植物油和矿物油。
13.权利要求8的组合物,其中甜菜碱是椰油酰氨基丙基甜菜碱。
14.清洁及调理皮肤或头发的方法,其中包括在皮肤或头发上应用权利要求1的组合物。
15.一种制备组合物的方法,其中包括混和权利要求1中所述的各组分。
16.根据权利要求15的方法,其中所用的黄原胶可在乳化剂、香料和防腐剂或其各种组合中润湿,将瓜尔胶在分子量为200-600的低分子量聚乙二醇中打浆;然后使用高剪切均化器将该混合物加入到组合物的水中,从而使组合物具有透明性和粘弹性,加入含调理剂的颗粒,然后加入各种表面活性剂,以获得适宜的粘度。
17.根据权利要求16的方法,其中所述高剪切均化器用往复式刀口。
18.根据权利要求15的方法,其中所述组合物呈弱酸性。
19.根据权利要求18的方法,其中所述组合物的pH值为5-7。
20.根据权利要求15的方法,其中所述组合物的粘度在25℃下采用Brookfield RVTD粘度计、4号转子在10转/分条件下测定为3000-15000厘泊。
21.根据权利要求20的方法,其中所述粘度为5000-10000厘泊。
