2. By using a matched mounting tool, the protective cover body can be conveniently separated through a movable clamp on the mounting tool, so that a lead can be placed in the protective cover body, and the protective cover body can be quickly mounted; the insulating operating rod is arranged on the installation tool, so that the safety of operators is ensured, and safety accidents are avoided.

The invention provides an overhead cable bare conductor protective cover, which is shown in figure 1 and comprises a protective cover body 1; both ends of the protective cover body 1 are respectively provided with a child end 11 and a mother end 12; the outer diameter of the female end 12 of the protective cover body 1 is larger than the outer diameter of the child end 11 of the protective cover body 1; the child end 11 of the protective cover body 1 can be accommodated in the parent end 12 of the adjacent protective cover body 1; the female end 12 of the protective cover body 1 is provided with a first limiting component 2; the sub-end 11 of the protective cover body 1 is provided with a second limiting component 3 which is matched with the first limiting piece 21 to limit and connect two adjacent protective cover bodies 1; the first limiting component 2 can be abutted with the second limiting component 3; when the child end 11 of the protective cover body 1 is placed in the female end 12 of the adjacent protective cover body 1, the first limiting component 2 on the protective cover body 1 is abutted with the second limiting component 3 on the adjacent protective cover body 1; the protective cover body 1 is also provided with a pull buckle 4 for rapidly disassembling the protective cover body 1; the pull buckle 4 is fixedly connected with the protective cover body 1.

In the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the height angle of the installation rod 9 is adjusted to a height angle suitable for operation by the adjusting component 8 on the insulating operation rod 6, and after the movable clamp 10 is installed on the installation rod 9, the protective cover body 1 is installed and arranged after being unfolded by the first clamp 102 and the second clamp 103 on the movable clamp 10, so that the effect of quickly installing the protective cover body 1 is realized.

In a specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 1-4, the height position of the connecting frame 7 is adjusted to a position suitable for installing the protective cover body 1 through an adjusting bolt and an adjusting screw, the connecting frame 7 drives the installing rod 9 to be adjusted to a proper height position, at least one movable clamp 10 is installed on the installing rod 9 according to actual use requirements, when the protective cover is used, the first grabbing hook 104 on the first clamping hand 102 of the movable clamp 10 hooks the edge of the first protective cover 13, the second grabbing hook 105 on the second clamping hand 103 hooks the edge of the second protective cover 14, so that the first protective cover 13 and the second protective cover 14 are separated to a certain extent, a wire can be accommodated between the first protective cover 13 and the second protective cover 14 through a separated gap, and then the first grabbing hook 104 and the second grabbing hook 105 are separated from the first protective cover 13 and the second protective cover 14, so that the protective cover of the protective cover body 1 is completed; the third limiting piece 31 and the fourth limiting piece 32 on the sub-end 11 of the protective cover body 1 limit the positions of the wires to a certain extent, so that the situation of position deviation or abrasion caused by environmental factors such as vibration and the like is prevented;
In the process of continuing to install, aligning the female end 12 of the other protective cover body 1 to the position of the sub end 11 of the previous protective cover body 1, separating the first protective cover 13 and the second protective cover 14 of the other protective cover body 1 through the installation tool 5, accommodating the sub end 11 of the previous protective cover body 1 in the female end 12 of the other protective cover body 1, enabling the inner wall of the clamping groove 23 in the other protective cover body 1 to abut against the clamping block 34 on the previous protective cover body 1 so as to realize connection between the adjacent protective cover bodies 1, and installing steps of connection are convenient and quick without using additional connecting pieces and fixing pieces, and installing a plurality of protective cover bodies 1 in turn until the whole wire is covered according to the operation steps;
When the protective cover needs to be detached, the detachment is performed in the reverse direction according to the installation sequence, the pull buckle 4 is pulled by the first grapple 104 or the second grapple 105, so that the lead is ejected out of a gap between the first protective shell 13 and the second protective shell 14, the female end 12 and the child end 11 of the protective cover body 1 are separated, the detachment and the removal can be completed, the design is light and recyclable, the burden on the environment cannot be caused after the protective cover is used, and the protective cover meets the concept of sustainable development.
According to the bare conductor protective cover of the overhead cable and the mounting tool thereof, the protective cover body 1 is tightly matched with the female end 12 and the male end 11, so that the protective cover is more convenient to mount on a conductor, a mounting fixing piece is not required to be additionally arranged, the male end 11 is only required to be placed in the female end 12, the connection between the adjacent protective cover bodies 1 can be completed through the mutual abutting of the first limiting component 2 of the female end 12 and the second limiting component 3 on the male end 11, the design is reasonable, the connection stability between the adjacent protective cover bodies 1 is ensured, the firm bonding of the protective cover bodies 1 can be ensured no matter in high wind speed or other extreme environments, and the falling or displacement is prevented; the direct influence of the external environment on the bare conductor can be effectively prevented, and the erosion of the conductor caused by the factors such as rainwater, dust, salt mist and the like can be reduced, so that the service life of the conductor is obviously prolonged; by using the matched installation tool 5, the protective cover body 1 can be conveniently separated through the movable clamp 10 on the installation tool 5 so that a lead can be placed into the protective cover body 1, and the protective cover body 1 can be quickly installed; the installation tool 5 is provided with the insulating operating rod 6, so that the safety of operators is ensured, and safety accidents are avoided.
