Specifically, the cover plate assembly lifting device 100 provided by the application may include four pulleys 120, where the four pulleys 120 are respectively corresponding to the four connecting frames 112 and slidably disposed, and each pulley 120 can move left and right along the connecting frame 112 to adjust the position.
The winch 130 comprises four connecting ropes 140, and each winch 130 is wound with one connecting rope 140; one end of each connecting rope 140 is wound on the winch 130, and the other end is wound on any one of the pulleys 120, and is connected to one corner of the cover assembly.
By rotating each winch 130 clockwise or counterclockwise, a worker can independently control the connecting rope 140 wound on the winch 130 to drive the cover plate assembly to descend or ascend, so as to further control the levelness of the cover plate assembly.
When the worker needs to turn over the cover plate assembly, the levelness of each angle of the cover plate assembly is controlled independently only through the corresponding winch 130 of the required turning angle, so that the height of each angle of the cover plate assembly is different, and the effect of turning over the cover plate assembly is achieved.
Through setting up four winches 130 and four connecting ropes 140, the height of four angles of apron subassembly can be controlled alone to the levelness of apron subassembly is adjusted more accurately, the reliability of upset process has been improved.

The cover plate assembly lifting device is characterized by comprising a frame body (110), pulleys (120), a winch (130) and a connecting rope (140); the pulley (120) is arranged at the top of the frame body (110) in a sliding manner; the winch (130) is fixed on the frame body (110), one end of the connecting rope (140) is wound on the winch (130), and the other end of the connecting rope is wound on the pulley (120) and connected with the cover plate assembly; the winch (130) is driven to rotate in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction to adjust the connection rope (140) to lower or raise the cover plate assembly.

The cover plate assembly lifting device according to claim 1, wherein the frame body (110) comprises a plurality of mutually parallel supporting frames (111) and a plurality of connecting frames (112), and the connecting frames (112) are arranged between any two adjacent supporting frames (111) and are vertically connected with the supporting frames (111); a plurality of connecting frames (112) are enclosed to form a rectangular frame and are fixed at the top end of the supporting frame (111); the one side of link (112) towards capstan winch (130) is provided with the slide rail, pulley (120) slip set up in the slide rail.

A hoisting device for a cover plate assembly according to claim 3, wherein the two sub-connecting ropes (140) are a first sub-connecting rope (141) and a second sub-connecting rope (142) respectively, the length of the first sub-connecting rope (141) is greater than that of the second sub-connecting rope (142), the first sub-connecting rope (141) is wound around a pulley (120) far away from the winch (130), and the second sub-connecting rope (142) is wound around the pulley (120) near the winch (130), so that when the first sub-connecting rope (141) and the second sub-connecting rope (142) are respectively connected with the same side of the cover plate assembly, the connection point of the cover plate assembly and the first sub-connecting rope (141) and the connection point of the cover plate assembly and the second sub-connecting rope (142) are located at the same level.
5. A lifting device for a cover plate assembly according to claim 3, wherein two winches (130) are respectively arranged on the same side of the frame body (110) in an opposite manner.

The cover plate assembly lifting device according to claim 2, wherein the pulleys (120) comprise four pulleys, and the pulleys (120) are respectively and slidably connected with the connecting frame (112), so that one pulley (120) is arranged in each sliding rail; the winch (130) comprises four connecting ropes (140), each winch (130) is provided with one connecting rope (140) in a winding mode, one end, away from the winch (130), of each connecting rope (140) is arranged in any pulley (120) in a winding mode and can be connected with any corner of the cover plate assembly, the winch (130) is driven to rotate in the clockwise direction or the anticlockwise direction, and one corner of the cover plate assembly is enabled to descend or ascend through the connecting ropes (140) in a winding mode.

The lifting device for the cover plate assembly according to claim 1,3 or 6, wherein one end of the connecting rope (140) facing away from the winch (130) is further provided with a lifting ring (143), and the lifting ring (143) is used for being connected with the connecting part of the cover plate assembly.

The cover plate assembly lifting device according to claim 2, wherein the frame body (110) further comprises a fixing frame (113), and the fixing frame (113) is vertically arranged between two adjacent supporting frames (111) and is positioned at one end of the supporting frames (111) deviating from the connecting frame (112).

The cover plate assembly lifting device according to claim 8, wherein the frame body (110) further comprises a reinforcing part (114), and the reinforcing part (114) is arranged at the joint of any support frame (111) and the fixing frame (113), so that one side of the reinforcing part (114) is fixedly connected with the support frame (111), and the other side is fixedly connected with the fixing frame (113); and/or the reinforcing part (114) is arranged at the joint of any supporting frame (111) and the connecting frame (112), so that one side of the reinforcing part (114) is fixedly connected with the supporting frame (111), and the other side is fixedly connected with the connecting frame (112).
10. The cover assembly lifting device of claim 1, wherein the cover assembly lifting device (100) further comprises a universal wheel (150), the universal wheel (150) being disposed on a side of the frame (110) remote from the pulley (120).
