Description

粘到皮肤上的医疗装置
本发明涉及一种医疗装置，它包括带刚性基底的外壳，刚性基底借助于粘结层固定到病人的皮肤上以便暂时地戴在人体上。
这种装置例如是传感器，或皮肤注射或导入装置等。为了固定它们，与人体连接的表面设有粘接层，其通常是环形的，外径与装置相应。
粘结层很好地粘到皮肤上，但是如果装置戴了一段时间并经受到相当的运动，粘结层开始从边缘剥离。
有人企图通过增加粘结表面来解决这一问题，使粘结表面的外径大于装置的外径。但是，这个方案也有缺点，使得至今未解决这个问题。
本发明的目的在于解决这个问题。
为实现本发明的目的，按照本发明，粘结层通过比面向皮肤的粘结表面小的表面固定到壳体上。最好粘结层的外环形区与装置不连结。
下面参照附图说明本发明的一个实施例，
图1示出了戴在病人的皮肤上一定的时间(例如几天)的皮肤注射系统。
包括泵及活性物质源的注射装置放置在壳体1内。壳体1借助于粘结层2固定在病人的皮肤H上。粘结层的粘结表面3与壳体1的底部有同样的尺寸。与粘结层2的背离粘结表面3的一侧，粘结剂固定到壳体1的表面比粘结表面3小。在外区4，粘结层不与壳体1连接。该区是环形的，并且从外缘向内延伸约5-10mm。
已经发现这种结构即使当戴了长时间并受到持续的运动也不会从皮肤上脱开。

Claims (2)

1.一种医疗装置，包括一壳体，具有刚性的基底通过粘结层固定到病人的皮肤上以便暂时地戴在人体上，其特征在于所述的粘结层(2)通过比粘结表面(3)小的表面固定到壳体(1)上。
2.按照权利要求1的医疗装置，其特征在于所述的粘结层(2)在外环形区(4)与所述的壳体(1)之间不连接。
