The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flow 100 of some embodiments of a terminal device remote maintenance method according to the present disclosure. The remote maintenance method of the terminal equipment comprises the following steps:
step 101, in response to detecting the user registration request information of the target user, performing the following operations:
In step 1011, user identity information of the target user is obtained.
In some embodiments, an executing entity (e.g., a computing device) of the terminal device remote maintenance method may obtain the user identity information of the target user. The target user may be a personal user or an entity user who requests registration. For example, the entity user may be an enterprise user. The user registration request information may be request information for registering an account. The user registration request information may include, but is not limited to: user name, certificate information, contact information. For example, when the target user is a personal user, the user name may be a personal name, and the certificate information may be an identification card number; when the target user is an entity user, the user name can be an enterprise name, and the certificate information can be a unified social credit code. The user identity information may include, but is not limited to: user name, certificate information, contact information. In practice, the executing entity may acquire the user identity information of the target user from the user registration request information.
Step 1012, checking the user identity information of the target user to obtain the identity checking information of the corresponding target user.
In some embodiments, the executing body may perform verification processing on the user identity information of the target user to obtain identity verification information corresponding to the target user. The identity verification information may be a verification result of user identity information of the target user. The above-mentioned verification result may be verification pass or verification fail. In practice, the executing body may adopt various modes to perform verification processing on the user identity information of the target user, so as to obtain the identity verification information corresponding to the target user.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, the executing body may perform verification processing on the user identity information of the target user to obtain identity verification information corresponding to the target user through the following steps:
And determining whether the forbidden user list information corresponding to the target user exists in the forbidden user list information set according to the user identity information. The above-mentioned forbidden user list information set may be each user list information forbidden to register. The user list information in the user list information may represent the identity of the user. The above-mentioned user list information may include, but is not limited to: user name, certificate information, contact information. In practice, in response to determining that the barred user list information in which the user name, the certificate information, and the contact information are the same as the user name, the certificate information, and the contact information included in the user identity information exists in the barred user list information set, the execution subject may determine that barred user list information corresponding to the target user exists in the barred user list information set.
And a second step of determining verification success information as identity verification information corresponding to the target user in response to determining that no forbidden user list information corresponding to the target user exists in the forbidden user list information. The verification success information may represent that the target user passes the verification.
In step 1013, in response to determining that the identity verification information characterizes the verification, a user two-dimensional operation display space corresponding to the target user is created as the target user space.
In some embodiments, in response to determining that the identity verification information characterizes verification, the executing entity may create a user two-dimensional operation display space corresponding to the target user as a target user space. The user two-dimensional operation display space can be a micro-service space for configuring and managing terminal equipment. The micro-service space may include a storage space. The user can perform configuration and management of the terminal device in the user two-dimensional operation display space. The user two-dimensional operation display space can be displayed in the form of a two-dimensional display interface. The terminal device may be an electric terminal device. For example, the terminal device may be, but is not limited to: switching station terminal equipment (DTU), feeder terminal equipment (FTU), distribution transformer terminal equipment (TTU), remote terminal equipment (RTU). The micro-service space may include a device management database. The micro service space corresponds to an IP address and a port for connecting the terminal equipment and a URL address for accessing by a user. In practice, in response to determining that the identity verification information is verified, the executing entity may create a user two-dimensional operation display space corresponding to the target user as a target user space in various manners.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, in response to determining that the identity verification information characterizes verification, the executing entity may create a user two-dimensional operation display space corresponding to the target user as a target user space by:
The first step is to obtain individual setting information of each application corresponding to the user identity information. The application personalized setting information in the application personalized setting information can represent personalized settings of the application. The application personalization setting information in the above-described respective application personalization setting information may include, but is not limited to: display setting information, sound effect setting information, theme setting information, and background setting information. For example, the display setting information may be display brightness and contrast. The sound effect setting information may be click sound effects of the respective buttons. The theme setting information may be an interface layout and a theme color. The interface layout may include a layout of each display area. The background setting information may be a background picture. In practice, the executing body may acquire, from the login host of the target user, individual application personalized setting information corresponding to the user identity information.
And secondly, carrying out data filling processing on the application personalized setting information to obtain the application personalized setting information after the data filling processing as target application personalized setting information. The target application personalized setting information may be the application personalized setting information after data filling processing. In practice, the executing body may perform data filling processing on the application personalized setting information by using a random filling method, so as to obtain application personalized setting information after the data filling processing as target application personalized setting information.
And thirdly, inputting the personalized setting information of each target application into a pre-trained image information generation model to obtain user image information corresponding to the target user. The portrait information generating model may be a neural network model obtained by taking personalized setting information of each target application as input and user portrait information as output training. For example, the neural network model may be a recurrent neural network model. The user profile information may characterize personalized settings preferences of the target user. The user portrait information may include a preference degree for each preset display setting information in a preset display setting information set, a preference degree for each preset sound effect setting information in a preset sound effect setting information set, a preference degree for each preset theme setting information in a preset theme setting information set, and a preference degree for each preset background setting information in a preset background setting information set. The set of preset display setting information may characterize each of the different display setting information. The preset sound effect setting information set can represent different sound effect setting information. The set of preset subject setting information may characterize each of the different subject setting information. The set of preset background setting information may characterize each different background setting information. The preference degree may be a preference probability.
And step four, determining the space template information corresponding to the target user according to the user portrait information. The space template information may be a display template of a display interface for displaying the target user space. The above-described spatial template information may include display setting information, sound effect setting information, theme setting information, and background setting information. In practice, the executing body may determine preset display setting information with highest preference in a preset display setting information set, preset sound effect setting information with highest preference in a preset sound effect setting information set, preset theme setting information with highest preference in a preset theme setting information set, and preset background equipment information with highest preference in a preset background equipment information set in the user portrait information as control template information corresponding to the target user.
And fifthly, creating a user two-dimensional operation display space corresponding to the target user as a target user space according to the space template information. In practice, the execution subject may determine display setting information, sound effect setting information, theme setting information, and background setting information included in the space template information as display setting information, sound effect setting information, theme setting information, and background setting information corresponding to the user space of the target user, and allocate the storage space as the storage space of the user two-dimensional operation display space. Therefore, after the identity verification information of the target user is confirmed to pass verification, a user two-dimensional operation display space corresponding to the target user can be created.
And 102, in response to detecting login information of the target user, displaying the target user space.
In some embodiments, the execution body may display a display interface of the target user space in response to detecting the login information of the target user. Wherein, the target user space displays the information of each terminal device configured by the target user. And displaying the information of each terminal device configured by the target user in a display interface of the target user space. The terminal device information in the terminal device information configured by the target user may correspond to a terminal device in each terminal device. The execution body may display a target user space of the target user according to the space template information. When the target user does not log in for the first time, the execution subject can update and display the target user space of the target user according to the personalized display information set by the target user. The personalized display information set by the target user can represent display setting information, sound effect setting information, theme setting information and background setting information set by the user.
And step 103, in response to detecting the selection operation of the target user on the display type information in the display type information of the target user space, updating and displaying the target user space according to the selected display type information.
In some embodiments, in response to detecting a selection operation of the display type information in the display type information of each of the target user spaces by the target user, the execution body may update and display the target user space according to the selected display type information. The display manner of each display type information may be, but is not limited to: drop-down boxes, check boxes. The above-described respective display type information may be a display type for displaying the respective terminal device information. The display type information in the above-described respective display type information may be, but is not limited to: and displaying according to the MAC address ordering and displaying according to the terminal equipment version ordering. And the names of the terminal devices correspond to different naming rules according to different functions. For example, the DTU is included in the device name of the terminal device of the switching station. In practice, first, the executing body may group the terminal device information displayed in the target user space according to a device name naming keyword set, to obtain each terminal device information group. And then, for each terminal equipment information group in the terminal equipment information groups, sequencing the terminal equipment information groups according to the display type information to obtain sequenced terminal equipment information groups. And then, grouping and displaying the terminal equipment information groups so as to update and display the target user space. The device name keywords in the device name naming keyword set may be, but are not limited to: DTU, FTU, TTU, RTU. Thus, the target user space can be personalized displayed.
And 104, in response to detecting the editing operation of the target user on the target user space, configuring the displayed target user space.
In some embodiments, the execution body may configure the displayed target user space in response to detecting an editing operation of the target user on the target user space. The editing operation may be an operation of configuring and managing a device firmware download address in the target user space. In practice, in response to detecting an editing operation of the target user on the target user space, the execution subject may configure the displayed target user space in various manners.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, in response to detecting an editing operation of the target user on the target user space, the executing entity may configure the displayed target user space by:
And determining the terminal equipment information corresponding to the editing operation as the terminal equipment information to be edited. The terminal device information corresponding to the editing operation may be information of each terminal device in a selected state during editing. The information of each terminal device to be edited may be information of each terminal device to be edited selected by the editing operation.
And secondly, acquiring a firmware file address information set and equipment type information corresponding to the equipment information of each terminal to be edited. The terminal equipment information to be edited in the terminal equipment information to be edited may correspond to equipment type information in the equipment type information. The firmware file address information in the firmware file address information set may be a firmware file access address corresponding to a firmware file uploaded by a user. For example, the firmware file access address may be an IP address. The device type information in the above-mentioned each device type information may be the device type of the terminal device corresponding to the terminal device information to be edited. For example, the device type may be a feeder terminal device type. In practice, the execution body may determine each firmware file access address corresponding to each firmware file uploaded by the target user as a firmware file address information set. The execution body may determine each device type corresponding to each terminal device to be edited as each device type information of the terminal device information to be edited. The terminal devices to be edited may be terminal devices corresponding to the terminal device information to be edited.
Third, for each piece of the terminal equipment information to be edited in the pieces of terminal equipment information to be edited, the following steps are executed:
A first sub-step of determining firmware file address information corresponding to the terminal equipment information to be edited from the firmware file address information set. In practice, first, the execution body may determine, as the firmware file information set, firmware file information corresponding to each firmware file address information in the firmware file address information set. Then, in response to determining that firmware file information of the terminal device corresponding to the terminal device information to be edited exists in the firmware file information set, the execution body may determine the firmware file information of the terminal device corresponding to the terminal device information to be edited in the firmware file information set as target firmware file information. And then, determining the firmware file address information corresponding to the target firmware file information in the firmware file address information set as the firmware file address information of the terminal equipment information to be edited.
And a second sub-step, binding the terminal equipment information to be edited and the firmware file address information. In practice, first, the execution body may determine the terminal device information and the firmware file address information as device-to-firmware mapping relationship information. And then adding the device and firmware mapping relation information to a device and firmware mapping relation information table. The device-firmware mapping relation information table may represent a relation between terminal devices and firmware file address information. Thus, the target user space can be configured according to the editing operation of the target user.
And step 105, in response to detecting the selection operation of the target user on the terminal equipment information in the target user space, determining the selected terminal equipment information as target terminal equipment information, and updating and displaying the target terminal equipment information.
In some embodiments, in response to detecting a selection operation of the terminal device information in the target user space by the target user, the execution body may determine the selected terminal device information as the target terminal device information, and update and display the target terminal device information. The information of each target terminal device may be each terminal device selected by the target user. In practice, the execution body may update and display the information of each target terminal device according to preset display information. The preset display information may include, but is not limited to: display color, display font.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, in response to detecting a selection operation of the terminal device information in the respective terminal device information in the target user space by the target user, the execution body may determine the selected respective terminal device information as the respective target terminal device information by:
First, in response to detecting the selection operation of the batch selection buttons by the target user, the following operation steps are executed:
And a first sub-step of determining the information of each terminal device meeting the preset condition in the information of each terminal device as the information of each terminal device to be selected. The batch selection button may be a button for a user to select terminal device information in batch. The selection operation may be a click. The preset condition may be that the terminal device corresponding to the terminal device information is online. In practice, the executing body may determine, as each terminal device information to be selected, each terminal device information on-line of a corresponding terminal device in the each terminal device information.
And a second sub-step of determining each selected terminal equipment information as each target terminal equipment information in response to detecting a selection operation of the target user on the terminal equipment information to be selected in the terminal equipment information to be selected. The selecting operation may be batch selection. The target terminal device information may be terminal device information selected by the user in batches.
And a second step of responding to the detection of the selection keywords submitted by the target users and determining the information of each target terminal device according to the selection keywords. The terminal device information in the above-mentioned respective terminal device information may include a terminal device name. The selection keywords may be keywords submitted by the user and matching user information of the terminal device. In practice, in response to detecting the selection keyword submitted by the target user, the execution body may determine the respective target terminal device information according to the selection keyword in various manners. Thus, the individual terminal device information can be selected in batch.
In some optional implementations of some embodiments, in response to detecting the selection keyword submitted by the target user, the executing entity may determine each target terminal device information according to the selection keyword by:
first, determining each terminal equipment name including the selection keyword as each first terminal equipment name. The names of the first terminal devices may be names of terminal devices including the selection keyword.
And a second step of determining each terminal equipment name which does not exist in the first terminal equipment names as each second terminal equipment name. Wherein, each of the second terminal device names may be each terminal device name that does not exist in each of the first terminal device names. The union of the respective first terminal device names and the respective second terminal device names may be the respective terminal device names.
And thirdly, inputting the selected keywords into a pre-trained semantic analysis model to obtain keyword semantic vectors corresponding to the selected keywords. The semantic analysis model may be a neural network model obtained by training with text data as input and semantic vectors corresponding to the text data as output. For example, the neural network model may be a BERT model. The keyword semantic vector may characterize semantic features of the selected keyword.
Fourth, the names of the second terminal devices are respectively input into the semantic analysis model, and semantic vectors of the device names corresponding to the names of the second terminal devices are obtained. Wherein the semantic vectors of the device names may characterize the semantic features of the second terminal device names.
And fifthly, matching each device name semantic vector in the device name semantic vectors with the keyword semantic vector to obtain each matching result. In practice, first, for each device name semantic vector in the device name semantic vectors, the execution body may determine a cosine value of the device name semantic vector and a cosine value of the keyword semantic vector as a matching result, to obtain each matching result.
And sixthly, determining each device name semantic vector corresponding to each matching result meeting the preset matching condition in each matching result as each target semantic vector. The preset matching condition may be that the matching result is greater than a preset matching threshold. Here, the specific setting of the preset matching threshold is not limited. The target semantic vectors may be device name semantic vectors corresponding to the matching results greater than the preset matching threshold. In practice, the execution body may determine, as each target semantic vector, each device name semantic vector corresponding to each matching result that is greater than the preset matching threshold in each matching result.
And seventh, determining the names of the first terminal equipment and the second terminal equipment corresponding to the target semantic vectors as target terminal equipment names.
And eighth step, determining the terminal equipment information corresponding to the names of the target terminal equipment as the target terminal equipment information.
