Example 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the invention discloses a train overhaul production line, which comprises a disassembly area 1 and an assembly area 2 which are arranged side by side, wherein one ends of the disassembly area 1 and the assembly area 2 are provided with a transfer platform 9, the transfer platform 9 is provided with a transfer trolley 8, and one end of the transfer trolley 8 far away from the disassembly area 1 is provided with a cleaning chamber 12, a polishing chamber 26, a paint spray chamber 44, a drying chamber 6 and a wheel set coating chamber 7 side by side in sequence; the transfer platform 9 is provided with a first track 11, the first track 11 is arranged along the length direction of the transfer platform 9, the transfer trolley 8 is in sliding connection with the first track 11, and the transfer trolley 8 is provided with a second track 10 perpendicular to the first track 11. Two sets of the disassembly area 1 and the assembly area 2 can disassemble or assemble two trains at the same time, the disassembly area 1 or the assembly area 2 is provided with side rails parallel to the second rail 10 for transferring the trains or train parts, and the transfer trolley 8 can slide on the first rail 11 by driving the motor so as to butt joint the second rail 10 on the transfer trolley 8 with the rails at other positions; in the scheme, after the train is disassembled in the train disassembly area 1, a second track 10 on the transfer trolley 8 is in butt joint with the track of the disassembly area 1 through the movement of the transfer trolley 8, then the train or other parts are pulled onto the transfer trolley 8 through a tractor, the transfer trolley 8 moves on a first track 11 so as to be in butt joint with a cleaning chamber 12, then the train or the parts thereof are pulled into the cleaning chamber 12 through the tractor for cleaning, and after the cleaning is completed, the train or the parts thereof are sent to a polishing chamber 26 through the trolley for polishing; then the polished train main frame is sequentially sent into a paint spraying chamber 44 and a drying chamber 6 through a trolley for paint spraying and drying; the wheel set 71 after paint removal and flaw detection is sent into a wheel set coating room 7 through a trolley to be painted and dried; finally, the dried train main frame and wheel set 71 are sent to the opposite assembly area 2 for assembly through the trolley. In summary, the disassembly area 1 and the assembly area 2 are arranged on one side, the cleaning room 12, the polishing room 26, the paint spray room 44, the drying room 6 and the wheel set paint room 7 are arranged on the other side according to the maintenance sequence, meanwhile, the middle part is transported by arranging the transfer trolley 8, the whole layout is compact, the space in the length direction of a workshop can be saved, and secondly, the layout enables a train and train components to be cleaned, polished, painted, dried and assembled in sequence in a normalized mode.
Example 2.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the present embodiment is substantially the same as the above embodiment, except that a first anti-slip pad 20 is laid on the floor of the cleaning chamber 12, and the first anti-slip pad 20 is in a grid shape; the floor of the cleaning chamber 12 is provided with a water guide groove 21, the water guide groove 21 is arranged along the length direction of the cleaning chamber 12, and the floor at two sides of the water guide groove 21 is obliquely arranged towards the direction of the water guide groove 21; mounting tables 22 are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the water guide groove 21, the mounting tables 22 are arranged along the length direction of the water guide groove 21, and a third rail 23 matched with a train is arranged on the water guide groove 21; the water guide groove 21 is internally provided with a grid-shaped second anti-slip pad 24, and two sides of the second anti-slip pad 24 are respectively lapped on the tops of the two mounting tables 22. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, a third non-slip mat 25 is disposed in the middle of the water guiding groove 21, and two sides of the third non-slip mat 25 are respectively overlapped with two sides of the top of the water guiding groove 21. It should be noted that, when the train is cleaned, the two sides of the train need to be cleaned, so that the third anti-slip pad 25 is convenient for a worker to transfer the high-pressure cleaner 15 to the other side of the train, and secondly, the third anti-slip pad 25 divides the water guiding groove 21 into a front part and a rear part, namely, the front part and the rear part can be respectively used for placing one train, so that the worker can conveniently clean the two trains simultaneously. A ladder 32 is also provided in the cleaning chamber 12. The crawling ladder 32 is positioned on one side of the water guide groove 21, and a worker climbs to the top of the train through the crawling ladder 32 so as to clean the top of the train;
As shown in fig. 2-6, in this embodiment, a dust removing device 16 is disposed in the cleaning chamber 12, the dust removing device 16 includes a transverse ventilation pipe 17 and a vertical ventilation pipe 18, the transverse ventilation pipe 17 is disposed on one side of the cleaning chamber 12 in the width direction, one end of the transverse ventilation pipe 17 is communicated with an air inlet of a fan disposed outside the cleaning chamber 12, the plurality of vertical ventilation pipes 18 are disposed, the top of the plurality of vertical ventilation pipes 18 are respectively communicated with the transverse ventilation pipe 17, and a first filter screen 19 is disposed at an opening 77 at the bottom of the vertical ventilation pipe 18. A plurality of illumination lamps are arranged in the cleaning chamber 12. During or after train cleaning, dust is generated in the cleaning chamber 12, the dust in the cleaning chamber 12 is removed through the dust removing device 16, and the dust removing device 16 can fully cover the cleaning chamber 12 as much as possible through the transverse ventilating pipe 17 and the vertical ventilating pipe 18, so that the dust removing effect is better; larger objects can be blocked by the first filter 19. The illuminating lamp is used for illuminating the visual field, so that the cleaning work of workers is facilitated.
Example 3.
As shown in fig. 8-11, this embodiment is substantially the same as the above embodiment, except that a fourth rail 27 matched with a train is provided in the polishing chamber 26, and the fourth rail 27 is disposed along the length direction of the polishing chamber 26; the fourth rail 27 is provided with a pedal 28 and a lifting device for lifting the pedal 28 on both sides thereof, and the pedal 28 is disposed along the length direction of the grinding chamber 26. It should be noted that the lifting device may be any lifting structure such as a cylinder lifting structure, a screw lifting structure, a gear rack lifting structure, etc., the length of the pedal 28 is greater than or equal to the length of a single train, and the pedal 28 is made of steel material and has a relatively strong bearing capacity; in the scheme, after a train enters the polishing chamber 26, the position of the train is positioned between the left pedal 28 and the right pedal 28, a worker can stand on the pedals 28 to polish the train by using polishing tools, and the worker polishes different positions in the length direction of the train by moving on the pedals 28, and drives the pedals 28 to lift by the aid of the lifting device, so that the worker polishes different positions in the height direction of the train; that is, the utility model discloses only need adjust the height of footboard 28 through elevating gear, just can polish the different positions of train, easy and simple to handle has shortened the working length.
As shown in fig. 9-11 and 21, in this embodiment, the lifting device includes a stand column 38 and a screw 42, where the stand column 38 is located at one side of the fourth rail 27, a vertically arranged through slot 43 is penetrated on the stand column 38, a sliding seat 40 is embedded in the through slot 43 in a sliding manner, and one end of the sliding seat 40 extends out of the through slot 43 and is connected with the pedal 28; two ends of the screw rod 42 are rotatably connected with two ends of the through groove 43, and the screw rod 42 is in threaded connection with the sliding seat 40; the top of the upright post 38 is provided with a motor for driving the screw rod 42 to rotate; the two openings 77 of the through groove 43 are provided with the dustproof curtain 31, two ends of the dustproof curtain 31 are fixedly connected with two ends of the through groove 43, the side wall of the dustproof curtain 31 is connected with the sliding seat 40, and the dustproof curtain 31 is telescopic. It should be noted that, the bottom of the upright post 38 is fixed on the ground by a bolt, and two ends of the screw rod 42 are rotatably connected with two ends of the through groove 43 by bearings, in this embodiment, because the slide seat 40 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 42, when the screw rod 42 rotates, the slide seat 40 is driven to lift along the axial direction of the screw rod 42, so as to achieve the purpose of lifting the pedal 28. An output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with the top of the screw rod 42, and the slide seat 40 is driven to ascend or descend by controlling the forward rotation or the reverse rotation of the motor; it should be further noted that, because when the train polishes, can produce a large amount of iron fillings, the iron fillings can enter into and pile up in the logical groove 43, are inconvenient for the staff to manage, based on this, this scheme is equipped with dustproof curtain 31 in the both sides opening 77 department of logical groove 43, and dustproof curtain 31 can follow the rising or decline of slide 40 and flexible (its function realization only needs dustproof curtain 31's length be greater than the length of logical groove 43 far away can), and then it still can not take place to interfere with between the slide 40 when reaching dustproof function.
As shown in fig. 9-11, in this embodiment, a ladder stand 32 is disposed on one side of the upright 38, the ladder stand 32 is vertically disposed, two ends of the pedal 28 and one side close to the lifting device are both provided with rails 30, the pedal 28 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 29 that are sequentially connected with each other, an illumination lamp is disposed in the polishing chamber 26, and two ends of the polishing chamber 26 are respectively provided with lifting doors. It should be noted that, the staff overhauls the motor at stand 38 top through climbing cat ladder 32, can prevent through rail 30 that sets up that the staff from dropping from footboard 28, can strengthen the rigidity of footboard 28 through the strengthening rib 29 that sets up, is convenient for the staff to polish work through the light that sets up.
The principle of this embodiment is:
When the train needs to be polished, the lifting door is opened, the train enters the polishing chamber 26 through the track, the position of the train is located between the left pedal 28 and the right pedal 28, a worker can stand on the pedals 28 to polish the train by using polishing tools, and the worker polishes different positions in the length direction of the train by moving on the pedals 28;
When the polishing is required to be performed on different positions in the height direction of the train, the motor is started, and the motor drives the screw rod 42 to rotate, so that the slide seat 40 and the pedal 28 connected with the slide seat 40 are driven to ascend or descend, and the worker is conveyed to the designated height of the train for polishing.
Example 4.
As shown in fig. 12-15, in this embodiment, the two sides of the interior of the paint spray booth 44 are respectively provided with a transverse rail 49, the transverse rail 49 is disposed along the length direction of the paint spray booth 44, a vertical rail 50 perpendicular to the transverse rail 49 is slidably connected to the transverse rail 49, the vertical rail 50 is provided with a moving seat 52 and a lifting device, the moving seat 52 is slidably connected to the vertical rail 50, the lifting device is used for lifting the moving seat 52, the moving seat 52 is provided with a telescopic device 53, the telescopic device 53 can be telescopic along the width direction of the paint spray booth 44, and the end of the telescopic device 53 is provided with a bearing table 54. As shown in fig. 12-14, in this embodiment, a heating chamber 45 is disposed at the top of the paint spray booth 44, a fan 1001 is disposed at the top of the heating chamber 45, an air outlet end of the fan 1001 is communicated with the heating chamber 45, an opening 77 communicating with the interior of the paint spray booth 44 is disposed at the bottom of the heating chamber 45, and filter cotton 48 is disposed at the opening 77; the bottom of the paint spray booth 44 is provided with a ventilation groove 141, the top of the ventilation groove 141 is provided with a second filter screen 47, and the ventilation groove 141 is provided with a ventilation pipe 142 communicated with the outside of the paint spray booth 44. The outside of the spray booth 44 is provided with an air cleaner, and the ventilation pipe 142 communicates with the air cleaner. It should be noted that, after the paint spraying of the train is completed, the paint spraying device is required to be transferred to the drying room 74 for drying operation, if the train is drying at the moment in the drying room 74, then the train in the coating room needs to wait in situ, which wastes time. The external air source is filtered by the fan 1001 and then blown into the heating chamber 45 to be heated, the heated air enters the paint spray booth 44 to dry the train after being filtered by the filter cotton 48, and the air purifier can purify the discharged polluted air and then discharge the purified air into the atmosphere through the ventilation groove 141 and the ventilation pipe 142.
As shown in fig. 15, in the present embodiment, the telescopic device 53 is a scissor lift provided in the width direction of the paint spray booth 44. It should be noted that, the scissor fork type lifter is the prior art, and it is hydraulic scissor fork type lifter, and the scissor fork type lifter in this scheme transversely sets up, can drive the staff and press close to the train.
As shown in fig. 14, in the present embodiment, a seventh rail 46 is provided at the middle of the paint spray booth 44. The train is moved into and out of the paint booth 44 by the seventh track 46.
As shown in fig. 15, in the present embodiment, a guard rail 56 is provided on the top of the carrying table 54, and the guard rail 56 is disposed along the circumferential direction of the carrying table 54. The guard rail 56 is provided to protect the worker.
As shown in fig. 12, in this embodiment, a lifting door is provided at one end of the paint spray booth 44. The lifting door is an electric lifting door.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:

The rotating device can be an air cylinder, one end of the air cylinder is hinged with the mounting seat, and the output end of the air cylinder is hinged with the bottom of the rotating rod. It should be noted that, before the wheel set 71 is transported from the temporary storage area of the wheel set 71 to the wheel set paint booth 73, the shift lever 82 is located below the top of the track, that is, the shift lever 82 does not obstruct the transportation of the wheel set 71, and when the wheel set 71 needs to be pushed out from the opening 77, the rotating device drives the rotating rod 80 to rotate, so that the shift lever 82 acts on the tread of the wheel set 71 and pushes out the wheel set 71.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
when the wheel set 71 needs to be painted, the wheel set 71 is transported from the temporary storage area of the wheel set 71 to the paint spraying room 73, the two treads of the wheel set 71 are respectively positioned at the two openings 77 of the fifth rail 72, at the moment, the wheel set 71 is blocked by the positioning rod 78, the wheel set 71 is prevented from moving, the treads of the wheel set 71 are contacted with the friction wheel 86, at the moment, the top surface of the wheel set 71 is painted by the paint spraying robot 75, after the paint spraying is finished, the rotating device drives the rotating rod 80 to rotate, the rotating rod 80 drives the deflector rod 82 to act on the treads of the wheel set 71, the wheel set 71 is pushed out, the wheel set 71 is moved to the drying room 74 to be dried, after the drying is finished, the wheel set 71 is pulled to the opening 77 in the paint spraying room 73 through the traction device, at the moment, the friction wheel 86 is driven to rotate through the motor, the paint spraying wheel set 71 rotates around the axis until the bottom surface of the wheel set 71 which is not rotated below the opening of the paint spraying robot 75, after the paint spraying robot 75 sprays paint again, the paint on the wheel set 71 is finished, and finally the wheel set 74 is transported to the drying room;
If paint spraying is required to be performed on other equipment except the wheel set 71, the moving device 88 drives the mounting seat 83 to move again, so that the sixth rail 87 moves to the opening 77, and the sixth rail 87 and the fifth rail 72 are combined to form a complete rail, so that the device is suitable for transportation of other rail equipment and has high applicability. The moving device 88 may be any structure having a moving function, such as a hydraulic cylinder structure, a rack-and-pinion structure, and a screw structure.
Example 6.
The embodiment provides a train overhaul method, which comprises the following steps:
Step 1: the train is disassembled in a train disassembly area 1, and the disassembled train mainly comprises a train main frame and wheel pairs 71;
