Plant individual number: within a plant introduction number, a plurality of plant individuals may be included, each plant individual number being the plant individual number.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, a method for managing plant introduction is provided, and the method may include the following steps.
Step 1: and obtaining introduction information of the introduced plants.
Step 2: and generating individual number information corresponding to the introduced plants based on the introduced information.
Step 3: and associating the individual number information with the introduction information to generate an information bar code corresponding to the introduction plant.
Step 4: based on the information bar code, recorded information of the introduced plants is collected and/or recorded.
Step 5: and generating a plant record report corresponding to the introduced plant according to the introduction information, the individual number information and the record information.
It can be understood that the application generates the individual number information corresponding to the introduced plants through the introduced information of the introduced plants, thereby facilitating the subsequent search of the corresponding introduced plants through the individual number information. Further, the information bar code is generated by associating the individual number information with the introduction information, so that staff can conveniently upload recorded information through the information bar code, the instantaneity and the working efficiency of the recorded information of the introduction plants are improved, and corresponding plant record reports are accurately generated.
In one embodiment, step 1 may specifically include: step 1-1: acquiring form data of the introduced plants; step 1-2: and scanning and identifying the form data according to a preset identification area to obtain introduction information.
For paper form data, the paper form data may be converted into electronic form data by OCR technology, and introduction information may be acquired. In addition, form data can be processed by combining a related neural network model of machine vision, so that introduction information can be accurately obtained.
It can be understood that the introduction information of the introduced plants can be rapidly obtained through scanning and identifying the form data in the preset identification area, so that the working efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment, the form data of the introduced plants can be obtained by manual entry or batch introduction based on an Excel template in step 1.
After the form data is imported, automatic auditing can be implemented according to the format, content, type, range and the like of the data value, and whether the field value has a problem or not is determined.
Further, when a problem occurs in the field value, a manual correction mode can be adopted to correct the problem field and perform automatic auditing again until form data of all the introduced plants are correct.
For example, for a small amount of introduction information, the administrator may choose to create a introduction information record directly in the system and manually enter the data. For a large amount of introduction information, an administrator can conduct batch introduction through a preset introduction form data standard and format template, automatically check the introduction information through a pre-built special database or a requirement rule, feed back a problem field value, and then manually correct the problem field value so as to quickly obtain complete and accurate plant introduction information, and improve data quality and working efficiency.
In one embodiment, after step 1-2, the method further comprises: step 1-3: and auditing the introduction information according to a preset text format, and screening out invalid introduction information.
By means of example, the text library is constructed, the text library contains relevant texts related to the introduction information, and the introduction information is compared with data in the text library in terms of similarity, text length and the like, so that invalid introduction information is screened, and the accuracy of the introduction information is further improved.
In one embodiment, step 2 specifically includes: step 2-1: extracting working information in the introduction information to generate a working batch number; step 2-2: generating a plant introduction number based on the work batch number and the academic name of the introduced plant; step 2-3: generating individual number information according to the plant introduction number and the individual serial number of the introduced plant.
It can be understood that the work lot number and the academic name of the introduced plants are used for generating corresponding individual numbers for each individual, and each introduced plant is accurately and finely managed.
In one embodiment, after the plant introduction number is generated, the plant introduction record can be created by matching the species Chinese name and the genus classification information.
Further, according to the plant introduction number and the individual serial number of the introduced plant, generating a plant individual number, and creating a record of the living plant file. Through the mutual correlation of the work batch number, the plant introduction number and the plant individual number, the corresponding correlation among the work batch record, the plant introduction record and the living plant file record is formed.
In one embodiment, step 4 may specifically include: step 4-1: scanning an information bar code, and checking and/or managing maintenance record information and growth record information of the introduced plants; step 4-2: and finishing maintenance record information and growth record information to generate record information.
It can be understood that the information bar code can be a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code and the like, and the maintenance record information and the growth record information can be checked, modified and uploaded according to different authorities by scanning the information bar code through the terminal equipment.
In one embodiment, the management method may further include: step 6: generating a label corresponding to the introduced plant based on the academic name, the individual number information and the information bar code of the introduced plant.
For example, the two-dimensional code of the unique plant individual may be generated based on the plant access portal Url by downloading the individual number information of the introduced plant, the species name (e.g., plant Latin's name), the species Chinese name, the genus classification, the access portal Url, and the like.
And then the label is manufactured according to the preset label pattern by connecting a label printer. The hanging card comprises: plant individual number, plant Chinese name, plant Latin school name, two-dimensional code (plant individual information Web page address, can scan directly).
In one embodiment, the management method further includes: step 7: the labels are arranged on the corresponding introduced plants.
It can be understood that an Excel file containing the content table heads of plant individual numbers, species academic names, species chinese names, family categories, access entries Url and the like is downloaded, meanwhile, a two-dimensional code image specific to each plant is generated based on the plant access entries Url, after a label printer is connected, a label is printed according to a preset label pattern, the label is provided with the plant individual numbers, the plant chinese names, the plant latin academic names and the two-dimensional codes (the plant individual access entries Url), after the label is picked up by a gardener, the label is hung on a corresponding plant, and a shortcut is provided for the subsequent tourists to acquire plant information and the plant data acquired by the gardener. And the label is arranged on the corresponding introduction plant, so that relevant information of the introduction plant can be intuitively known for tourists and staff.
In one embodiment, the step 5 may specifically include the following steps:
Step 5-1: integrating plant work batch information, introduction information, recorded positioning information, weather information, phenotype information, growth status, species information, maintenance information, images and other data to form a directory, a gallery, introduction history, living plant files, science popularization and other thematic data.
Step 5-2: based on the user demands, screening data content and range meeting the requirements, carrying out data statistics analysis according to species, source regions, data categories, gardeners and other dimensions, and visually displaying statistical results.
Step 5-3: and integrating the contents of the integrated data, the thematic data, the statistical result, the visual chart and the like to form a complete living plant data report.
The plant directory is generated by species index, introduction history is formed by time index, living plant files are formed by correlating the work batch number, introduction number and plant individual number, plant data of different years and different plant garden areas are screened according to user requirements, analysis is performed based on dimensions such as species composition, source area, growth condition, record category data amount and the like, analysis results are expressed in the form of a visual chart, and all the data and the analysis results are integrated into a complete living plant data report.
It is noted that, unlike the management method for books and other articles in the prior art, the application aims at the management field of the plant garden, especially the management method for the introduced plants, and solves the problem that the management method, the domestic management system and the working habit cannot be mutually adapted.
It can be understood that the work batch number is automatically generated according to the submitted plant introduction information table and the personnel name, the date and the place, the corresponding introduction work information, the plant introduction number is generated according to the acquisition batch number and the species school name, the plant species information is generated, the plant individual number is generated according to the plant introduction number and the plant sequence number, and the plant individual information is generated.
Through the automatic numbering scheme, the work information, the species information and the plant individual information in the living plant management process have unique information indexes, so that the quick coding of complex information and the correlation among codes are realized, the work efficiency is greatly improved, and the problems of repeated numbering, conflict, association error and the like caused by manual numbering are solved.
Furthermore, through the serial numbers given by the system, a unique index website is realized by utilizing a network system, and independent access pages are realized for the acquisition batch, the introduction information and the plant individuals. And then the plant individual is coded by the two-dimension code to access the website, the plant label is printed and manufactured, and the close association between the plant physical entity and the information recording data is realized through the listing. On one hand, acquiring plant individual files in real time by scanning the two-dimensional code, wherein the plant individual files comprise all historical data of introduction sources and in-garden cultivation and maintenance processes; on the other hand, the gardener can collect and upload the latest observation data of the plant individuals on site, the problems of complicated manual input and easy error are solved, and two-way information interaction between on-line information acquisition and off-line data uploading of the plant is realized through the two-dimensional code.
For a further understanding of the method of managing plant introduction of the present application, reference is made to the following examples.
As shown in fig. 2, the following steps can be specifically divided.

5. Checking introduction information
After the introduction data is uploaded, the system automatically checks; the administrator may also audit online.
6. Generating a work batch number
The system automatically divides the introduction information after the verification into work batches according to the introduction person, the work date and the place to generate a work batch number, and the introduction person adopts the user ID of the user during the introduction number, and generally, the code can be completed by adopting the introduction person, the work date and the like liming 20230512. If the work records of two places within one day of the introduction are encountered, the data are generally wrong, and if the work records are true, a complete introduction + work date + place coding scheme is adopted, and the place numbers, such as liming20230512tianmushan, are added.
7. Generating introduction numbers
And checking the finished introduction work information, dividing the introduction work information into introduction records according to species, wherein each introduction record represents all individuals of a certain species in one introduction. The introduction number coding method is "year+introduction serial number", for example, introduction number 20230863 represents the introduction record of the 863 rd species in 2023, which is a batch of ginkgo trees from one source of the same introducer.
8. Application individual number plate
After filling the plant introduction information, the gardener may cultivate a batch of plants in different plots of the plant garden. After the cultivation is finished, counting the number of the plant individuals under each introduction number, and applying for plant individual registration in an information system. For example, the plant introduced with number 20230863 may be ginkgo, and 5 plants are planted in 5 places in total, and 5 plant individual number plates under application 20230863 are required in the system.
9. Generating individual numbers
After the administrator examines the requests of the individual number plates and confirms that the errors are not present, the system automatically generates the individual numbers, wherein the numbering method is "introduction number+individual sequence number", for example, the number plate is 20230863, and the number plates are numbered 20230863-1, 20230863-2, 20230863-3, 20230863-4 and 20230863-5 according to the sequence.
10. Printing individual number plate
After the administrator determines the print material, the printer is connected to make the label. The hanging card comprises: plant individual number, plant Chinese name, plant Latin school name, two-dimensional code (plant individual information Web page address, can be scanned directly)
11. Plant hanging tag positioning
The gardener gets the prepared hanging tag, hangs on the plant individual, and is fixed.
App code scanning record
The garden uses mobile devices such as cell-phones, flat board, and when the plant garden works, uses dedicated App to scan the two-dimensional code of plant listing, can open the work record list, fill maintenance record, plant growth state information etc., can bind with current plant automatically.
13. Checking maintenance information
And (3) automatically storing maintenance information recorded by the special App to a server through the App, performing system auditing, and synchronously updating the maintenance information to the plant individual file after confirming no errors.
14. Generating live plant reports
Through the steps, the working information, species introduction information, plant individual information, plant maintenance management and growth state information are integrated and summarized into a comprehensive living plant database. On the basis, the Web system can search, collect and generate different types of living plant reports according to the query needs of users, thereby meeting the needs of management decisions.
