Detailed Description
As described in the background, the number of license lamps for most automobiles at this stage is usually two. When an automobile is provided with only one license plate lamp, the license plate lamp light distribution regulation requirement may not be satisfied. When the license plate lamp emits light, the illumination of the license plate lamp in the right-opposite license plate part area is very bright, and the rest areas (such as corners) of the license plate are very dark, so that the light distribution intensity and uniformity on the license plate are different, and further, the license plate number is not clearly seen by human eyes at night. Aiming at the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a license plate lamp assembly and a vehicle. Wherein, the license plate lamp is located the inside of shell, and the printing opacity cover is located below the license plate lamp, and the printing opacity cover includes special-shaped structure, and special-shaped structure is located below the license plate lamp, and special-shaped structure is used for diverging the light source that the license plate lamp sent, and the decorative pattern structure is used for shining the license plate lamp to regional light under the license plate lamp and carries out diffuse reflection. The vehicle comprises a vehicle body, a license plate and the license plate lamp assembly. Wherein, license plate and license plate lamp subassembly are located the outside of automobile body, and license plate lamp subassembly is located on the license plate. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can change the illumination path and the light intensity of the license plate lamp by adding the structure of the license plate lamp in the light-transmitting cover, so that the light intensity of the license plate at a position far away from the license plate lamp is enhanced, the brightness requirement of regulations on the license plate is met, the light brightness right below the license plate lamp is reduced, the brightness difference between the right below the license plate lamp and other positions of the license plate is reduced, and the light distribution uniformity is ensured.
In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the application provides a license plate lamp assembly and a vehicle, wherein the license plate lamp is provided with a structure in a light-transmitting cover, so that the illumination path and the light intensity of the license plate lamp are changed, the light intensity of a license plate at a position far from the license plate lamp is enhanced, and the requirement of regulations on the brightness of the license plate is met. The license lamp assembly and the specific structure of the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides a license lamp assembly 100, the license lamp assembly 100 can include a license lamp 200, a housing 300, and a light transmissive cover 400. Wherein the license lamp 200 can be located inside the housing 300 and the translucent cover 400 can be located below the license lamp 200. In one possible implementation, the housing 300 may be a rectangular housing, and the application is not limited herein with respect to the shape of the housing 300. In an embodiment of the present application, the light-transmitting cover 400 may include a profile structure 500. Wherein the contoured structure 500 may be located below the license lamp 200. It is appreciated that the contoured structure 500 can be used to disperse the light source emitted by the license lamp 200.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the shaped structure 500 may include a recess structure 510. Wherein the recess structure 510 may be formed on a side of the translucent cover 400 opposite the license lamp 200. In one possible implementation, the recess structure 510 may be located directly below the license lamp 200.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the recess structure 510 may further include a concave structure 520, as in the previous embodiments. Wherein at least a portion of the concave surface of the concave structure 520 may be disposed toward the license lamp 200. Accordingly, the concave structure 520 may be located below the license lamp 200. In one possible implementation, concave structure 520 may further include a first concave surface 521 and a second concave surface 522. The first concave surface 521 and the second concave surface 522 may be arc-shaped concave surfaces, and the arcs of the first concave surface 521 and the second concave surface 522 face the side having the license lamp 200. In an embodiment of the present application, the first concave surface 521 and the second concave surface 522 may be connected back and forth in the width direction of the special-shaped structure 500, where the position where the first concave surface 521 and the second concave surface 522 are connected may protrude from the entire concave surface structure 520. Of course, the position where the first concave surface 521 is connected to the second concave surface 522 may not protrude from the entire concave surface structure 520. In other embodiments, the concave structures 520 may also be continuous curved surfaces. Alternatively, the concave structures 520 may also be pits that do not open on both sides in the width direction of the shaped structure 500.
With continued reference to fig. 3 based on the above-described embodiments, in one possible implementation, the shape and size of the concave structure 520 may be adjusted accordingly according to the relative positional distance relationship between the license plate 820 illuminated by the license plate 200 and the license lamp 200, and, for example, when the distance between the license plate 820 and the license plate 200 is relatively long, the distance between the arc surface in the concave structure 520 and the license plate 200 may be increased accordingly, so as to enhance the brightness of the license plate 820. Accordingly, the invention is not limited herein with respect to the shape and size of the concave structures 520.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the shaped structure 500 may further include a ramp structure 530, as is the case with the above-described embodiments. Wherein the ramp structure 530 may further include a first ramp 531 and a second ramp 532. In one possible implementation, the first inclined surface 531 and the second inclined surface 532 may be respectively located at two sides of the concave surface structure 520 in the length direction of the special-shaped structure 500. Thus, the whole special-shaped structure 500 can be in a trapezoid structure in appearance, so that light emitted by the license plate lamp 200 diverges to two sides, and the light intensity diverged around is increased.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the bottom of the recess structure 510 may extend in an M-shape to the slope structures 530 on both sides in the length direction thereof, based on the above-described embodiment. Thus, on the basis of ensuring that the concave structure 510 diverges the light source, the inclined surface structure 530 can achieve better light transmittance on both sides, so that the light source diverges further to the periphery.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in the above embodiment, the height of the end of the inclined surface structure 530 away from the concave surface structure 520 may be less than or equal to the height of the end of the inclined surface structure 530 near the concave surface structure 520. In one possible implementation, the special-shaped structure 500 may be a trapezoid structure with a thicker middle and thinner sides, that is, the thickness of the side of the inclined surface structure 530 near the middle should be greater than or equal to the thickness of the side of the inclined surface structure 530 near the two ends. Thus, because the thickness of the two sides of the special-shaped structure 500 is smaller, the light transmittance of the two sides is better, and the light emitted by the license plate lamp 200 can be diffused to the two sides instead of being concentrated under the license plate lamp 200, so that the light intensity of the license plate 820 under the license plate lamp 200 is enhanced, and the light distribution intensity and uniformity of the license plate lamp 200 are met.
With continued reference to fig. 2 and 3, the light transmissive cover 400 may further include an optical coupling structure 600 in accordance with the above-described embodiments. Wherein the light coupling structure 600 may be located above the shaped structure 500 and the light coupling structure 600 may be located directly below the license lamp 200. It will be appreciated that the light coupling structure 600 can be used to diffusely reflect light from the license plate lamp 200 that strikes the area directly beneath the license plate lamp 200 to attenuate the intensity of the light from the area directly beneath the license plate lamp 200, such that the light diverges to both sides.
Based on the above embodiments, the optical coupling structure 600 may be surface structured. In one possible embodiment, the surface structuring can be produced by at least one of mechanically structuring, embossing, etching, spraying technology. The embodiment of the application is not limited to the way the surface is structured.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, the optical coupling structure 600 can be formed by light scattering particles embedded in the light-transmitting cover 400. With continued reference to fig. 3, in accordance with the above-described embodiments, the optical coupling structure 600 may include a particle structure 610. Wherein, in one possible implementation, the number of the particle structures 610 may be several, and the present application is not limited herein with respect to the number of the particle structures 610. In embodiments of the present application, several particle structures 610 may have different angles on the optical coupling structure 600. It is appreciated that the size of the particle structure 610 in the light coupling structure 600 may be adjusted according to the light distribution requirements. Of course, in other embodiments, the light coupling structure 600 may also include a patterned structure, wherein the patterned structure may be disposed prominently on the light coupling structure 600, and the shape of the patterned structure is not limited.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the optical coupling structure 600 may have the effect of diffuse reflection of light by providing a plurality of particle structures 610. Diffuse reflection is a phenomenon in which light projected on a rough surface is reflected in various directions. When a parallel incident ray is incident on a rough surface, the surface reflects the ray in all directions, so that the incident rays are parallel to each other, and the normal directions of all points are inconsistent, so that the reflected ray is irregularly reflected in different directions. Thus, the particle structure 610 achieves the diffuse reflection effect of the light irradiated by the license plate lamp 200, so that the light intensity right below the license plate lamp 200 can be weakened, the brightness uniformity of the license plate lamp 200 irradiated on the surface of the license plate 820 is improved, and the requirement of regulations on the brightness uniformity of the surface of the license plate 820 is met.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the shaped structure 500 and the optical coupling structure 600 may be an integrally formed structure based on the above embodiments. In one possible implementation, the shaped structure 500, the optical coupling structure 600, and the light-transmitting cover 400 may be integrally formed by injection molding, and the material used may be polymethyl methacrylate (polymethyl methacrylate, PMMA). Of course, in other embodiments, the shaped structure 500 and the optical coupling structure 600 may be separate structures, and the optical coupling structure 600 may be attached to the surface of the shaped structure 500.
With continued reference to FIG. 2, the license lamp assembly 100 can further include a circuit board 700, in accordance with the above-described embodiments. In one possible implementation, the circuit board 700 may be positioned over the license lamp 200, and the circuit board 700 may be electrically connected to the license lamp 200. It will be appreciated that the circuit board 700 may be used to provide a stable supply voltage and current to the license lamp 200 to enable the license lamp 200 to illuminate a light source to ensure proper operation of the license lamp 200.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, the license lamp assembly 100 can further include a plug 310, in accordance with the above-described embodiments. Wherein the connector 310 may be located at one end of the housing 300. It is appreciated that the plug 310 can be used to electrically connect the license lamp assembly 100 to the vehicle 800 for signal transmission. In one possible implementation, the vehicle 800 may have a mating interface thereon to mate with the plug 310 such that the plug 310 can be connected to the vehicle 800 through the interface.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, the license lamp assembly 100 can further include a seal ring 320, in accordance with the above-described embodiments. In one possible implementation, the sealing ring 320 may be sleeved on the outer side of the light-transmitting cover 400. It will be appreciated that the sealing ring 320 can be used for both waterproofing and sealing purposes of the light transmissive cover 400.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, the license lamp assembly 100 can further include a leaf spring 330, in accordance with the above-described embodiments. Wherein in one possible implementation, the spring plate 330 may be located at one end of the housing 300 and the spring plate 330 may be located at an end remote from the plug 310. It will be appreciated that the spring plate 330 can be used to provide a degree of spring force to assist in carrying the load.
Referring to fig. 4, a second aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle 800, which vehicle 800 may include a vehicle body 810, a license plate 820, and the license lamp assembly 100 described above. Wherein the license plate 820 and license lamp assembly 100 can be located on the outside of the vehicle body 810. In an embodiment of the present application, license lamp assembly 100 may be positioned above license plate 820. In one possible implementation, the license lamp assembly 100 can be located anywhere above the license plate 820, and the application is not limited herein with respect to the location of the license lamp assembly 100.
In the embodiment of the present application, the special-shaped structure 500 and the optical coupling structure 600 are designed inside the light-transmitting cover 400, wherein the special-shaped structure 500 is designed to be a structure with uneven thickness, and the special-shaped structure 500 can be based on a trapezoid structure with thicker middle part and continuously thinned two sides. Further, a concave structure 520 is provided directly under the license lamp 200, and the concave structure 520 is provided toward the end having the license lamp 200. The shape and size of the concave structure 520 can be adjusted according to the relative position and distance relationship between the license plate 200 and the license plate 820 illuminated by the license plate 200. The concave structure 520 can diffuse the light irradiated by the license plate lamp 200 to two sides rather than being concentrated under the license plate lamp 200, so that the light intensity of two sides of the license plate 820 under the license plate lamp 200 is enhanced, and the requirement of regulations on the light intensity value of the surface of the license plate 820 is met. The light coupling structure 600 is disposed on the shaped structure 500, and in particular, the light coupling structure 600 may be disposed on the surface of the concave structure 520. The plurality of particle structures 610 in the optical coupling structure 600 can have the effect of diffuse reflection of light, further weaken the light intensity directly below the license plate lamp 200, improve the uniformity of brightness of the license plate lamp 200 irradiated on the surface of the license plate 820, and meet the requirements of regulations on the uniformity of brightness of the surface of the license plate 820.
The number of license lamps 200 in the conventional vehicle 800 is generally required to be two, and when the vehicle 800 is provided with only one license lamp 200, the light distribution regulation requirements of the license lamps 200 may not be satisfied. In the embodiment of the application, the brightness value and the brightness uniformity of the license plate 820 can be still satisfied on the basis of only one license plate 200, the arrangement space is saved, the cost of the whole vehicle is reduced on the basis of reducing the number of license plate 200 in the vehicle 800, the illumination path and the light intensity of the license plate 200 are changed, the brightness requirement of regulations on the license plate 820 is satisfied, and the light distribution uniformity is ensured.
