(1)粘合强度测试方法:按照GB/T 7760-2003标准测试,使用注塑机在特定的模具上将各实施例及对比例中的尼龙包胶TPE复合材料注塑到PA6+30%(相对于PA6的质量分数)玻纤的尼龙基板样条上,注塑温度为235℃。常温放置24h后,通过高端拉伸机进行拉伸进行90°剥离测试,测得尼龙包胶TPE复合材料与尼龙基板样条的粘接力;其中,粘合强度等级划分如下:(1) Adhesion strength test method: According to GB/T 7760-2003 standard test, the nylon encapsulated TPE composite material in each embodiment and comparative example is injection molded onto a nylon substrate sample of PA6+30% (mass fraction relative to PA6) glass fiber using an injection molding machine on a specific mold, and the injection molding temperature is 235°C. (2)拉伸强度测试方法:按照ISO527-2012标准测试,将各实施例及对比例中的尼龙包胶TPE复合材料注塑成2*100*100mm标准方板后,使用裁刀裁剪为2型样条,常温放置24h后再拉伸机进行测试。成型周期以注塑拉伸样条的周期为准。(2) Tensile strength test method: According to ISO527-2012 standard test, the nylon encapsulated TPE composite material in each embodiment and comparative example was injection molded into a 2*100*100 mm standard square plate, and then cut into 2-type specimens using a cutter.
