Abstract
本发明涉及美容技术领域,尤其涉及一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,包括以下步骤:清洁;注射;按摩;照射;光电联合治疗的步骤。本发明通过光、声、电对皮肤表皮层、真皮层、脂肪层、筋膜层的分层治疗、刺激胶原等分层治疗使皮肤肤质、肤色、肤龄改善,继之注射肉毒素放松面部肌肉、使动态皱纹的消除,达到全面部年轻化的目的。

本发明涉及美容技术领域,尤其涉及一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法。
背景技术
衰老是人体正常的生理过程,每个人都要面对,伴随人的一生。衰老在面部的主要表现为皮肤松弛、下垂、骨质疏松、韧带松弛以及脂肪减少、移位、肤色暗沉、色斑等。抗衰老是人们永恒的主题,面部抗衰老年轻化也是所有爱美人士极为关注的话题,其中面部年轻化是一个很大的范畴,一般指所有和抗衰老年轻化有关的治疗;主要包括手术治疗、微整形(注射、线雕等)和光电皮肤美容三大方面;对于轻度或者局部皮肤衰老,建议采取微整注射或者光电等非手术方式进行治疗;如果组织松弛严重、面部轮廓凹陷明显,则建议采取手术。
近年来光电技术的进步给求美者带来福音。各种波长的激光、射频、超声波,可以治疗衰老导致的各种色斑、皮肤皱纹、肌肤暗沉粗糙、红血丝、皮肤的各种病变等,光电治疗还可以刺激胶原再生、紧致嫩肤、收缩毛孔等,达到肌肤年轻化功效。
但是现有的光电治疗方法只能单纯的对各种色斑、皮肤皱纹、肌肤暗沉粗糙、红血丝、皮肤的各种病变等起到效果,不能完全实现面部年轻化。
因此提供一种用于面部年轻化的注射与光电技术结合的光电联合治疗方法是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点,本发明提供一种用于面部年轻化的注射与光电技术结合的光电联合治疗方法。
本发明的技术实施方案:
1、一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁,采用纯净水对面部进行清洁与无菌消毒处理;
(2)照射,采用激光仪对面部皮肤进行照射;
(3)光电联合治疗,采用面部治疗区域周围进行分区划线,采用生理信号记录仪通过分区向面部以下的细胞输入电信号,同时激光仪再次进行光刺激。
(4)向面部皱纹处注射肉毒素;
2、按照权利要求1所述的一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中激光仪采用赛诺龙picoway激光仪,具体的照射步骤为:
S1:大光斑全面照射1-2遍;
S2:小光斑在色斑位置照射1-2遍。
3、按照权利要求1所述的一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的激光仪为脉冲激光产生装置,光刺激信号的波长为420nm-1200nm。
4、按照权利要求1所述的一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的生理信号记录仪的电刺激信号可以采用双电极模式,也可以采用单电极模式。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明通过先用赛诺龙picoway激光仪对色斑等皮肤病变的消除,同时还通过电刺激信号与光刺激信号相结合降低了皮肤细胞所需的电刺激信号与光刺激信号的强度,进而减少了对神经细胞的损伤,同时刺激细胞加快吸收纳米脂肪,再在面部皱纹处注射肉毒素使面部皮下肌肉松弛,让皱纹无处遁形。

实施例
1、一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁,采用纯净水对面部进行清洁与无菌消毒处理;
(2)照射,采用激光仪对面部皮肤进行照射;
(3)光电联合治疗,采用面部治疗区域周围进行分区划线,采用生理信号记录仪通过分区向面部以下的细胞输入电信号,同时激光仪再次进行光刺激。
(4)向面部皱纹处注射肉毒素;

4、按照权利要求1所述的一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的生理信号记录仪的电刺激信号可以采用双电极模式,也可以采用单电极模式。
光刺激信号可以为与电刺激信号同步或相对于电刺激信号延迟预设时间的脉冲激光。光刺激信号为与电刺激信号同步时,即产生光刺激信号的时间与产生电刺激信号的时间同步。预设时间可以是神经纤维对电刺激信号进行反应所需要的时间,也可以是根据刺激神经纤维的电荷量和电刺激信号的强度决定预设时间的长度。
刺激电极与神经纤维接触,生理信号记录仪产生并向刺激电极输入电刺激信号对神经纤维进行刺激。同时,脉冲激光产生装置接收电刺激信号并根据电刺激信号向光纤输入光刺激信号,通过光纤将光刺激信号照射在神经纤维上,电刺激信号和光刺激信号同时对神经纤维进行刺激。在光电联合刺激下,同时降低了刺激神经纤维所需要的电刺激信号和光刺激信号的强度。
由于电刺激信号通过刺激电极与神经纤维接触时,会发生电荷扩散,降低了对神经的空间分辨率;同时要实现对神经的抑制需要较高强度的电流,必然会引起较多的电荷输入神经纤维,从而对神经纤维带来损伤,也容易对刺激电极或采集电极形成损害。而光刺激空间分辨率高,可以实现对神经的选择性刺激,但是激光刺激对神经产生损伤的强度仅是激活神经所需阈值的2倍,在操作时很容易发生热消融现象,容易对生物组织产生损伤。而光电联合刺激下神经纤维所需的电刺激强度和光刺激强度降低了,从而减少了对神经的损伤。
本发明通过先用赛诺龙picoway激光仪对色斑等皮肤病变的消除,同时还通过电刺激信号与光刺激信号相结合降低了皮肤细胞所需的电刺激信号与光刺激信号的强度,进而减少了对神经细胞的损伤,同时刺激细胞加快吸收纳米脂肪,再在面部皱纹处注射肉毒素使面部皮下肌肉松弛,让皱纹无处遁形。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (2)
1.一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁,采用纯净水对面部进行清洁与无菌消毒处理;
(2)照射,采用激光仪对面部皮肤进行照射,激光仪采用赛诺龙picoway激光仪,具体的照射步骤为:
S1:大光斑全面照射1-2遍;
S2:小光斑在色斑位置照射1-2遍。
(3)光电联合治疗,采用面部治疗区域周围进行分区划线,采用生理信号记录仪通过分区向面部以下的细胞输入电信号,同时激光仪再次进行光刺激,生理信号记录仪的电刺激信号可以采用双电极模式,也可以采用单电极模式。
(4)向面部皱纹处注射肉毒素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面部年轻化的光电联合治疗方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的激光仪为脉冲激光产生装置,光刺激信号的波长为420nm-1200nm。
