Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种带有至少一控制元件和/或操纵元件的电气装置,通过该控制元件的位移可影响至少一个电量和/或至少一个触发模块,其中,控制元件和/或操纵元件根据工作条件所需要的位移过程,通过阻塞装置被阻止进行其它不允许的移动和/或意外移动。
在市场上出售的装置,例如热动式超载继电器中,已经公开了控制元件和/或操纵元件的封盖,该封盖可作为附件得到或者被设计成固定在壳体上的翻盖。
这种封盖有其缺点,即作为附件使用时可能在维修操作中丢失,或者作为翻盖时如果打开会将相邻的其它电气操纵元件挡住。
本发明的目的在于提供一种不带专门附属部件的装置或不会挡住其它电气操纵元件的装置,其超载继电器具有同样的结构体积,能防止控制元件和/或操纵元件出现不允许的移动和/或意外移动。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即采用一种带有至少一控制元件和/或操纵元件的电气装置,通过该控制元件的位移可影响至少一个电量和/或至少一个触发模块,其中控制元件和/或操纵元件根据工作条件所需要的位移过程,通过一阻塞元件被阻止进行其它不允许的移动和/或意外移动,所述阻塞元件设计成一个可在两个端点之间移动的元件,它在其一个端点上释放控制元件和/或操纵元件移动,在其另一个端点上阻止控制元件和/或操纵元件移动。
控制元件和/或操纵元件,可在一个端点上移动,而在另一个可止动和铅封的端点上被盖住或锁住。
下面借助附图所示一热动式超载继电器实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,附图中:

图4为继电器滑动窗用封口铅封住的立体图;
图5为锁定的原理图。
如图1-4所示,该热动式超载继电器分出一个加热室1,在该室内的每一相均有一个双金属触发元件2,以及一个含有触发机构3的部分。
加热室1内的一探测元件4接收双金属触发元件2的位移的信号并引起触发机构3动作,该机构在需要时,也就是说根据控制和/或操纵元件的调整状态,使辅助开关5执行开关转换动作,接通控制电流回路。
图1表示的是位于电气装置前面的控制和/或操纵元件;
“手动执行”6,触发模块7,触发电流8,测试和开关位置显示器9。
此外从图中还可看到辅助开关端子10和接线端子11。
为了专门防止触发摸块7和触发电流8的操纵元件,产生不允许的和/或意外移动,在图示位置13上用一个滑动窗12封闭。这样,触发电流8的调节旋钮和测试与开关位置显示器9被盖住。如图5所示,触发模块7的调节旋钮通过滑动窗12和一个带有平面的凸轮顶盖14(Nockenaufsatz)相互毗靠的面锁定在旋钮的轴20上。这种方式的锁定也可通过轴上的开槽实现。释放该锁定只需要相对较小的扭矩即可实现。
如图4所示,在滑动窗12的关闭位置13,由于在壳体前面设置了一个固定环15,在滑动窗12上有一个与之随动的环16,两个环的孔在滑动窗盖上相互套准,从而可穿入一个铅封17或阻塞元件。
如图3所示,“手动执行”按钮6在滑动窗12打开的位置19上并没有被盖住或锁住,所以可以随时切断主电流回路,这对紧急断开情况是很重要的。
Claims (4)
1.一种带有至少一控制元件和/或操纵元件(6,7,8)的电气装置,通过该控制元件的位移可影响至少一个电量和/或至少一个触发模块,其中控制元件和/或操纵元件根据工作条件所需要的位移过程,通过一阻塞元件(12)被阻止进行其它不允许的移动和/或意外移动,其特征在于,所述阻塞元件(12)设计成一个可在两个端点之间移动的元件,它在其一个端点(19)上释放控制元件和/或操纵元件移动,在其另一个端点(13)上阻止控制元件和/或操纵元件移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的电气装置,其特征在于,所述可滑动的元件设计成滑动窗(12)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电气装置,其特征在于,所述阻塞元件(12)可闭锁和/或铅封(17)在其另一端点(13)处。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的电气装置,其特征在于,可连续移动的控制元件和/或操纵元件(8)在闭锁位置(13)处可被遮盖,而逐级可移动的控制元件和/或操纵元件(7)可被锁住。
