Specifically, the tab 600 is substantially semicircular, and both ends thereof are respectively connected to the spokes 130 at both sides, and since the reinforcement plate 210 is spaced apart from the spokes 130 to form an installation space, both ends of the tab 600 can be installed in the installation space and the front and rear sides are shielded by the control module 200 and the bottom cover 500; the side wall of the bottom cover 500 is provided with a through hole, the end part of the pull ring 600 penetrates through the through hole and stretches into the connecting seat 140, the main body part between the two ends of the pull ring 600 is exposed and positioned between the mounting part 120 and the handle ring part 110, as shown in fig. 2, the pull ring 600 is positioned at the lower side of the mounting part 120, thus the pull ring 600 does not occupy the mounting space of the mounting part 120 or the spoke 130, the structural layout is more reasonable, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In the embodiment, two spokes 130 are respectively provided with a connecting seat 140, each connecting seat 140 is provided with a stud 160 and a torsion spring 150, one end of each stud 160 is connected with the connecting seat 140, the other end of each stud 160 is connected with a pull ring 600, the torsion spring 150 is sleeved on each stud 160, one end of each torsion spring 150 is connected with the pull ring 600, the other end of each torsion spring 150 is abutted to the connecting seat 140, the torsion spring 150 is used for generating elastic force to the pull ring 600, and the loudspeaker rings after pulling the pull ring 600, and the pull ring 600 can be reset after being released, so that the pull ring 600 returns to the initial position.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a specific connection structure of the pull ring 600 is illustrated by taking one end of the pull ring 600 as an example, the connection seat 140 is fixedly connected with the spoke 130 through a screw, a lug is formed on the connection seat 140 in a protruding manner, one end of the stud 160 is connected with the lug, a collar is arranged at the end of the pull ring 600, and the pull ring 600 can rotate around the stud 160 through the collar sleeved at the other end of the stud 160. Limiting nuts are respectively arranged at two ends of the stud 160, and the lugs and the lantern ring are located between the two limiting nuts and play a limiting role on the stud 160.
In addition, the horn switch can be fixed at a position corresponding to the pull ring 600 in the installation space, and the horn switch can be triggered when the pull ring 600 is pulled, so that the horn can sound; after the pull ring 600 is released, the pull ring 600 is separated from the horn switch, the horn stops ringing, and the pull ring 600 can be reset under the action force of the torsion spring 150.
Referring to fig. 1, the vehicle steering wheel 1000 further includes a shift paddle 700, and the shift paddle 700 is used for switching a driving gear of the vehicle; the rear side of the bottom cover 500 is provided with a slot, one end of the shift pulling piece 700 penetrates through the slot and extends into the installation space, the shift pulling piece 700 can be connected with the installation part 120 or the spoke 130, and in particular, the shift pulling piece 700 can be connected with the installation part 120 or the spoke 130 through bolts; the other end of the shift knob 700 is exposed to the rear side of the vehicle steering wheel 1000, so that the driver can conveniently operate the shift knob 700 to shift gears.
In some embodiments, the bottom cover 500 is made of a foam material, and the bottom cover 500 and the second foam layer 113 are integrally formed, that is, the bottom cover 500 may be integrally formed when the ring portion 110 is secondarily foamed, so that the manufacturing is simple, and the specific shape of the bottom cover 500 is set according to the shapes of the mounting portion 120 and the spokes 130.
It can be appreciated that, since the spokes 130 are provided with hollow shapes, the bottom cover 500 needs to form the hollow structures 410 during foam molding, so as to achieve the hollow effect of the steering wheel 1000.
As can be understood from fig. 7, in order to improve the structural strength of the bottom cover 500, an insert 800 is disposed at the rear side of the spoke 130, the insert 800 is fixedly connected with the spoke 130 through a screw, a notch 810 is disposed on a sidewall of the insert 800, and an end portion of the tab 600 can extend into the connection seat 140 through the notch 810, and the structure of the tab 600 is not shown in fig. 7.
Before the bottom cover 500 is manufactured, the insert 800 is firstly installed at the spoke 130, then foaming injection molding is carried out, after injection molding, the insert 800 is completely embedded into the bottom cover 500, no additional installation or connection structure is needed, and the manufacturing is simple. Since the insert 800 is positioned inside the foaming layer, it plays a role in enhancing the structural strength of the under cover 500, does not affect the appearance of the vehicle steering wheel 1000, and does not occupy an inner space; thus, the foaming strength at the spoke 130 is greatly enhanced, the width of the spoke 130 can be reduced, the cost can be reduced, the weight can be reduced, the modeling can be optimized, and the quality can be improved.
It will be appreciated that the bottom cover 500 is foam molded and does not have a hard touch. In some embodiments, leather can be wrapped on the outer sides of the bottom cover 500 and the coaming 400, so that the touch feeling is better; and the strength of the bottom cover 500 is increased through the insert 800, so that the bottom cover can support the cladding of leather, the structure is more reliable, and the unique hollowed-out shape of the spoke 130 is combined, so that the overall aesthetic property of the vehicle steering wheel 1000 is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 8, as the bottom cover 500 is made of a foaming material, in order to ensure that the enclosing plate 400 and the bottom cover 500 can be assembled, the enclosing plate 400 is made of a plastic material, specifically, the end surface of the enclosing plate 400 facing the bottom cover 500 can be provided with a buckle 430, the bottom cover 500 is formed with a clamping groove 510 during foaming molding, the buckle 430 is buckled with the clamping groove 510, so that the enclosing plate 400 and the bottom cover 500 can be connected, the number of the buckle 430 and the clamping groove 510 can be multiple, the multiple buckles 430 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the enclosing plate 400, the multiple clamping grooves 510 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bottom cover 500, and the buckles 430 are connected with the clamping grooves 510 in a one-to-one correspondence. In some embodiments, the buckle 430 is a mushroom head structure, and the slot 510 is matched with the mushroom head structure, so that the buckle structure is more firm.
During assembly, the pull ring 600, the gear shifting pulling piece 700 and the framework 100 are connected, the bottom cover 500 is formed, the control module 200 and the coaming 400 are fixed, then the control module 200 is connected with the assembly of the coaming 400 and the assembly of the bottom cover 500, the assembly is simple and convenient, and the assembly efficiency is effectively improved.
It should be noted that, the outer side of the coaming 400 may be wrapped with leather, and by adding leather, friction abnormal sound generated when the plastic material is deformed by pressing can be avoided, so that abnormal sound of the steering wheel 1000 of the vehicle is reduced.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle, comprising the vehicle steering wheel 1000 of the embodiment. Specifically, the vehicle may be a private car, such as a sedan, SUV, MPV, or pick-up, or the like. The vehicle may also be an operator vehicle such as a minibus, bus, minivan or large trailer, etc. The vehicle can be an oil vehicle or a new energy vehicle. When the vehicle is a new energy vehicle, the vehicle can be a hybrid vehicle or a pure electric vehicle.
It will be appreciated that the control module 200 and the airbag module 300 are located on the front side of the vehicle steering wheel 1000, the control module 200 may integrate a multifunctional operation switch, which is fixed with the shroud 400 and then can be directly assembled on the skeleton 100, and the bottom cover 500 is cooperatively connected with the shroud 400 to wrap the rear side and the side, so that the operation is simple and convenient, the rapid assembly of the vehicle steering wheel 1000 is realized, the arrangement structure is more reasonable, and the improvement of the assembly efficiency is facilitated.
Since the vehicle adopts all the technical solutions of the vehicle steering wheel 1000 of the above embodiment, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiment are provided, and will not be described in detail herein.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art.
Claims (10)
1. A vehicle steering wheel, comprising:
the framework comprises a handle ring part and a mounting part, wherein the mounting part is connected to the inner side of the handle ring part through spokes;
the coaming is arranged along the circumferential direction of the mounting part and the spoke and is fixedly connected with the mounting part and the spoke;
the control module is connected with the coaming and positioned at the front side of the spoke;
an airbag module mounted on a front side of the mounting portion;
and the bottom cover is connected with the coaming and covers the mounting part and the rear sides of the spokes.
2. The vehicle steering wheel according to claim 1, wherein a gap is formed between the control module and an inner peripheral wall of the shroud, and the gap is penetrated in a front-rear direction of the vehicle steering wheel to form a hollowed-out structure.
3. The vehicle steering wheel according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing plate is provided between the control module and the spokes, the control module is connected with the coaming through the reinforcing plate, the inner peripheral wall of the coaming is provided with at least three connecting posts, the reinforcing plate is provided with at least three connecting holes, and the connecting holes are connected with the connecting posts in a one-to-one correspondence.
4. The vehicle steering wheel according to claim 1, wherein two of the spokes are provided, the two spokes are symmetrically provided on both sides of the mounting portion, and the two spokes are provided with connecting seats, respectively, the vehicle steering wheel further comprising:
the two ends of the pull ring are respectively connected with the two connecting seats in a rotating way, part of the pull ring is positioned between the mounting part and the handle ring part, and the pull ring is used for triggering a horn switch;
the torsion springs are arranged, the two torsion springs are respectively connected to the two connecting seats, one ends of the torsion springs are connected with the pull ring, the other ends of the torsion springs are in butt joint with the connecting seats, and the torsion springs are used for providing reset elastic force for the pull ring.
5. The vehicle steering wheel according to claim 4, wherein the connection seat is provided with a stud, one end of the stud is connected with the connection seat, the other end of the stud is connected with the pull ring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the stud, and two ends of the stud are respectively connected with a limit nut.
6. The vehicle steering wheel of claim 1, wherein the vehicle steering wheel further comprises:
and one end of the shifting pulling piece penetrates through the bottom cover from the rear side of the vehicle steering wheel and is connected with the mounting part or the spokes, and the other end of the shifting pulling piece is exposed out of the rear side of the vehicle steering wheel.
7. The vehicle steering wheel of claim 1, wherein the vehicle steering wheel further comprises:
the cushion layer is wrapped on the handle ring part and is provided with a hand-off detection module;
a coating layer which is wrapped on the cushion layer along the circumferential direction of the handle ring part;
wherein, the cushion layer with be equipped with first foaming layer between the circle portion, the coating with be equipped with the second foaming layer between the cushion layer.
8. The vehicle steering wheel according to claim 7, wherein a first groove and a second groove are formed on a surface of the second foamed layer at intervals, the first groove and the second groove being each provided along a circumferential direction of the grip ring portion; the cladding layer comprises a first covering piece and a second covering piece, one ends of the first covering piece and the second covering piece are inlaid in the first groove, the other ends of the first covering piece and the second covering piece are inlaid in the second groove, and the second foaming layer is wrapped by the first covering piece and the second covering piece in a matched mode.
9. The vehicle steering wheel of claim 7, wherein the under cover is a foam material, and the under cover and the second foam layer are of an integrally formed structure.
10. A vehicle comprising a vehicle steering wheel according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
