Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mining screening equipment, in particular to an intelligent elliptical vibrating screen and a working method thereof.
Background
In the mineral separation process flow, crushing and screening processes are generally carried out, and the mineral separation effect can be directly influenced when the mineral separation vibrating screen is used as mineral separation screening equipment. With the progress of modern mineral dressing industry, the vibrating screen is also developed from a traditional linear vibrating screen to an elliptical vibrating screen. The elliptical vibrating screen mainly comprises a vibrator, a screen box, a screen and the like, and materials in the screen box can do elliptical vibrating motion on the screen through the excitation effect of the vibrator so as to screen and classify the materials. Compared with the traditional linear vibrating screen, the elliptical vibrating screen has the advantages of higher efficiency, higher precision, higher reliability and the like.
However, with the continuous expansion of mineral processing technology and production scale, a great problem in the existing elliptical vibrating screen is gradually exposed, that is, the intelligent is not enough. For example, the Chinese patent with publication number of CN110721905A provides a triaxial elliptical vibrating screen, although in the patent, a screen box adopts a full-bolt connection structure, the whole screen box is integrally and modularly designed, and can be integrally removed and replaced, the whole device improves screening quality and screening efficiency, and the three-axis elliptical vibrating screen has strong practicability and high reliability and is convenient for people to use; however, no intelligent structure is provided. Such elliptical vibrating screens without intelligent arrangement can result in failure to timely self-check the problem occurring, thereby causing a number of negative consequences. Specifically:
firstly, in the actual use process of the elliptical vibrating screen, the problems of lubricating oil deficiency, overhigh lubricating oil temperature, bearing heating locking, uneven distribution of screening materials, invalid buffer parts and the like often occur, so that the conditions of unbalanced load operation, abnormal vibration, unplanned shutdown and the like of the elliptical vibrating screen can be caused, the normal operation of a production line can be seriously influenced, and the production and product cost is increased. Secondly, when the buffer part of the elliptical vibrating screen is invalid or damaged, the elliptical vibrating screen can be in an abnormal vibrating working state for a long time, and immeasurable damage can be caused to the screen box, so that the service life of the elliptical vibrating screen can be seriously influenced; and the operation and maintenance times can be correspondingly increased, so that the labor intensity of workers is greatly improved. Thirdly, in the whole line operation and maintenance process, the production line is sometimes far lower than the rated load operation, and in this case, the rated production capacity and the actual capacity of the elliptical vibrating screen are not matched, so that the ineffective energy consumption of the vibrating screen is increased, the energy consumption of unit products is increased, and the development requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction are not met.
In view of the foregoing, it is very necessary to provide an intelligent elliptical vibrating screen.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an intelligent elliptical vibrating screen and a working method thereof, which integrate operation state monitoring, abnormal state warning and operation state adjustment into a whole so as to solve the following problems in the prior art: because the existing elliptical vibrating screen does not have intelligent arrangement, the normal operation of a production line can be influenced, the production operation cost is increased, the service life of equipment is reduced, the production energy consumption is increased, and the like.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen comprises a screen box, a screen mesh, a vibrating mechanism, a state monitoring system and an intelligent control system, wherein the intelligent control system is electrically connected with the vibrating mechanism and the state monitoring system respectively; the state monitoring system is used for collecting all running state information of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen in real time, analyzing all the collected running state information to judge whether an abnormal state occurs or not, and diagnosing and warning the abnormal state; the intelligent control system is used for correspondingly adjusting the running state of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen according to the judgment result of the state monitoring system; the state monitoring system comprises a monitoring unit A, a monitoring unit B and data analysis software, wherein the monitoring unit A is arranged on the screen box, and the monitoring unit B is arranged on the vibration mechanism.
According to the invention, by arranging the state monitoring system, the operation state of the elliptical vibrating screen can be monitored, the abnormal state can be diagnosed and warned, and particularly the multi-point amplitude condition, the abnormal vibration condition, the oil shortage operation condition, the abnormal temperature rise condition and the like of the elliptical vibrating screen can be monitored; by arranging the intelligent control system, the running state of the elliptical vibrating screen can be adjusted, and particularly, the starting and stopping of the elliptical vibrating screen can be controlled, and the real-time load and running power of the elliptical vibrating screen can be coordinated.
Further, buffer components are respectively arranged at four corners of the screen box; each buffer component is provided with a monitoring unit A, and the monitoring unit A comprises a monitor A, and the monitor A is integrated with an acceleration sensor.
Further, the vibration mechanism comprises a motor, a vibrator and a belt transmission part; the vibrator is connected with a vibrator oil tank, and lubricating oil is arranged in the vibrator oil tank; the vibrator oil tank is provided with a monitoring unit B, the monitoring unit B comprises a monitor B, and the monitor B integrates a temperature sensor, a kinematic viscosity sensor and an oil level sensor.
The working method of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen is based on the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, and comprises two parts which are respectively applied to an intelligent elliptical vibrating screen starting stage and an intelligent elliptical vibrating screen running stage;
in the starting stage of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, the working method comprises the following steps:
step S1-1: after the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen receives a starting instruction, the monitoring unit B collects lubricating oil information in an oil tank of the vibrator and transmits the collected lubricating oil information to data analysis software;
step S1-2: the data analysis software analyzes the received lubricating oil information and judges whether an abnormal state occurs or not;
step S1-3: if the judging result of the data analysis software is that no abnormal state occurs, the data analysis software is linked with the intelligent control system to start the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen;
if the judging result of the data analysis software is that an abnormal state occurs, the data analysis software diagnoses and alarms the abnormal state to remind operators of carrying out corresponding maintenance and overhaul, and after the corresponding maintenance and overhaul is completed, the steps are repeatedly executed until the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen is started;
in the operation stage of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, the working method comprises the following steps:
step S2-1: after the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen is started, a monitoring unit A collects action information of a screen box, a monitoring unit B collects lubricating oil information in a vibrator oil box, and the collected action information and the lubricating oil information are transmitted to data analysis software;
step S2-2: the data analysis software analyzes the received action information and lubricating oil information, judges whether an abnormal state occurs or not, and judges the real-time load condition on the elliptical vibrating screen;
step S2-3: if the judging result of the data analysis software is that no abnormal state occurs, the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen normally operates;
if the judging result of the data analysis software is that the abnormal state occurs, the data analysis software diagnoses the abnormal state and performs early warning or fault warning according to the abnormal degree of the abnormal state.
Further, in the step S1-1, the lubricating oil information includes the viscosity of the lubricating oil and the amount of the lubricating oil; the viscosity of the lubricating oil is collected by a kinematic viscosity sensor in the monitor B, and the oil mass of the lubricating oil is collected by an oil level sensor in the monitor B.
Further, in the step S1-2, the data analysis software compares the data in the lubricating oil information with the set parameter range; if the data is within the set parameter range, judging that no abnormal state occurs; if the data is not in the set parameter range, the judging result is that an abnormal state occurs. In the step S2-3, the data analysis software compares the data in the action information and the lubricating oil information with the corresponding set parameter ranges respectively; if the data is within the set parameter range, judging that no abnormal state occurs; if the data is not in the set parameter range, the judging result is that an abnormal state occurs.
Further, in the step S2-1, the motion information includes displacement data of each buffer component on four corners of the screen box in three directions of a three-dimensional coordinate system, and the lubricating oil information includes a lubricating oil temperature; the displacement data are collected by an acceleration sensor in the monitor A, and the temperature of the lubricating oil is collected by a temperature sensor in the monitor B.
Further, in the step S2-3, the degree of abnormality of the abnormal state is obtained according to the deviation between the data and the set parameter range; if the abnormal degree reaches the early warning triggering condition, the data analysis software can carry out early warning prompt so as to remind operators to carry out corresponding maintenance and overhaul, and the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen keeps running in the early warning prompt process.
Further, in the step S2-3, the degree of abnormality of the abnormal state is obtained according to the deviation between the data and the set parameter range; if the abnormality degree reaches the fault warning triggering condition, the data analysis software can perform fault warning, and meanwhile, the intelligent control system is linked to stop the operation of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen.
Further, in the operation stage of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, the data analysis software judges the real-time load condition on the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen according to the acquired action information and transmits the judgment result to an intelligent control system; the intelligent control system correspondingly adjusts the input frequency of the motor according to the judging result so as to coordinate the real-time load and the running power of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen.
The beneficial effects achieved by the invention are as follows:
the invention provides an intelligent elliptical vibrating screen and a working method thereof, wherein a state monitoring system and an intelligent control system are arranged to monitor the running state of the elliptical vibrating screen, diagnose and warn abnormal states, and automatically adjust the running state of the elliptical vibrating screen according to the monitoring condition; based on this, the operation state monitoring, abnormal state warning, and operation state adjustment can be integrated. Compared with the existing elliptical vibrating screen without intelligent arrangement, the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen can monitor the multipoint amplitude condition, abnormal vibration condition, oil shortage running condition, abnormal temperature rise condition and the like of the elliptical vibrating screen, can automatically control the starting and stopping of the elliptical vibrating screen, and coordinates the real-time load and running power of the elliptical vibrating screen; therefore, the normal operation of the production line can be effectively ensured, the production and product cost is reduced, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, and the labor intensity and the unit energy consumption of workers are reduced.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the first aspect of the present embodiment provides an intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, which includes a screen box 1, a screen 9, a vibrating mechanism, a status monitoring system and an intelligent control system 8, wherein the intelligent control system 8 is electrically connected with the vibrating mechanism and the status monitoring system respectively.
Specifically:
the screen cloth 9 is arranged on the screen box 1, and the buffer parts 3 are respectively arranged at four corners of the screen box 1.
The vibration mechanism comprises a motor 7, a vibrator and a belt transmission part, wherein the motor is connected with a transmission shaft of the vibrator through the belt transmission part, and the transmission shaft is connected with the gear part and the eccentric wheel; the vibrator is connected with a vibrator oil tank 2, and lubricating oil is arranged in the vibrator oil tank 2.
The state monitoring system is used for collecting all operation state information of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen in real time, analyzing all collected operation state information to judge whether an abnormal state occurs or not, and diagnosing and warning the abnormal state; the intelligent control system 8 is used for correspondingly adjusting the running state of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen according to the judgment result of the state monitoring system.
The state monitoring system comprises a monitoring unit A4, a monitoring unit B5 and data analysis software 6; four monitoring units A4 are respectively arranged on four buffer parts 3 at four corners of the screen box 1; the monitoring units B5 are respectively arranged on the two vibrator oil tanks 2 at the two sides of the screen box 1 and are immersed in lubricating oil in the vibrator oil tanks 2; the data analysis software 6 is built with a database, a fault library and an alarm unit. The monitoring unit A4 comprises a monitor A, and the monitor A is integrated with an acceleration sensor; the monitoring unit B5 comprises a monitor B integrating a temperature sensor 5.1, a kinematic viscosity sensor 5.2 and an oil level sensor 5.3.
Based on the above-mentioned structure, when intelligent elliptical vibrating screen during operation, motor 7 drives the vibrator vibration through belt drive part and transmission shaft, and then can make sieve case 1 act according to elliptical orbit, makes the material pass through screen cloth 9 under this kind of circumstances, can realize classifying the screening of material. In the working process of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, the state monitoring system arranged in the screen box 1 and the vibrator oil box 2 can monitor the running state of the elliptical vibrating screen, diagnose and warn abnormal states, and particularly can monitor the multi-point amplitude condition, abnormal vibration condition, oil shortage running condition, abnormal temperature rise condition and the like of the elliptical vibrating screen; the intelligent control system 8 electrically connected with the state monitoring system and the vibration mechanism can adjust the running state of the elliptical vibrating screen, particularly can control the starting and stopping of the elliptical vibrating screen and coordinate the real-time load and running power of the elliptical vibrating screen so as to enable the elliptical vibrating screen to run in an optimal state.
The second aspect of the present embodiment provides a working method of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, based on the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, which includes two parts, and is respectively applied to a start-up stage of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen and an operation stage of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen.
Specifically:

step S1-1:
after the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen is electrified and receives a starting instruction, the monitoring unit B5 collects lubricating oil information in the vibrator oil tank 2 and transmits the collected lubricating oil information to the data analysis software 6. The lubrication oil information here includes the lubrication oil viscosity and the lubrication oil amount, the lubrication oil viscosity is collected by the kinematic viscosity sensor 5.2 in the monitor B, and the lubrication oil amount is collected by the oil level sensor 5.3 in the monitor B.
Wherein the kinematic viscosity sensor 5.2 has a self-diagnostic function, and the viscosity is displayed as an invalid number when the probe of the kinematic viscosity sensor 5.2 is completely exposed to air during operation; when the measurement index is within the nominal range, the kinematic viscosity sensor 5.2 will automatically initiate the measurement and update the output data. The oil level sensor 5.3 can measure the oil level of the lubricating oil in the vibrator oil tank 2 when the equipment is electrified and not started yet; when the vibrator is started, the influence of the oil level fluctuation on the detection effect in the running process of the vibrator can be shielded.
Step S1-2:
the data analysis software 6 analyzes the received lubricating oil information to determine whether an abnormal state has occurred. Specifically:
the data analysis software 6 compares the data in the lubricating oil information with the set parameter range; if the data is within the set parameter range, judging that no abnormal state occurs; if the data is not in the set parameter range, the judging result is that an abnormal state occurs.
Among them, the abnormal state herein includes abnormal viscosity of the lubricating oil and abnormal oil level of the lubricating oil diagnosed by the lubricating oil information.
Step S1-3:
if the judging result of the data analysis software 6 is that no abnormal state occurs, the data analysis software 6 is linked with the intelligent control system 8 to start the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen. If the judging result of the data analysis software 6 is that an abnormal state occurs, the data analysis software 6 diagnoses and alarms the abnormal state to remind operators to carry out corresponding maintenance and overhaul, and after the corresponding maintenance and overhaul is completed, the steps are repeatedly executed until the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen is started.
Among these, maintenance service involves adjusting the viscosity of the lubricant by changing the lubricant, and adjusting the amount of lubricant by increasing or decreasing (typically increasing) the lubricant.
II, in the operation stage of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen, the working method comprises the following steps:

The temperature sensor 5.1 can directly collect the temperature of the lubricating oil in the vibrator oil tank 2 and can give consideration to the temperature of the bearing.
Step S2-2:
the data analysis software 6 analyzes the received motion information and lubricating oil information, judges whether an abnormal state occurs, and judges the real-time load condition on the elliptical vibrating screen. Specifically:
the data analysis software 6 compares the data in the action information and the lubricating oil information with the corresponding set parameter ranges respectively; if the data is within the set parameter range, judging that no abnormal state occurs; if the data is not in the set parameter range, the judging result is that an abnormal state occurs. Meanwhile, the data analysis software 6 can judge the real-time load condition on the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen according to the collected action information.

the abnormal state herein includes abnormal temperature of the lubricating oil or bearing diagnosed by the lubricating oil information, abnormal viscosity of the lubricating oil, and abnormal level of the lubricating oil, and unbalanced load of the material, damage of the buffer member 3, damage of the vibrator, and the like diagnosed by the action information, specifically: when the material is unbalanced, the material is biased to one side of the screen 9, so that the spring load of the side of the elliptical vibrating screen is increased, and the vibration amplitude of the buffer part 3 at four corners of the screen box 1 is larger on one side and smaller on the other side. When one or several of the four cushioning members 3 are damaged or fail, the load of the remaining undamaged cushioning members 3 becomes large, that is, the compression amount becomes large and the amplitude becomes large, which in turn causes a phenomenon in which the amplitude fluctuation amount of the diagonal cushioning members 3 is large. When the gears of the vibrator are damaged or the eccentric wheel assembly inside the vibrator rotates, the four corners of the screen box 1 can be subjected to vibration amplitude disorder.
The real-time load condition on the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen is directly related to the energy consumption of the equipment, and specifically: in the production process of the elliptical vibrating screen, equipment can be operated in a low-load state continuously sometimes, so that the load born by the screen box 1 is reduced and the amplitude is increased; in this case, the rated capacity of the elliptical vibrating screen does not match the actual capacity, so that the operating power of the elliptical vibrating screen needs to be adjusted to avoid an increase in the ineffective power consumption of the elliptical vibrating screen.
Step S2-3:
if the judging result of the data analysis software 6 is that no abnormal state occurs, the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen continues to normally operate. If the data analysis software 6 determines that an abnormal state occurs, the data analysis software 6 diagnoses the abnormal state and performs early warning or fault warning according to the degree of abnormality of the abnormal state. And, the intelligent control system 8 adjusts the operation power of the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen according to the diagnosis result of the real-time load condition. Specifically:
the implementation of early warning or fault warning needs to obtain the abnormal degree of the abnormal state according to the deviation between the data and the set parameter range, for example, in this embodiment, the early warning trigger condition is set to be greater than 5% and the fault warning trigger condition is set to be greater than 10%. If the degree of abnormality reaches the fault warning triggering condition, the data analysis software 6 can perform fault warning to remind operators of performing corresponding maintenance and overhaul, and simultaneously send a fault stop signal to the intelligent control system 8 to link the intelligent control system 8 to stop the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen; after the abnormal state is eliminated, the device needs to re-execute the steps S1-1 to S1-3 to realize the start.
The realization of the operation power of the adjusting equipment requires the data analysis software 6 to judge the real-time load condition on the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen according to the collected action information and transmit the judgment result to the intelligent control system 8; the intelligent control system 8 correspondingly reduces the input frequency of the motor 7 according to the judging result, so that the rotating speed of the motor 7 is reduced, the amplitude of the screen box 1 is balanced with the load condition, the effect that the elliptical vibrating screen operates in an optimal state is achieved, and therefore the energy consumption of the elliptical vibrating screen operation and unit product production can be effectively reduced.
In summary, the intelligent elliptical vibrating screen and the working method thereof provided by the embodiment integrate operation state monitoring, abnormal state warning and operation state adjustment, can effectively ensure the normal operation of a production line, reduce production and product cost, prolong the service life of equipment and reduce the labor intensity and unit energy consumption of workers.
