Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
As can be seen from fig. 1 to fig. 2, the quaternary ammonium salt clothes cleaning disinfectant according to the present embodiment includes a cleaning agent and a disinfectant monomer suspended in the cleaning agent;
The disinfection monomer comprises a tubular wrapping layer 1; a first outer isolation layer 2, a first PH value adjusting layer 3, a first inner isolation layer 4, a disinfection liquid layer 5, a second inner isolation layer 6, a second PH value adjusting layer 7 and a second outer isolation layer 8 are sequentially arranged in the tubular wrapping layer 1 from bottom to top; the tubular wrapping layer 1, the first outer isolating layer 2 and the second outer isolating layer 8 form a closed space; the first PH adjusting layer 3 and the second PH adjusting layer 7 may be copper sulfate, aluminum chloride, sodium sulfite, or citric acid powder.
The tubular wrapping 1, the first outer isolating layer 2, the first inner isolating layer 4, the second outer isolating layer 8 and the second inner isolating layer 6 are all composed of substances which are insoluble in alkaline liquid and soluble in neutral and acidic liquid; the thickness of the first outer isolating layer 2 and the thickness of the second outer isolating layer 8 are smaller than the thickness of the tubular wrapping 1.
Specifically, the quaternary ammonium salt clothes cleaning disinfectant disclosed in the embodiment is an alkaline cleaning solution composed of anionic surfactants, wherein the cleaning agent is the same as a clothes cleaning agent on the market; the sterilizing monomer is not dissolved in the cleaning agent due to the tubular wrapping layer 1, the first outer isolating layer 2, the first inner isolating layer 4 and the second outer isolating layer 8, so that the sterilizing monomer is suspended on the cleaning agent; the detergent plays a role in cleaning clothes, and the disinfection monomer plays a role in disinfecting clothes.
The disinfection liquid layer 5 is isolated in the closed space, so that the disinfection liquid composed of the cationic surfactant is not contacted with the cleaning agent, and can be stably present in the cleaning liquid; in the cleaning process, the whole disinfection monomer is always in a weak alkaline environment, so the first outer isolation layer 2, the second outer isolation layer 8 and the tubular wrapping layer 1 are not dissolved;
When the quaternary ammonium salt clothes cleaning disinfectant enters rinsing after the cleaning process is finished, the pH value of the liquid is reduced along with dilution of the rinsing process, namely after the consumption of the cleaner is finished, the environment where the whole disinfection monomer is positioned is changed from an alkaline environment to a neutral environment, so that the first outer isolation layer 2, the second outer isolation layer 8 and the tubular wrapping layer 1 start to be dissolved; because the thickness of the first outer isolation layer 2 and the thickness of the second outer isolation layer 8 are smaller than the thickness of the tubular wrapping layer 1, the first outer isolation layer 2 and the second outer isolation layer 8 are dissolved earlier than the tubular wrapping layer 1, so that the first PH value adjusting layer 3 and the second PH value adjusting layer 7 are contacted with water, and the PH value of the whole environment is reduced due to the fact that the first PH value adjusting layer 3 and the second PH value adjusting layer 7 are dissolved in the water;
On the one hand, the lower PH value can increase the dissolution rate of the tubular wrapping layer 1, the first inner isolation layer 4 and the second inner isolation layer 6, so that the disinfection liquid layer 5 can be exposed and dissolved in a cleaning environment as soon as possible, and the disinfection effect is achieved; meanwhile, the weak acid environment can enhance the surface activity of cationic surfactants such as benzalkonium chloride, polyhexamethylene biguanide and the like, so that the disinfection and sterilization effects are enhanced;
According to the embodiment, the disinfection liquid layer 5 is separated and then dispersed in the cleaning agent, and after the cleaning agent is diluted, the disinfection liquid layer 5 is dissolved and released, so that the problem that the cationic benzalkonium chloride disinfectant cannot exist in the cleaning agent of the anionic surfactant stably is solved, and meanwhile, the reduction of the cleaning effect and the disinfection effect caused by antagonism between the disinfection liquid layer 5 and the cleaning agent in the cleaning process is avoided.
The quaternary ammonium salt clothes cleaning disinfectant disclosed in the embodiment is characterized in that the disinfectant layer is composed of quaternary ammonium salt with single components or a combination of mixed quaternary ammonium salt or quaternary ammonium salt and other non-quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant components.
The quaternary ammonium salt clothes cleaning disinfectant disclosed in the embodiment, wherein the disinfectant layer 5 is prepared from 12 parts of benzalkonium chloride, 3 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanide, 45 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 20 parts of polyethylene glycol and 40 parts of water.
The quaternary ammonium salt clothes cleaning disinfectant disclosed in the embodiment, wherein the disinfectant layer 5 is prepared from 12 parts of benzalkonium bromide, 3 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanide, 45 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 20 parts of polyethylene glycol and 40 parts of water.
According to the quaternary ammonium salt clothes cleaning disinfectant, the tubular wrapping layer 1, the first outer isolating layer 2, the first inner isolating layer 4, the second outer isolating layer 8 and the second inner isolating layer 6 are all made of calcium carbonate and gelatin, or are all made of ferric hydroxide and gelatin, or are all made of nickel sulfide and gelatin.
The preparation method for preparing the quaternary ammonium salt clothes cleaning disinfectant comprises the following steps:
S1, adding gelatin into calcium carbonate powder, ferric hydroxide powder or nickel sulfide powder, and forming a tubular wrapping layer 1 with a tubular structure through molding by a molding die; wherein 20 parts of powdery gelatin, 15 parts of powdery calcium carbonate powder and 5 parts of water are fully mixed and then sent to a forming die for die pressing to form a tubular wrapping layer 1 with a tubular structure; gelatin and calcium carbonate are insoluble in water in alkaline environment, and when the laundry detergent is diluted in the washing process, the gelatin and the calcium carbonate gradually dissolve after the pH value of the environment is reduced;
S2, adding gelatin and a diluent into the calcium carbonate powder, the ferric hydroxide powder or the nickel sulfide powder to obtain an isolation coating; wherein 10 parts of gelatin, 5 parts of calcium carbonate powder and 20 parts of water are fully mixed and heated to 70 ℃ for stirring, and the isolation coating is obtained after cooling;
S3, adding polyhexamethylene biguanide, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polyethylene glycol and water into a stirrer, and adding benzalkonium chloride or benzalkonium bromide into the stirrer at the same time, so as to obtain a pasty disinfection intermediate; adding 12 parts of benzalkonium chloride or benzalkonium bromide, 3 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanide, 45 parts of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 20 parts of polyethylene glycol and 40 parts of water into a stirrer, and stirring for 1.5-2 hours at the temperature of 5-8 ℃ to obtain a pasty disinfection intermediate;
