Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, it is necessary to provide a chassis structure of a commercial vehicle and a commercial vehicle for solving the technical problems that the frame in the prior art is an equal-width frame, however, the width range of the equal-width frame is limited, so that the arrangement space of a cooling system installed on the frame is limited, and the heat dissipation requirement of power lifting cannot be met.
The invention provides a chassis structure of a commercial vehicle, which comprises:
a frame;
the two front end connecting brackets are respectively connected to the outer sides of the front ends of the frames, and an installation area is formed by enclosing the two front end connecting brackets;
the floor assembly is arranged on the upper sides of the two front end connecting brackets and comprises floor beams, cab bulges are formed in the middle of the floor beams in an upward protruding mode, the floor assembly is provided with driving areas and passenger areas which are positioned on the left side and the right side of the cab bulges, and the width of the driving areas is larger than that of the passenger areas;
the cab is arranged on the upper side of the floor assembly, and the width of the cab is smaller than that of the floor beam;
the installation area corresponds to the cab bulge, and the installation area and the space surrounded by the cab bulge are used for accommodating a cooling system.
In some embodiments, the floor beam has a width in the range of 1020mm to 1030mm.
In some embodiments, the width of the driving area is L1, and the width of the passenger area is L2, L1-l2=66 mm.
In some embodiments, the cab drum extends in a fore-aft direction to both fore-aft ends of the floor beam.
In some embodiments, the cab bulge is stepped from back to front.
In some embodiments, the front end connecting bracket is provided with a front suspension mounting portion, a lower water tank protection mounting portion, a front lower protection mounting portion, a bumper mounting portion, a step mounting portion and a towing hook mounting portion, wherein the front suspension mounting portion, the towing hook mounting portion and the bumper mounting portion are all positioned at the front end of the front end connecting bracket and are distributed from top to bottom at intervals, the step mounting portion is positioned at the rear end of the front end connecting bracket, and the lower water tank protection mounting portion and the front lower protection mounting portion are all positioned at the lower end of the front end connecting bracket.
In some embodiments, the two front end connection brackets include a left front end connection bracket and a right front end connection bracket, the left front end connection bracket is located at the left side of the frame, the right front end connection bracket is located at the right side of the frame, wherein a steering gear mounting part is arranged in the middle of the left front end connection bracket;
the chassis structure of the commercial vehicle further comprises a steering gear mounting bracket, wherein the steering gear mounting bracket is arranged on the left side of the steering gear mounting part and is used for connecting a steering gear with a steering column.
In some embodiments, a side of each front end connecting bracket facing the mounting area is a lower water tank protection mounting surface, a side of each front end connecting bracket facing away from the mounting area is a lower front protection mounting surface, the front end connecting brackets are provided with mounting holes penetrating through the lower water tank protection mounting surface and the lower front protection mounting surface, the lower water tank protection mounting surface and the mounting holes form a lower water tank protection mounting part, and the lower front protection mounting surface and the mounting holes form a lower front protection mounting part.
In some embodiments, the inner side of the front end mounting bracket is provided with a plurality of vertical reinforcing ribs and transverse reinforcing ribs which are connected with each other, and a part of the middle area of the front end connecting bracket is hollowed.
The invention further provides a commercial vehicle, which comprises the commercial vehicle chassis structure according to any one of the technical schemes.
Compared with the prior art, the chassis structure for the commercial vehicle is characterized in that the two front end connecting brackets are respectively connected to the outer side of the front end of the vehicle frame, a mounting area is formed between the two front end connecting brackets in a surrounding mode, the middle of the floor beam is upwards protruded to form a cab bulge, the floor assembly is provided with a driving area and a passenger area which are positioned on the left side and the right side of the cab bulge, the width of the driving area is larger than that of the passenger area, the mounting area is arranged corresponding to the cab bulge, the mounting area and the space surrounded by the cab bulge are used for accommodating a cooling system, and because the two front end connecting brackets are positioned on the outer side of the vehicle frame, the distance between the two front end connecting brackets is larger than the distance between the two longitudinal beams of the vehicle frame, and therefore the mounting area is provided with a sufficient space for mounting a larger cooling system so as to meet the heat dissipation requirement of power lifting.

The invention also provides a commercial vehicle, which comprises the commercial vehicle chassis structure in the technical scheme.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the chassis structure of the commercial vehicle comprises a frame 1, two front end connecting brackets 2, a floor assembly 3 and a cab; the two front end connecting brackets 2 are respectively connected to the outer side of the front end of the frame 1, and an installation area is formed by enclosing the two front end connecting brackets 2; the floor assembly 3 is arranged on the upper sides of the two front end connecting brackets 2, the floor assembly 3 comprises floor beams 31, cab bulges 311 are formed in the middle of the floor beams 31 in an upward protruding mode, the floor assembly 3 is provided with driving areas and passenger areas which are positioned on the left side and the right side of the cab bulges 311, and the width of the driving areas is larger than that of the passenger areas; the cab is arranged on the upper side of the floor assembly 3, and the width of the cab is smaller than that of the floor beam 31; the installation area is disposed corresponding to the cab bulge 311, and the space enclosed by the installation area and the cab bulge 311 is used for accommodating the cooling system 200.
According to the chassis structure of the commercial vehicle, the two front end connecting brackets 2 are respectively connected to the outer sides of the front ends of the vehicle frame 1, an installation area is formed by enclosing the two front end connecting brackets 2, a cab bulge 311 is formed by protruding upwards from the middle of the floor beam 31, the floor assembly 3 is provided with a driving area and a passenger area which are positioned on the left side and the right side of the cab bulge 311, the width of the driving area is larger than that of the passenger area, the installation area is arranged corresponding to the cab bulge 311, the installation area and the space enclosed by the cab bulge 311 are used for accommodating the cooling system 200, and because the two front end connecting brackets 2 are positioned on the outer sides of the vehicle frame 1, the distance between the two front end connecting brackets 2 is larger than the distance between the two longitudinal beams of the vehicle frame 1, and therefore, the installation area is provided with enough space to install a larger cooling system 200 so as to meet the requirement of heat dissipation of power lifting.
Because cooling system 200 upwards outstanding in front end linking bridge 2, consequently need set up on floor beam 31 cab bulge 311 dodges, consequently cab bulge 311 and the space that the installation region constitutes is cooling system 200's installation space, and in order to adapt the installation region, this application adopts great floor assembly 3, promptly floor assembly 3's width is greater than the width of cab to can set up great cab bulge 311, make cab bulge 311 with the installation region adaptation guarantees cooling system 200's width arrangement space from top to bottom.

In this embodiment, the front-rear direction is the front-rear direction of the vehicle, the left-right direction is the left-right direction of the vehicle, the width is the dimension in the left-right direction, the up-down direction is the up-down direction of the vehicle, and the frame 1 is generally located in the middle of the whole vehicle, so that the outer side of the frame 1 is the outer side of the two sides of the frame 1 opposite to each other in the left-right direction.
Further, the frame 1 includes two longitudinal beams and a plurality of crossbeams, two the longitudinal beams are arranged along the left and right direction interval, a plurality of crossbeams are located two between the longitudinal beams, and each the both ends of crossbeam are connected with two longitudinal beams respectively, two front end linking bridge 2 with two longitudinal beams one-to-one, each front end linking bridge 2 is installed in the correspondence on the front end lateral surface of longitudinal beam.
Further, according to the structure of the general conventional frame 1, the outer width of the two longitudinal beams is 850mm, the width of the single side longitudinal beam is 50mm, so that the distance between the inner sides of the two longitudinal beams is 750mm, the water tank of the cooling system 200 is located between the two longitudinal beams, and therefore, the outer width of the water tank can only be arranged to about 700mm at most, so that the windward area of the water tank is small, the heat dissipation capacity influences the engine horsepower and the displacement lifting, in this embodiment, the front end connecting bracket 2 is installed on the front end outer side of the corresponding longitudinal beam, the distance between the inner sides of the two front end connecting brackets 2 is 920mm, which is greater than 750mm, the water tank can be arranged between the two front end connecting brackets 2, so that the outer width of the water tank can be arranged to 870mm, the heat dissipation capacity of the cooling system 200 is improved, correspondingly, in order to match the water tank with the width of 870mm, the width of the floor assembly 3 can be arranged to 2.5m wide, the width of the cab can be increased by widening the floor assembly 3, and further, the cab width of the cab can be made to fit the width of the cab to be as wide as 2.3m, and the cab width of the cab can be as wide as 2.5m, and the cab width of the cab can be as wide as 2.2.5 and the cab width can be as 2.1 and the cab width can be as wide as 2.1 and as the cab width and as 2 and as the cab.
Further, the floor assembly 3 further includes a left floor 32 and a right floor 33, the left floor 32 is located at the left side of the floor beam 31 and is connected to the floor beam 31, the right floor 33 is located at the right side of the floor beam 31 and is connected to the floor beam 31, the left floor 32 and the portion of the floor beam 31 located at the left side of the cab drum 311 constitute the driving area, and the right floor 33 and the portion of the floor beam 31 located at the right side of the cab drum 311 constitute the passenger area.
Further, the widths of the left floor 32 and the right floor 33 are the same.
Further, in the present embodiment, the width of the floor beam 31 is widened to be about 200mm, and thus the width of the floor beam 31 ranges from 1020mm to 1030mm.
Further, in order to enhance the driving experience of the driver, in the present embodiment, the cab bulge 311 is not located at the middle of the floor beam 31, but is offset to the right side, so that the width of the driving area is larger than the width of the passenger area, and the width of the driving area is L1, and the width of the passenger area is L2, L1-l2=66 mm. By the arrangement, the installation space of the large cooling system 200 is ensured, and meanwhile, the driving experience of a driver is also ensured.
Further, in order to be able to adapt to the cooling system 200 in the forward-backward direction, in the present embodiment, the cab drum 311 extends to the front-backward ends of the floor beam 31 in the forward-backward direction. Through the extension setting cab bulge 311, can dodge the part in the cooling system 200, make things convenient for the cooling system 200 to arrange the installation.
Further, the floor assembly 3 is arranged in a step shape from the rear to the front.
Further, for structural adaptation to the floor assembly 3, in the present embodiment, the cab bulge 311 is provided in a stepped shape from rear to front.
Further, the front end connecting bracket 2 not only can be used for installing the cooling system 200, but also can provide an installation position for a part of the vehicle head, in this embodiment, the front end connecting bracket 2 is provided with a front suspension installation part 21, a lower water tank protection installation part 22, a lower front protection installation part 23, a bumper installation part 24, a tread installation part 25 and a towing hook installation part 26, the front suspension installation part 21, the towing hook installation part 26 and the bumper installation part 24 are all located at the front end of the front end connecting bracket 2, and are distributed from top to bottom at intervals, the tread installation part 25 is located at the rear end of the front end connecting bracket 2, and the lower water tank protection installation part 22 and the lower front protection installation part 23 are all located at the lower end of the front end connecting bracket 2.
Specifically, the front end connection bracket 2 is directed to the inner side of the installation area, the side of the front end connection bracket 2 facing away from the installation area is directed to the outer side, the front suspension installation part 21 is located on the outer side of the front end connection bracket 2, the front suspension installation part 21 is specifically two front suspension installation holes 211 located on the outer side of the front end connection bracket 2, three front suspension installation holes 211 located on the upper end face of the front end connection bracket 2, and the front suspension is respectively abutted to the upper end face and the outer side face of the front end connection bracket 2 and is installed on the upper side of the front end connection bracket 2 through five front suspension installation holes 211.
Specifically, the bumper mounting portion 24 includes two bumper mounting holes 241 located at the front end face of the front end connecting bracket 2 and four bumper mounting holes 241 located at the outer side of the front end connecting bracket 2, and the bumper is mounted on the front side of the front end connecting bracket 2 through six bumper mounting holes 241 and related connectors.
Specifically, the towing hook mounting portion 26 is a towing hook screw hole 261 located at the front end face of the front end connection bracket 2, and the towing hook is mounted on the front side of the front end connection bracket 2 through the towing hook screw hole 261.
Specifically, the step mounting part 25 is specifically three step mounting holes 251 located at the outer side of the front end connection bracket 2 and two step mounting holes 251 located at the side of the front end connection bracket 2, or the step mounting part 25 is specifically four step mounting holes 251 located at the outer side of the front end connection bracket 2.
Further, in this embodiment, the two front end connection brackets 2 include a left front end connection bracket and a right front end connection bracket, the left front end connection bracket is located at the left side of the frame 1, the right front end connection bracket is located at the right side of the frame 1, and a steering gear mounting portion is provided in the middle of the left front end connection bracket; the chassis structure of the commercial vehicle further comprises a steering gear mounting bracket, wherein the steering gear mounting bracket is arranged on the left side of the steering gear mounting part and is used for connecting a steering gear with a steering column.
Further, in this embodiment, a side of each front end connection bracket 2 facing the installation area is a lower tank protection installation surface, a side of the front end connection bracket 2 facing away from the installation area is a lower front protection installation surface, the front end connection bracket 2 is provided with an installation hole 221 penetrating through the lower tank protection installation surface and the lower front protection installation surface, the lower tank protection installation surface and the installation hole 221 form a lower tank protection installation portion 22, and the lower front protection installation surface and the installation hole 221 form a lower front protection installation portion 23.
According to the front end connecting support, the front suspension mounting part 21, the lower water tank protection mounting part 22, the front lower protection mounting part 23, the bumper mounting part 24, the step mounting part 25, the towing hook mounting part 26 and the steering gear mounting part are integrated on the front end connecting support 2, so that the functional interface of the front end connecting support 2 is high in integration level, the number of parts can be greatly reduced, the cost input is reduced, and the whole vehicle modular design is facilitated.
Further, a plurality of vertical reinforcing ribs and transverse reinforcing ribs which are connected with each other are arranged on the inner side of the front end mounting bracket, and a part of the middle area of the front end connecting bracket 2 is hollowed.
The cab adopts the offset bulge, and the front end of the frame 1 adopts the front end connecting bracket 2, so that not only is the driving space of a driver ensured, but also the arrangement space of the cooling system 200 is increased.
This application floor hole is widened and is influenced outward by floor beam 31, and the steering engine also need corresponding outward expansion with the hookup point of steering column, arranges the support in the connection foundry goods left side, realizes the steering engine and arranges the removal of position width direction, has guaranteed to put the steering column to one side, and steering performance is not influenced.
