Abstract
本发明公开一种室内棚壁板及其制作方法,该室内棚壁板由重量百分比为45~50%的轻烧粉、35~45%的氯化镁、0.3~0.5%的滑石粉、4~5%的玻璃丝布、2~3%的木屑和3~3.5%的无纺布组成,所述室内棚壁板分四层,其中轻烧粉与滑石粉混合加入氯化镁调成粥状混合料,作该板的上下两层,轻烧粉与木屑混合加入氯化镁调成粥状混合料,作该板的中间两层,每相邻两层之间设置玻璃丝布,最外层设置一层无纺布,即可制作成本发明具有防火、防水和防潮功能的室内棚壁板。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种室内棚壁板及其制作方法。
(二)背景技术
现在一般房屋内装修棚壁传统沿用的方法有木条加麻刀白灰抹平后,再经细加工而成,后经改进,又多数使用胶合板、纤维板、钙塑板及石膏板等新材料,上述装修材料均属易燃材质,而且价格较贵,最近市场上出售使用的波纹塑料贴墙纸,仍为易燃材质,并且价格昂贵,防火防潮性能均不理想。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有优良的防火防潮性能,又有安装使用方便、隔音、保暖等诸多优点的室内棚壁板及其制作方法。
本发明技术方案是:本发明室内棚壁板由重量百分比为45~50%的轻烧粉、35~45%的氯化镁、0.3~0.5%的滑石粉、4~5%的玻璃丝布、2~3%的木屑和3~3.5%的无纺布组成,所述室内棚壁板分四层,上下两层由轻烧粉、滑石粉和氯化镁混合构成,中间两层由轻烧粉、木屑和氯化镁混合构成;每相邻两层之间分别设置一层玻璃丝布,最外层设置一层无纺布。
本发明室内棚壁板的制作方法,包括如下步骤:首先将轻烧粉和滑石粉、轻烧粉和木屑分别混合均匀,加氯化镁搅拌成粘稠粥状混合料,用平整光滑的塑料板做模板,将混合均匀的轻烧粉和滑石粉料置于模板上,抹平后辅一层玻璃丝布、待浆透过后再上一层轻烧粉和木屑混合料,经机械辊压后再上一层玻璃丝布,返浆后再上一层轻烧粉和木屑混合料,抹平后经机械辊压后,再上一层玻璃丝布,返浆后再上一层轻烧粉和滑石粉混合料抹平后上一层无纺布,用靠尺靠平,待粘牢后,连同模板送到烘烤室经24小时40~45℃烘烤从模板上取下,再经100小时晾晒后用切割锯切毛边,即为成品。
本发明室内棚壁板材质由轻烧粉、滑石粉、木屑、氯化镁、玻璃丝布和无纺布组成,具有较好的防火、防水和防潮功能;该棚壁板设置多层玻璃丝布增加板的抗弯强度,轻烧粉与木屑又增加了隔音和保暖作用,外层的无纺布既具有防水、防潮作用又具有较强的粘合力,滑石粉具有光滑和增白作用。

(五)具体实施方式
如图所示,室内棚壁板分四层,上下两层1和4由轻烧粉、滑石粉和氯化镁混合构成,中间两层2和3由轻烧粉、木屑和氯化镁混合构成;每相邻两层之间分别设置一层玻璃丝布5,最外层设置一层无纺布6。
本发明室内棚壁板主要原料的最佳重量配比为:由50%的轻烧粉、40%的氯化镁(MgCl2)、0.5%的滑石粉、4%的玻璃丝布、2%的木屑和3.5%的无纺布组成。其中25%的轻烧粉与0.5%的滑石粉混合加入20%的氯化镁调成粥状混合料,作该板的上下两层,25%的轻烧粉与2%的木屑混合加入20%的氯化镁调成粥状混合料,作该板的中间两层,每相邻两层之间设置玻璃丝布,最外层设置一层无纺布。
Claims (3)
1、一种室内棚壁板,其特征在于:该室内棚壁板由重量百分比为45~50%的轻烧粉、35~45%的氯化镁、0.3~0.5%的滑石粉、4~5%的玻璃丝布、2~3%的木屑和3~3.5%的无纺布组成,所述室内棚壁板分四层,上下两层(1、4)由轻烧粉、滑石粉和氯化镁混合构成,中间两层(2、3)由轻烧粉、木屑和氯化镁混合构成;每相邻两层之间分别设置一层玻璃丝布(5),最外层设置一层无纺布(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的室内棚壁板,其特征在于:原料的重量百分比如下:由50%的轻烧粉、40%的氯化镁、0.5%的滑石粉、4%的玻璃丝布、2%的木屑和3.5%的无纺布组成。
3、如权利要求1所述的室内棚壁板的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:首先将轻烧粉和滑石粉、轻烧粉和木屑分别混合均匀,加氯化镁搅拌成粘稠粥状混合料,用平整光滑的塑料板做模板,将混合均匀的轻烧粉和滑石粉料置于模板上,抹平后辅一层玻璃丝布、待浆透过后再上一层轻烧粉和木屑混合料,经机械辊压后再上一层玻璃丝布,返浆后再上一层轻烧粉和木屑混合料,抹平后经机械辊压后,再上一层玻璃丝布,返浆后再上一层轻烧粉和滑石粉混合料抹平后上一层无纺布,用靠尺靠平,待粘牢后,连同模板送到烘烤室经24小时40~45℃烘烤从模板上取下,再经100小时晾晒后用切割锯切毛边,即为成品。
