the payment clearing channel matching module 205 is configured to match the payment clearing channel by using an intelligent routing algorithm according to the transfer information by using the payment system; the payment channel comprises a pedestrian size system, a pedestrian super internet banking system, a city banking clearing center clearing system and an agricultural information banking center clearing system, and the corresponding line name and line number table comprises a large and small line name and line number table, a super internet line name and line number table, a city banking clearing line name and line number table and an agricultural information banking center line name and line number table.
The device may be implemented by the intelligent transfer method provided in the first embodiment, and the specific implementation method may be described in the first embodiment, which is not described herein.
The invention also provides a memory, which stores a plurality of instructions for implementing the intelligent transfer method according to the first embodiment.
The invention also provides an electronic device comprising a processor and a memory connected to the processor, wherein the memory stores a plurality of instructions that can be loaded and executed by the processor to enable the processor to perform the intelligent transfer method according to the first embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent transfer method, comprising:
synchronizing the updated line name and line number information of the payment channel to a payment system and storing the line name and line number information in a corresponding line name and line number table; synchronizing the updated card bin information to the payment system;
establishing a mapping relation between the card bin and the line name and line number of the payment channel according to the card bin information and a card issuing mechanism line number management table, wherein the card issuing mechanism line number management table comprises card issuing mechanism codes and corresponding legal line numbers and legal line names;
the payment system obtains the line name line number of the payee according to the payee account by using the mapping relation between the card bin information and the line name line number of the payment channel, and returns the line name line number of the payee to the transfer client;
the transfer client forms transfer information comprising the line name and line number of the payee and sends the transfer information to the payment system;
the payment system utilizes an intelligent routing algorithm to match a payment clearing channel according to the transfer information;
the payment channel comprises a pedestrian size system, a pedestrian super internet banking system, a city banking clearing center clearing system and an agricultural information banking center clearing system, and the corresponding line name and line number table comprises a large and small line name and line number table, a super internet line name and line number table, a city banking clearing line name and line number table and an agricultural information banking center line name and line number table.

The intelligent transfer method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing a mapping relationship between the card bin and the line name and line number of the payment channel according to the card bin information and the line number management table of the issuing authority comprises: in the card issuing mechanism row number management table, searching corresponding legal row numbers and row names according to the card issuing mechanism codes of the card bin information; if the search is successful, the card information is maintained in a card information management table together with the legal row number and the row name, if the search is failed, the card information is maintained in the card information management table, and meanwhile, the legal row number and the legal row name corresponding to the card information are temporarily kept to be empty; the card information management table structure includes: card bin number, primary account number length, card type, card issuing authority name, card issuing authority code, legal person line number, legal person line name, and activation status.

The intelligent transfer method of claim 2, further comprising: if the search fails, fuzzy matching is carried out in the super network line name and line number table and the large and small line name and line number table through the card issuing organization name, and the fuzzy matching algorithm is as follows: firstly, in a super network line name and line number table, carrying out fuzzy matching on a 'participation mechanism name' and a 'card issuing mechanism name', and if the matching is successful, putting a card issuing mechanism code, a 'participation mechanism line number' obtained through matching and the participation mechanism name into a card issuing mechanism number to-be-confirmed table; if the matching fails, continuing the matching in a large and small line name and line number table, namely in the large and small line name and line number table, carrying out fuzzy matching on the 'issuing card mechanism name' and the 'participating mechanism name', taking a record that the 'participating mechanism line number' is equal to the 'issuing card mechanism law line number' from a matching result, and if the matching is continued in the large and small line name and line number table, putting the issuing card mechanism code, the 'participating mechanism line number' obtained through the matching and the 'participating mechanism name' into a issuing card mechanism line number to-be-confirmed table; the card issuing mechanism row number to-be-confirmed list comprises: the card issuing mechanism code, the card issuing mechanism legal person number, the card issuing mechanism legal person name and the confirmation state.

The intelligent transfer method of claim 3, further comprising: manually confirming the data in the card issuing mechanism row number to-be-confirmed list, and if the data is correct, updating the card issuing mechanism legal row number and the card issuing mechanism legal row name into a card issuing mechanism row number management list and a card bin information management list; if the data is wrong, after the data is manually corrected, updating the legal personnel line number of the card issuing mechanism and the legal personnel line name of the card issuing mechanism into a management table of the legal personnel line number of the card issuing mechanism and a management table of the information of the card bin.

The intelligent transfer method of claim 1, wherein the payment system obtaining the payee's line name and line number from the payee account number using a mapping relationship of the card bin information and the payment channel line name and line number, and returning the payee's line name and line number to the transfer client comprises:
the account number of the payee is sent to a payment system by the account transfer client, and the payment system matches the card bin information corresponding to the account number;

screening a channel list supporting transfer money according to the initial money and the maximum money of each payment channel from a legal person line list;
screening out the payment channels with highest priority according to the priority sequence of each payment channel in the channel list; and according to the legal person running number, inquiring a corresponding clearing running number from a corresponding line name and line number list, so that complete transfer information is sent to a corresponding payment channel, and transfer is completed.
