本发明涉及一种有涂层的织物软管。按照本发明,在它的制造过程中产生的侧向涂层凸出部被翻转并使之与涂层圆筒状织物的外部侧面之一牢固地连接起来。

Description

有涂层的织物软管及其制造方法
本发明涉及一种有涂层的圆筒状织物及其制造方法。
有涂层的圆筒状织物已是大家熟悉的,例如在一种圆型织机上织出的带式圆筒状织物。为了制造袋子或软性容器,这种带式圆筒状织物一般是平放的,随后被导引通过一台涂层设备,以便对本身还是可透气的带式织物加上涂一层透气层,也就是说,通常涂上一层塑料层。在这种圆形织物涂层,会出现涂层凸出长度,即所谓的凸出部分。按照当今技术发展现状,上述涂层凸起部须加以修剪。修剪后的凸起部形成一个最小约5毫米至最大10或15毫米的边。然后,带式圆筒状织物按着所要求的长度加以剪断。
在实践中已经证明:上述涂层凸起部可在被有涂层的圆筒状织物的外侧棱边上形成一个硬的边沿,因而存在伤害危险。另一方面,上述涂层凸起部很容易扯裂或撕开。因此它有可能成为所加的层从软管上剥离的引发点,从而因此圆筒状织物和用其制成的袋子就会不密封。
此外,有涂层的织物在用来制造容器时往往须卷起,也就是说,情况相反,涂层在使用时处于朝内位置。因此,在这种情况下的凸出的涂层凸起部也会成为一种妨碍因素,例如它可能被装入的物料所撕裂。结果会导致用涂层织物软管制成的容器受到损坏,例如会漏水。
因此本发明的任务是,提供一种有涂层的圆筒状织物,在这种织物上避免了凸出的有锋刃和撕裂危险的涂层。
按照本发明,上述任务是通过采取以下措施加以实现的:将在制造有涂层的圆筒状时产生的侧向涂层凸起部翻转过去,并使之与有涂层的圆筒状织物的外部侧面之一牢固地相连。据此,不但能提供没有凸起部的涂层圆筒状织物,而且可省去本来该有的剪边和滚边步骤,从而不会产生这一道工序带来的多余的边带下脚料,这种下脚料的继续处理又需要它自身的工序。
有涂层的圆筒状织物采用圆型织机织造的带式织物制成,这是有益的。按照本发明的有涂层的圆筒状织物的一种制造方法包含下述工序:将圆筒状织物涂层时产生的涂层凸起部翻转,直到它贴附在平面的织物涂层上;随后使凸起部同平面的织物涂层连接起来。涂层凸起部的翻转最好经过一个模具肩部来实施。涂层凸起部同平面的织物有涂层的连接最好采用熔接方法来加以实现,例如采用热空气吹或者采用热楔形垫片。另一种做法是,也可以将凸起部粘接在织物涂层上,例如使用一种热熔料或一种溶剂粘接料,这种粘接料例如同样可以借助热空气或热楔形垫片来加以活化。
本发明的其它细节和优点见附图中所示的实施例。附图表示:
图1处于制造过程中间阶段的一条有涂层的圆筒状织物横断面;
图2按照当今技术发展现况制成的一条有涂层的圆筒状织物,与图1所示的截面A相对应;
图3符合本发明提出的实施例的一条涂层圆筒状织物,与图1所示的截面A相应。
图1中示出一条有涂层的圆筒状织物10,它由一带式织物12和一个在其上的涂层14组成。图中所示的有涂层的圆筒状织物10是平放的,处于刚从涂层机中拉出来的状态。在这一状态中,它具有一个约50~150毫米的涂层凸起部16。
根据技术现状,上述凸起部在下一道工序中被剪切下来,剩余的凸起部16′还得修剪到大约5~15毫米。这种涂层圆筒状织物仍然总有被撕裂的危险,从而有可能引起人身伤害。
图3中示明了按照本发明制成的涂层圆筒状织物,在此,凸起部16被翻转,并被置于涂层14上,并与涂层连接起来。根据此处所示的实施例,上述的两个层是彼此熔接的。

Claims (7)

1.有涂层的圆筒状织物,其特征在于:在它的制造过程中产生的侧向涂层凸起部被翻转,并与有涂层的圆筒状织物的外部侧面中之一牢固地连接起来。
2.按照权利要求1中所述的涂层圆筒状织物,其特征在于:它是由一种圆形织机织造的带式织物构成的。
3.按照权利要求1或2中所述的一种涂层圆筒状织物的制造方法,其特征在于:在圆筒状织物涂层时产生的涂层凸起部被翻转,直到它贴附在平面的织物涂层上;随后使之与平面的织物涂层连接起来。
4.按照权利要求3中所述的方法,其特征在于:侧向的凸起部均是经模具肩部加以翻转的。
5.按照权利要求3或4中所述的方法,其特征在于:利用一种熔接方法,例如用吹热空气的方法或用楔形垫片,将被翻转后的凸起部与平面的织物涂层连接起来。
6.按照权利要求3或4中所述的方法,其特征在于:采用粘接方法将翻转后的凸起部与平面的织物涂层连接起来。
7.按照权利要求1或2中所述的用有涂层的圆筒状织物制造的袋子,最好依照权利要求3-6的一项中所述的一种方法加以制造。
