Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for managing project materials according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a case of managing project materials. The method can be implemented by an item material management device, which can be implemented in software and/or hardware and can be configured in an electronic device with data processing functions. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, acquiring an item material list of at least one item and a material demand schedule of a current item stage of each item.
The project bill of materials may be a bill of materials determined by a project manager based on project requirements, and content items in the project bill of materials are different according to different contents of specific projects. The project material list at least comprises material basic information data, wherein the material basic information data can comprise material types, material models, material quantity, material specifications and the like, and the application is not limited to the material basic information data. For example, in the field of electricity, cable information, such as 220 kv cable 100 meters, may be included in the bill of materials.
It will be appreciated that the project may involve multiple departments, such as civil engineering, electrical, and communication, each having different purchasing requirements for the material at different project stages, the project management center reporting the requirement planning data to a target material purchasing manager, the target material purchasing manager storing the requirement planning data, and integrating the requirement planning data to generate the material requirement planning table.
And S120, carrying out material matching analysis on each project according to the project material list and the material demand schedule of the current project stage.
Specifically, the item material list includes at least one piece of data, the data is represented as a row of data in a table, each row of data includes a material and an attribute value corresponding to an attribute key related to the material, the material demand schedule includes at least one piece of data, each piece of data includes a material and a data of an attribute value corresponding to an attribute key related to the material, wherein the type and the number of the attribute key in the item material list and the type and the number of the attribute key in the material demand schedule can be the same or different, and the number of the data in the item material list and the number of the data in the material demand schedule are the same or different. The analysis after summarizing the project material list and the material demand schedule may specifically be to combine the project material list and the material demand schedule according to a preset association relationship , And merging two rows of data with a preset association relationship into the same row, wherein the uncombined data is data which can only be found and recorded in the project material list or in the material demand plan, and marking the uncombined data, wherein the preset association relationship is used for marking the same item of material data, the preset association relationship can be used for marking each item of material data required to be purchased in a generation stage of the project material list, the same marking is carried out in the detail when the item of material is declared to a target material purchasing management side, the data row corresponding to the same item of material can form a one-to-one mapping relationship in the project material list and the material demand plan when the material demand plan is generated at the target material purchasing management side, and the preset association relationship can be set according to actual needs without limitation.
Optionally, performing a material matching analysis according to the item material list and the material demand schedule of the current item stage, including the following steps A1 to A2:
step A1, matching the content and the quantity of the materials according to the numbers of the materials in the item material list and the material demand schedule, and determining the material difference information of the item material list and the material demand schedule;
specifically, the material content may include the type and model of the material, the material quantity, that is, the total required purchase quantity of the material recorded in the item material list and the actual declared purchase quantity of the material in the demand schedule, and each line of data corresponding to each item of material in the item material list automatically generates a number or is manually input with a number, where the number may be sequential arabic numerals or english letters, or may be a combination of numerals and english letters, which is not limited in this application. And after the data corresponding to the same material in the material demand schedule, namely the material data of which the demand has been declared, are also remarked with the same number, and the data corresponding to the same material is matched through the number, whether the data are the same material is further confirmed according to the material content, and if so, the material quantity is compared.
A2, marking and displaying material difference information;
specifically, different color backgrounds may be used and material differential information presented.
Optionally, the material difference information includes difference information of material items and difference information of material numbers, and marking and displaying the material difference information includes: and creating a management and control table, and marking and displaying the material difference information in the management and control table.
The difference information of the material items comprises data which can not find the materials with the same items in the item material list and the material demand schedule, namely can only be found in the item material list or the material demand schedule.
The difference information of the material number is data with different numbers found after the material number is compared.
Specifically, a management and control table is newly built, data are circularly read, the data with the same number are matched and combined into one row and stored in the management and control table, the data row which only exists in the material demand schedule but cannot be searched in the item material list and the data row which only exists in the item material list but cannot be searched in the material demand schedule are stored in the management and control table, for example, the data of one row of the item material list, which has 10 attribute keywords, the data of the material demand schedule, which has 9 attribute keywords, are combined into the data of 19 attribute keywords after the data of the row is combined into the same row.
And matching the corresponding attribute values under the quantity attribute keywords of the data combined into one row, judging whether the quantity difference of each item of material in two tables determines whether the item of material is fully declared to a material purchasing manager or whether the item of material is declared to be greater than the total quantity required by recording the item of material in an item material list when the item of material is declared, optionally, marking red background of the cell data corresponding to the quantity of multiple reports and orange background of the cell data corresponding to the quantity of the multiple reports when the quantity of the material is judged to exist and not fully declared so as to display the difference.
For the data lines which only exist in the material demand schedule but cannot be searched in the project material list in the management and control table, the marked blue data represent the materials which are declared to be purchased and managed, but the recorded data cannot be found in the project material list, and the relevant responsible person rechecks the data, and can select to be supplemented to the project material list after rechecking; and marking the generated data lines which only exist in the project material list but cannot be searched in the material demand schedule as yellow, wherein the data marked as yellow represents the data which is not yet declared to the material purchasing manager, and the personnel responsible for declaring can determine which materials are not yet declared through the data and predict the declaring time according to the actual situation.
Optionally, the material reporting schedule is adjusted according to the material difference information to obtain a target material reporting schedule, and the material reporting schedule is used for scheduling reporting work.
Specifically, according to the material data which is not yet declared to the material purchasing management side or the material data which is declared to the preset quantity but not all the materials, the preset quantity is smaller than the preset quantity of the materials, the personnel responsible for declaring determine the material forecast declaring time and the forecast declaring quantity according to the project progress stage and adjust the material declaring schedule to generate a target material declaring schedule, so that the personnel responsible for declaring arrange the declaring work according to the record of the target material declaring schedule.

Specifically, in the reporting stage, the matched catalog item is selected from the data in the item bill of materials to report the bill of materials requirement plan, and the corresponding data in the item bill of materials notes the declared catalog item.
Optionally, matching the item material list with the preset material purchasing total catalog in material information, and determining the purchasing state of each material in the item material list, wherein the method comprises the following steps of:
and step B1, matching corresponding material purchase information in a preset material purchase total catalog according to each material number in the item material list.
Specifically, when the item material list is imported, each item material with a number in the item material list is correspondingly matched with a catalog item of the currently acquired preset material purchase total catalog, and the catalog item comprises material purchase information.
If the corresponding catalogs are matched, marking the catalogs without if the catalogs are not available, pushing the related responsible person, and selecting other ways to purchase by the related responsible person according to actual engineering requirements.
