Abstract
本发明属于卫生杀虫技术领域,涉及一种卫生杀虫组合物,具体涉及一种含有虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯的卫生杀虫组合制剂及其应用。一种含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂,制剂为按重量百分比计,2%‑50%有效成分,余量为助剂;有效成分为重量比为15:1~1:10的虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯,制剂剂型为悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、干悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。本发明制剂有效成分为虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯,一方面环境相容性好,降低了农药使用量,另一方面从作用机制来看,虫螨腈与拟除虫菊酯类卫生杀虫剂的作用机制不同,不存在交互抗性,同时,制剂中添加缓释剂,其将有效成分包裹,缓慢释放,进而提高防效。

技术领域
本发明属于卫生杀虫技术领域,涉及一种卫生杀虫组合物,具体涉及一种含有虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯的卫生杀虫组合制剂及其应用。
背景技术
长期以来,拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂广泛应用于公共卫生害虫的防治,这些药剂长期使用不可避免使得卫生害虫如蚊、蝇等对部分菊酯类药剂产生抗药性,如此一来药剂的防治效果就会大大降低。
虫螨腈是一种三氟甲基吡咯腈结构的杀虫杀螨剂,主要是胃毒作用,有部分触杀活性,对拟除虫菊酯类具有抗性的害虫具有较好药效,同时加工成滞留喷洒剂型,可显著提高药剂的持效期,减少农药使用量,符合绿色农药方向。
目前,虫螨腈与拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂复配专利较多,但尚未发现虫螨腈与氯氟醚菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯或溴氰菊酯的复配专利,且已公开的虫螨腈与其他拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂复配制剂应用范围主要为农业害虫,在防治卫生害虫蚊蝇未有公开。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种含有虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯的卫生杀虫组合制剂及其应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂,制剂为按重量百分比计,2%-50%有效成分,余量为助剂;有效成分为重量比为15:1~1:10的虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯,制剂剂型为悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、干悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
所述拟除虫菊酯为氯氟醚菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯或溴氰菊酯。
所述的虫螨腈和氯氟醚菊酯的重量比优选为9:1~1:1。
所述的虫螨腈和高效氟氯氰菊酯的重量比优选为7:1~1:1。
所述的虫螨腈和溴氰菊酯的重量比优选为9:1~1:1。
所述助剂为缓释剂与下述任意两种或两种以上的辅助助剂组成,辅助助剂为润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、乳化剂、填料、溶剂、去离子水。
所述的缓释剂为甲基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇、改性淀粉中的任意一种或几种。
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为悬浮剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、1-8%的润湿剂、1-8%的分散剂、3-7%的防冻剂、0.3-2%的防腐剂、0.1-1%的消泡剂、0.5-3%的增稠剂、1-10%的缓释剂,去离子水补足至100%。
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为油悬浮剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、0.2-1%的润湿剂、0.3-3%的分散剂、2-6%的乳化剂、0.2-5%的消泡剂、0.2-5%的增稠剂、1-10%的缓释剂,溶剂补足至100%。
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为干悬浮剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、1-8%的润湿剂、1-8%的分散剂、1-10%的缓释剂,填料补足至100%。
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为可湿性粉剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、2-6%的润湿剂、7-18%的分散剂、1-10%的缓释剂,填料补足至100%。
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂水分散粒剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、2-15%的润湿剂、5-20%的分散剂、2-8%的崩解剂、1-10%的缓释剂,填料补足至100%。
所述的润湿剂选自拉开粉BX、烷基苯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、萘磺酸钠、烷基硫酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸钠中的任意一种、两种及以上以任意比例混合而成的混合物。

一种所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂的应用,所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂在防治卫生害虫方面的应用。
所述的卫生害虫,是指淡色库蚊、致倦库蚊、三带喙库蚊、白纹伊蚊、埃及伊蚊、中华按蚊、骚扰阿蚊、摇蚊、家蝇、大头金蝇、丝光绿蝇、铜绿蝇、亮绿蝇、夏厕蝇和元厕蝇等。
所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂在防治卫生害虫时,采用滞留喷洒的方式防治卫生害虫:将含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂用适口剂溶液稀释50-300倍后喷洒在施用表面上,使制剂残留在其表面上,使卫生害虫达到击倒和死亡。
所述的适口剂溶液为5-10%白砂糖溶液。
本发明所具有的优点:
本发明制剂有效成分为虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯,一方面环境相容性好,降低了农药使用量,另一方面从作用机制来看,虫螨腈与拟除虫菊酯类卫生杀虫剂的作用机制不同,不存在交互抗性,同时,制剂中添加缓释剂,其将有效成分包裹,缓慢释放,进而提高防效,并且使不同作用机理的有效成分延缓害虫抗药性,进一步有利于害虫的抗性治理。

本发明各实施例中的剂型的制备方法如下:
悬浮剂的实验室制备方法为:按配比称取润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、缓释剂、去离子水加入烧杯中混合均匀后,将虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯加入烧杯中,然后转移至砂磨机,在砂磨机中加入氧化锆珠,研磨2-3h,加入增稠剂继续研磨0.5h,使粒径D95控制在5微米以下,过滤去除氧化锆珠,即可制得。
油悬浮剂的实验室制备方法为:按配比称取分散剂、润湿剂、乳化剂、消泡剂、缓释剂和溶剂加入烧杯中混合均匀后,将虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯加入烧杯中,然后转移至砂磨机,在砂磨机中加入氧化锆珠,研磨2-3h,加入增稠剂继续研磨0.5h,使粒径D95控制在5微米以下,过滤去除氧化锆珠,即可制得。
干悬浮剂的实验室制备方法为:按配比称取润湿剂、分散剂、填料、缓释剂和水加入烧杯中混合均匀后,将虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯加入烧杯中,然后转移至砂磨机,在砂磨机中加入氧化锆珠,研磨2-3h,使粒径D95控制在5微米以下,过滤去除氧化锆珠,将所得物料经喷雾干燥机烘干,即可制得。
可湿性粉剂的实验室制备方法为:按配比称取虫螨腈、拟除虫菊酯、润湿剂、分散剂、缓释剂、填料加入料理机混合均匀后,进入气流粉碎机粉碎即可制得。
水分散粒剂的实验室制备方法为:按配比称取虫螨腈、拟除虫菊酯、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、缓释剂、填料加入料理机混合均匀后,进入气流粉碎机粉碎,再次用料理机混合后,加入适量的水,用造粒机挤压造粒后即得。
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明进行阐述:
制剂实例1:20%虫螨腈·氯氟醚菊酯悬浮剂
虫螨腈18g、氯氟醚菊酯2g、拉开粉BX1g、聚羧酸钠8g、甘油3g、苯甲酸1g、卡松1g、硅油0.5g、黄原胶1.7g、甲基纤维素1g,去离子水补足至100%。
制剂实例2:32%虫螨腈·氯氟醚菊酯油悬浮剂
虫螨腈30g、氯氟醚菊酯2g、烷基苯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.2g、木质素磺酸钠3g、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2g、聚二甲基硅氧烷2.6g、羟乙基纤维素2.6g、阿拉伯胶2g、玉米油10g,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺补足至100%。
制剂实例3:11%虫螨腈·氯氟醚菊酯干悬浮剂
虫螨腈1g、氯氟醚菊酯10g、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯1g、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠钠8g、聚乙烯醇3g、高岭土10g,轻钙补足至100%。
制剂实例4:2%虫螨腈·氯氟醚菊酯可湿性粉剂

虫螨腈2g、高效氟氯氰菊酯10g、1%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物0.3g、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2g、二硬脂酰乙二胺0.2g、羟甲基纤维素5g、阿拉伯胶7g、菜籽油10g,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺补足至100%。
验证试验1:对有效成分虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯对淡色库蚊的共毒系数
试验对象:淡色库蚊(实验室饲养);
试验用样品:为上述制剂中有效成分,即虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯,其按照有效成分的两者比例进行混合。
试验方法:参照农药室内生物测定试验准则杀虫剂第一部分:触杀活性试验,采用点滴法NY/T1154.1-2006对淡色库蚊进行活性测定试验;数据统计:采用共毒系数法评价两者的复配对淡色库蚊的活性。然后用DPS统计软件计算各个药的LD50值,再根据孙云沛法计算药剂的毒力指数和共毒系数。共毒系数大于120表示增效作用,共毒系数在80-120之间表示相加作用,共毒系数小于80表示拮抗作用。测定结果如下表所示:

从表1可以看出:虫螨腈:氯氟醚菊酯在9:1~1:1的比例下共毒系数均大于120,为增效作用。

验证试验2:防治蚊蝇滞留药效试验
试验对象:淡色库蚊和家蝇(实验室饲养);
试验样品:上述制剂实施例制备制剂以及下述记载的对照样;
试验方法:参照GB/T13919.1-2009农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价,滞留喷洒试验;
对照样1:20%虫螨腈悬浮剂
虫螨腈20g、拉开粉BX1g、聚羧酸钠8g、甘油3g、苯甲酸1g、卡松1g、硅油0.5g、黄原胶1.7g、甲基纤维素1g,去离子水补足至100%。
对照样2:20%氯氟醚菊酯悬浮剂
氯氟醚菊酯20g、拉开粉BX1g、聚羧酸钠8g、甘油3g、苯甲酸1g、卡松1g、硅油0.5g、黄原胶1.7g、甲基纤维素1g,去离子水补足至100%。
对照样3:10%虫螨腈油悬浮剂
虫螨腈10g、1%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物0.3g、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2g、二硬脂酰乙二胺0.2g、羟甲基纤维素5g、阿拉伯胶7g、菜籽油10g,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺补足至100%。
对照样4:10%高效氟氯氰菊酯油悬浮剂
氯氟醚菊酯10g、1%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物0.3g、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2g、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2g、二硬脂酰乙二胺0.2g、羟甲基纤维素5g、阿拉伯胶7g、菜籽油10g,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺补足至100%。
对照样5:10%高氯·残杀威悬浮剂(市售)
对照样6:15%顺氯·残杀威悬浮剂(市售)
试验处理:制剂实施例与对照药剂,按有效成分总浓度均稀释成1000ppm;试验结果:

表5可见,虫螨腈与拟除虫菊酯复配后对蚊、蝇的击倒性和致死性均有明显的增效作用,且对比市售产品,本发明针对蚊、蝇的击倒性和致死性更高,其中在虫螨腈与拟除虫菊酯的重量优选比范围内时,增效作用更明显。应用实施例3:缓释剂作用药效试验试验靶标:淡色库蚊,羽化后第3天~第5天未吸血的雌性成虫;
试验样品:上述制剂实施例制备制剂以及下述记载的对照样;
试验方法:参照GB/T13919.1-2009农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价,滞留喷洒试验;
对照样7:32%虫螨腈·氯氟醚菊酯油悬浮剂
虫螨腈30g、氯氟醚菊酯2g、烷基苯聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯0.2g、木质素磺酸钠3g、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2g、聚二甲基硅氧烷2.6g、羟乙基纤维素2.6g、玉米油10g,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺补足至100%。
对照样8:36%虫螨腈·高效氟氯氰菊酯干悬浮剂虫螨腈33g、氯氟醚菊酯3g、十二烷基硫酸钠8g、聚羧酸钠0.5g、木质素磺酸钠0.5g、白炭黑10g,玉米淀粉补足至100%。
对照样9:20%虫螨腈·溴氰菊酯可湿性粉剂
虫螨腈10g、氯氟醚菊酯10g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸钠4g、木质素磺酸钠12g,玉米淀粉补足至100%。
试验处理:制剂实施例与对照药剂,按有效成分总浓度均稀释成1000ppm;试验结果:
表6部分制剂实施例针对蚊、蝇缓释持效试验
表6可见,制剂实施例2、8、14在经过15天暴露空气存放后,针对蚊、蝇依然有很好的击倒效果,药效下降缓慢,持效期较长,而对照样7、8、9(配方中未添加缓释剂)在经过15天,其药效下降迅速,其击倒速率明显变慢,致死率明显降低。
应用实施例4:适口剂溶液作用药效试验试验靶标:淡色库蚊,羽化后第3天~第5天未吸血的雌性成虫;
试验方法:参照GB/T13919.1-2009农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价,滞留喷洒试验;
试验处理:制剂实施例分别用适口剂溶液(本应用实施例中采用适口剂溶液为浓度为5%的白砂糖水溶液)和水溶液稀释,按有效成分总浓度均稀释成1000ppm;
试验结果:

表7可见,制剂实施例3、9、15在采用适口剂溶液稀释后15天,针对蚊、蝇依然有很好的击倒效果,药效下降缓慢,持效期较长,而采用水溶液稀释后15天,其药效下降迅速,其击倒速率明显变慢,致死率明显降低。
上述实例只是为说明本发明的技术构思以及技术特点,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明的实质所做的等效变换或修饰,都应该涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂,其特征在于,制剂为按重量百分比计,2%-50%有效成分,余量为助剂;有效成分为重量比为15:1~1:10的虫螨腈和拟除虫菊酯,制剂剂型为悬浮剂、油悬浮剂、干悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂,其特征在于,所述拟除虫菊酯为氯氟醚菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯或溴氰菊酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂,其特征在于,所述助剂为缓释剂与下述任意两种或两种以上的辅助助剂组成,辅助助剂为润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、乳化剂、填料、溶剂、去离子水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂,其特征在于,所述的缓释剂为甲基纤维素、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇、改性淀粉中的任意一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂,其特征在于,
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为悬浮剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、1-8%的润湿剂、1-8%的分散剂、3-7%的防冻剂、0.3-2%的防腐剂、0.1-1%的消泡剂、0.5-3%的增稠剂、1-10%的缓释剂,去离子水补足至100%;
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为油悬浮剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、0.2-1%的润湿剂、0.3-3%的分散剂、2-6%的乳化剂、0.2-5%的消泡剂、0.2-5%的增稠剂、1-10%的缓释剂,溶剂补足至100%;
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为干悬浮剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、1-8%的润湿剂、1-8%的分散剂、1-10%的缓释剂,填料补足至100%;
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为可湿性粉剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、2-6%的润湿剂、7-18%的分散剂、1-10%的缓释剂,填料补足至100%;
所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂为水分散粒剂时,包括以下重量百分比的原料:1-40%的虫螨腈、1-10%的拟除虫菊酯、2-15%的润湿剂、5-20%的分散剂、2-8%的崩解剂、1-10%的缓释剂,填料补足至100%。
6.一种权利要求1所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂的应用,其特征在于:所述含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂在防治卫生害虫方面的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂的应用,其特征在于:所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂在防治卫生害虫时,采用滞留喷洒的方式防治卫生害虫。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂的应用,其特征在于:所述滞留喷洒的方式为将含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂用适口剂溶液稀释50-300倍后喷洒在施用表面上,使制剂残留在其表面上,使卫生害虫达到击倒和死亡。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含有虫螨腈的卫生杀虫组合制剂的应用,其特征在于:所述适口剂溶液为5-10%白砂糖溶液。
