Abstract
除草组合物的组成为式Ⅰ所示的N-[2-(3,3,3-三氟丙基)苯磺酰基]-N′-(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)脲或农业化学上能够承受的盐和具有增效量作用量的选自式Ⅱ至式XXⅢ或XXⅣ所示的活性物质,其中式Ⅱ至式XXⅣ详见说明书。
Description
本发明涉及一种由各类具有除草活性物质的结合而构成的增效组合物。这种组合物适用于选择性防除有用植物中的杂草,例如谷类,高粱和水稻,特别是玉米中的杂草。
本发明也涉及防除所述作物中的杂草的方法和这种新颖组合物的应用。
US-A-4671819已描述了式I所示的化合物及其制备方法。
同样,下述化合物已知是选择性除草剂并且它们中的一些是可以购到的。

5,7-二甲氧基-N-[2,6-二氯-3-甲基苯基]-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-磺酰胺(DE-511),载于US-A-4818273(实例89)。
现已发现式I所示化合物能以有利的方式与上述提到的出版物所载的至少一种有除草活性的化合物相结合,这种结合都有一种增效的(附加的)除草活性,这种除草活性高于各化合物在给定的施用率时的纯加合效应。
因而本发明提出了一个新颖的具有增效作用且可用于选择性防治杂草的组合物,作为活性物质,一方面含有式I所示的N-[2-(3,3,3-三氟丙基)苯磺酰基]-N′-(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)脲或农业化学上能够承受的盐类;另一方面含有具有增效活性量的式II所示的活性物质3,5-二溴-4-羟基苄腈和/或式III所示活性物质2-叔丁氨基-4-氯-6-乙基氨基-1,3,5-三嗪和/或式IV所示活性物质N-[2-(甲氧羰基)苯磺酰基)-N′(4,6-一二氟甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)脲和/或式V所示活性物质3,6-二氯-2-甲氧基苯甲酸和/或式VI所示的活性物质3-异丙基-(1H)-苯并2,1, 3-噻二嗪-4-酮2,2-二氧化物和/或式VII所示的活性物质2-氯-4-乙氨基-6-异丙基氨基-1,3,5-三嗪和/或式VIII所示的活性物质2-氯-4-(1-氰基-1-甲基乙基氨基)-6-乙基氨基-1,3,5-三嗪和/或式IX所示的活性物质2-氯-6′-乙基-N-(2-甲氧基-1-甲基乙基)乙酰甲苯胺和/或式X所示的活性物质N-[3-二甲氨基羰基-2-吡啶磺酰基]-N′-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)脲和/或式XI所示的活性物质N-[2-(甲氧羰基)-3-噻吩磺酰基]-N′-(4-甲基-6-甲氧基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]脲和/或式XII所示的活性物质6-氯-3-苯基哒嗪-4-基S-辛基硫代碳酸酯和/或式XIII所示的活性物质N-[2-(2-氯乙氧基)苯磺酰基]-N′-(4-甲氧基-6-甲基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]脲和/或式XIV所示的活性物质(Rs)-2-(4-氯-邻甲苯氧基)丙酸和/或式XV所示的活性物质N-[2-(2-甲氧乙氧基)苯磺酰基]-N′-(4,6-二甲氧基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]脲和/或式XVI所示的活性物质N-[2-(甲氧羰基)苯磺酰基]-N′-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基]脲和/或式XVII所示的活性物质3,7-二氯-8-喹啉羧酸和/或式XVIII所示活性物质2-氯-2′,6′-二乙基-N-(2-丙氧乙基)乙酰苯胺和/或式XIX所示活性物质S-4-氯代苄基N,N-二乙基硫代氨基甲酸酯和/或式XX所示活性物质(RS)-2-溴-3,3-二甲基-N-(1-甲基-1-苯乙基]丁酰胺和/或式XXI所示活性物质2-(1,3-苯并噻唑-2-氧基)-N-甲基乙酰苯胺和/或式XXII所示的活性物质N,N-六亚甲基硫代氨基甲酸S-乙酯和/或式XXIII所示活性物质和/或式XXIV所示活性物质
使人惊奇的是,式I所示的活性物质与至少一种式II至XXII-I或XXIV所示的活性物质相结合不但引起对防治杂草的活性谱的加宽,原则上这本是被预期的,而且起到了增效的作用,即从两个方面增加了两种产品的活性范围:
一方面单个化合物I和II到XXIV的施用率可以减少而仍然达到良好的效果。另一方面,当单个化合物由于非常低的施用率而变成完全无效时而本发明的混合物对杂草防治的程度仍很高。这些结果实质上是加宽了杂草的防治谱及对相关的作物增加了安全的幅度,这是必要的,在活性物质偶然超剂量时也是需要的。
本发明的除草剂混合物能用于防治大量的农业上重要的杂草,例如用于芽前、灌溉水(移植水稻),特别是芽后防治作物中的藜属、蓼属、茄属、苋属、野芝麻属、稗属、慈姑属、甘薯属和莎草属等杂草。
本发明相应的除草剂混合物能用于防治下述作物中的杂草:谷类作物(小麦、大麦、黑麦、小麦和燕麦)、高粱、水稻,特别是玉米。
式I和式II到XXIV所示化合物的混合物在很宽的混合比范围内在每种情况下都有增效的选择性的除草作用。
本发明活性物质的结合含有式I所示的一种活性物质和至少一种式II到XXIV所示的活性物质,其比率可以是任意的,作为一个规则是一种组份的量超过其余组份的量,对于式I所示活性物质和至少一种式II到XXIV所示的混合组份的一种所组成混合物的优选比例为1∶0.05和1∶200,特别是在1∶0.1和1∶125之间。
优选的除草组合物含有的活性物质一方面是式I所示的化合物,另一方面是具有增效作用量的至少一种式II到XXII,XXIII或XXIV所示活性物质。
式I所示化合物与式II、III、IV、XXIII或XXIV所示化合物的结合已被证明是非常有效的具有增效作用的活性物质混合物。
同样是优选的除草组合物含有的活性物质一方面是式所示I的化合物,另一方面是具有增效作用量的至少一种式XIII,XIV或XXIV所示的活性物质。
同样也是优选的除草组合物含有的活性物质一方面是式I所示化合物,另一方面是具有增效作用量的至少一种式XV到XXIII所示的活性物质。
特别重要的是除了式I所示的化合物外混合物还应含有一或两种式II到XXIII或XXIV式所示的活性物质。
施用率可以在很宽的范围内变化,这取决于土壤的特性,施用方法(芽前或芽后;种子包衣;在已播种土地上施用;非耕作施用等),作物,需防治的杂草,占主导的气候条件及由施用方法,施用时间和靶标作物所决定的其它因素,一般说来,本发明的活性物质混合物的施用率为10-2000克活性物质/公顷,特别是20-1000克活性物质/公顷。
本发明的由一种式I所示化合物和至少一种具有增效作用量的式II到XII,XXIII和/或XXIV所示的活性物质,特别是式II到IV,XXIII和/或XXIV所示的活性物质所组成的除草组合物能有效地用于选择性地防除玉米中的杂草。
本发明的由一种式I所示化合物和至少一种具有增效作用用量的式XIII,XIV或XXIV所示活性物质所组成的除草组合物能有效地用于选择性防除谷类作物中的杂草。
本发明的由式I所示的一个化合物和至少一种具有增效作用量的式XV到XXIII所示活性物质所组成的除草组合物能有效地用于选择性防除水稻中的杂草。
式I所示化合物与式II到XXIV所示化合物的混合物以合成时所获得的形式被施用,或者最好与助剂一起用通常的加工技术加工后被施用,例如加工成乳油,直接喷雾或可稀释的溶液,稀乳油,可湿性粉剂,水溶剂,粉剂,粒剂或由已知的方式加工成,例如,在聚合物质中的微囊剂,就组合物来说,施用的方法视其目的和占优势的条件可以选择喷雾,雾化,喷粉,润湿,撒布,或浇泼。
制剂,也就是含有式I和式II到XXIV所示的活性物质,如果需要还含有1种或多种固体或液体助剂的组合物或复配物可用已知的方法制备,例如让活性物质与填充剂,例如与溶剂,固体载体以及如果需要的话还有表面活性化合物(表面活性剂)一起充分混合或一起碾磨。
适宜的溶剂有芳烃,特别是C8至C12馏份,如象烷基苯的混合物,例如二甲苯的混合物或烷基化萘;脂肪烃或脂环烃,如象链烷烃,环乙烷或四氢萘;醇,如象乙醇,丙醇或丁醇;乙二醇,醚及其酯,如象丙二醇或二丙二醇醚;酮,如象环已酮,异佛尔酮或双丙酮醇;强极性溶剂,如象N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,二甲亚砜或水;植物油及其酯,如象菜子油,蓖麻油或豆油,如果需要的话也可以是硅油。
作为一个惯例,粉碎的天然矿物,如象方解石,滑石,高岭土,蒙脱土或绿坡缕石可用作固体载体,例如用作粉剂和可湿性粉剂的固体载体,为了改善物理性质,也可加入仔细粉碎的硅石或吸收性聚合物。多孔性物质,例如浮石,碎砖,海泡石或膨润土对于粒剂而言是适宜的粒状吸附性载体,而方解石或砂是适宜的非吸附性载体,也可采用许多预成粒的无机或有机物质,特别是白云石或粉碎的植物残渣。
具有良好乳化、分散和润湿性质的非离子型,阳离子型和/或阴离子型表面活性剂是适宜的表面活性化合物,这当然还要取决于被加工的式I和式II到XXIV所示的活性物质的类型。表面活性剂这一个词也可理解为表面活性剂混合物。
适宜的阴离子表面活性剂可以是所谓的水溶性皂和水溶性合成表面活性化合物。
皂是较高级脂肪酸(C10-C22)的碱金属,碱土金属或取代的或未取代的铵盐。例如,油酸或硬脂酸的钠盐或钾盐,或天然脂肪酸混合物,例如来自椰子油或牛脂油的天然脂肪酸混合物的钠盐或钾盐,此外也要提到脂肪酸和甲基氨基乙磺酸的盐。
然而所谓的合成表面活性剂最常使用的主要为脂肪醇磺酸盐,脂肪醇硫酸盐,磺化的苯并咪唑衍生物或烷芳基磺酸盐。
脂肪醇磺酸盐或硫酸盐通常制成碱金属,碱土金属或未取代的或取代的铵盐,其烷基部分具有8到22个碳原子,这种烷基也包括酰基的烷基部分,例如有木质素磺酸的钠盐或钙盐,十二烷基硫酸酯的钠盐或钙盐,或者来自天然脂肪酸的脂肪醇硫酸酯的钠盐或钙盐,这些盐也包括硫酸酯的盐及脂肪醇磺酸/环氧乙烷加合物的盐,磺化的苯并咪唑衍生物最好含有两个磺酸基,而脂肪酸残基具有8-22个碳原子,烷基芳基磺酸盐的例子有十二烷基苯磺酸,二丁基萘磺酸,或萘磺酸/甲醛缩合物的钠盐,钙盐或三乙醇胺的盐。
相应的磷酸盐,例如对一壬基苯酚-(4-14)-环氧乙烷加合物的或磷脂的盐,也是适宜的。
适宜的非离子型表面活性剂主要是脂肪族醇的,或环脂族醇的,饱和的或不饱和的脂肪酸及烷基酚的聚乙二醇醚衍生物,在它们的分子中可以含有3-30个乙二醇醚单位,它们的(脂肪族)烃基为8-20个碳原子,而烷基酚中的烷基为6-18个碳原子。
此外,适宜的非离子型表面活性剂还可是水溶性的聚环氧乙烷与聚丙二醇、乙二氨基聚丙二醇及其烷基链为1-10个碳原子的烷基聚丙二醇等的加合物,这些加合物含有20-250个乙二醇醚基团和10-100个丙二醇醚基团。而上述这些化合物每一个丙二醇单位相应有1-5个乙二醇单位,
非离子型表面活性剂的例子有壬基苯酚,聚乙氧基乙醇,蓖麻油,聚乙二醇醚,聚环氧丙烷/聚环氧乙烷加合物,三丁基苯氧聚乙氧基乙醇,聚乙二醇和辛基苯氧聚乙氧基乙醇。
聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐的脂肪酸酯,如象聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐的三油酸酯也是适当的。
阳离子表面活性剂,特别是季铵盐,作为N上的取代基至少含有一个8-22个碳原子的烷基,别的取代基可以是低级烷基,苄基,或低级羟基烷基,它们都可以被卤化,其盐优选制成卤化物,甲基硫酸盐或乙基硫酸盐,例如硬脂酰基三甲氯化铵或苄基二(2-氯乙基)乙基溴化铵。
加工中常用的表面活性剂也可用在本发明的组合物中,这些表面活性剂特别在下述出版物中被描述:-"Mc Cutcheon’s Detergents and Emulsifiers Annual",Mc Publishing Corp.,Glen Rock,New Jersey,1988.-M.and J.Ash,"Encyclopedia of Surfactants",Vol.I-III,Chemical Publishing Co.,NewYork,1980-1981.-Dr.Helmut Stache"Tensid-Taschenbuch",Carl Hanser Verlag,Munich/Vienna 1981.
按照惯例,除草制剂含有0.1-99%,特别是0.1-95%的活性物质混合物,此混合物由式I所示化合物和式II到XXIV所示化合物组成,以及1-99%的固体或液体助剂和0-25%特别是0.1-25%的表面活性剂。
作为商品,优选浓缩组合物,而最后的使用者通常用稀释组合物。
这种组合物也可以含有其它助剂,如象稳定剂,例如可能被环氧化的植物油(环氧化椰子油,菜子油或豆油),消泡剂,例如硅油,防腐剂,粘度调节剂,粘合剂,增粘剂和肥料,或者为获得特殊效果的其它活性物质。
优选的制剂特别有如下的组成:(%=重量百分数)

将磨成细粉的活性物质混合物与助剂充分混合即得悬乳母剂,用水稀释可得到任何需要浓度的悬浮剂。
更为实际的方法常常是,分别加工式所示的活性物质和混合式II至XXIV所示的活性物质而使成桶装粉料,在施药器使用前在水中按所需要的比例混合。
2.生物学试验实例
当由式I所示化合物与至少一种式II至XXIV所示化合物组成的活性物质的组合作用大于单独施用它们的作用的总和时则存在着增效作用。
对于一个给定的至少两种除草剂的组合的预期除草作用Ae可按下式计算(参考Colby,S.R.“Calculating Synergistic andantagonistic response of herbicide combination”,Weeds 15,pageo 20-22,1967):
X=当用施药率为每公顷pkg的式I所示化合物进行处理与本处理的防治率(=0%)相比较时的生长抑制率百分数
Y=当用施药率为每公顷qkg的式II至XXIV所示化合物进行处理与未处理的防治率(=0%)相比较时的除草作用百分数
Ae=用施药率为每公顷p+qkg活性物质处理后预期的除草作用百分数(与未处理的结果相比的生长抑制百分数)。
如果实际观察到的作用大于预期值Ae则存在着增效作用。
下述例子证实了式I所示活性物质与式II至XXIV所示活性物质的组合的增效作用。
实例B1芽后施用试验描述:
在温室中将受试植物的种子播种在装有0.5升消毒田间土壤的塑料盆中,出芽并长出2或3个叶片时,用活性物质组合的水分散剂喷淋这些植物,通过适当地稀释母剂来调节活性物质的施用率。每平方米喷淋55毫升由乳油(实例DF2)制备的悬乳剂,受试植物进一步在温室中培育并每天浇水。
三周后,与未处理组比较计算除草作用,与未处理组比较记录生长抑制百分数,采用下述线性等级为基准:
100%=植物死亡
50%=平均作用
0%=相当于未处理的防治效果
实例B2对稻谷的增效除草作用
将受试植物播种或移植到盛有湿润的消毒田间土壤的塑料盆中,三天后,将水平面上升到土平面上2厘米并将活性物质施于水中,用水适当稀释由乳油(实例F2)制得的母剂来调节活性物质的施用率,每天浇水及在最佳条件下,即在25-30℃下进一步培育受试植物。
三周后通过与未防治组的对比来计算除草作用,与未处理组对比记录生物量减少的百分数,下述线性等级用作基准:
100%=植物死亡
50%=平均作用
0%=相当于未防治
比较的结果及其采用Colby公式计算的预期值Ae载于表1,2,3中。采用的活性物质的序号,施用率(每公顷活性物质的克数)及其受试杂草被示于表中。
各表逐一描述如下:
