As shown in fig. 1, an A1 area represents an area of an electronic map in an application program, Y1 is a location where a mobile device is located, and G1 and G2 are locations where a shared vehicle is located. Thus, the first position information of the mobile device and the second position information of the shared vehicle are displayed in the electronic map. Specifically, when only one shared vehicle exists in the electronic map, displaying the shared vehicle; when a plurality of shared vehicles exist in the electronic map, displaying the plurality of shared vehicles; when the shared vehicle does not exist in the electronic map, the shared vehicle is not displayed. That is, the plurality of shared vehicles may be one shared vehicle, may be a plurality of shared vehicles, or may be no shared vehicle.
S103, the receiving server automatically recommends a target vehicle for the user, wherein the target vehicle is one of the sharing vehicles.
When a user enters an electronic map of an application, this means that the user has a need for a car. At this time, the mobile device may send the user information to the server, and the server automatically recommends the shared vehicle as the target vehicle for the user according to the location of the user.
The mobile device receives a target vehicle automatically recommended by the server for the user, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the shared vehicle G1 is the target vehicle automatically recommended by the server for the user. Here, the target vehicle automatically recommended to the user by the server is one of all the shared vehicles displayed in the electronic map, and the recommended rule may be a random recommendation or a recommendation according to a set rule.
And S104, displaying the vehicle information of the target vehicle in the application program.
After the server recommends the target vehicle for the user, vehicle information of the target vehicle is also displayed in the application program of the mobile device. The vehicle information is displayed so as to facilitate the user to check the specific information of the target vehicle which is automatically recommended, and judge whether the vehicle is the vehicle required by the user or not and whether the vehicle needs to be replaced or not. Specifically, the displayed vehicle information includes: vehicle type, billing rules, projected mileage, etc.

The server automatically recommends the target vehicle for the user, and vehicle information of the target vehicle is displayed in the application program. If the user considers that the target vehicle meets the use requirement and does not need to be replaced after viewing the vehicle information, the user can unlock the target vehicle in the application program to unlock the lock of the target vehicle, so that the target vehicle is used, specifically, the user can click an unlocking control in the application program and can also hold the mobile device to perform a movement (such as shaking) with a preset rule.
As shown in fig. 1, the application program further includes an "unlock" control, and after the user confirms that the target vehicle meets the use requirement, the user may click on the "unlock" control to implement an unlock operation, and after receiving the unlock operation of the user, the mobile device sends an unlock request to the server for the target vehicle. After receiving the unlocking request to the target vehicle, the server sends an unlocking instruction to the target vehicle. After the target vehicle receives the unlocking instruction of the server, a controller in the target vehicle controls the unlocking of the lock of the target vehicle.
The embodiment provides a brand new unlocking mode of a shared vehicle, when a user enters an electronic map, the user is prejudged that the user has a vehicle demand at the current time point, the target vehicle is recommended to the user according to the user position, the target vehicle is one of the shared vehicles displayed in the electronic map, then the vehicle information of the target vehicle is displayed in an application program for the user to check, and when the user considers that the target vehicle meets the use demand, the user can directly unlock the target vehicle to unlock the target vehicle so that the user can ride the target vehicle.
The unlocking mode of the embodiment is that the user only needs two operations on the mobile device, the first operation is to enter the electronic map, and the second operation is to unlock the lock, namely, the shared vehicle can be used. The code scanning is not required to be carried out on the shared vehicle, complicated steps are not required (after the electronic map is entered in the prior art, the code scanning control is required to be clicked in the application program, then the camera of the mobile device is aligned with the two-dimensional code, the code scanning result is waited for, the vehicle information of the code scanning result is displayed in the application program, the window unlocking control is flicked, and the vehicle lock is opened), so that the flow of using the shared vehicle by a user is simplified, and the vehicle using experience of the user is improved.
In this embodiment, the server recommends the target vehicle to the user, that is, helps the user select the target vehicle in advance, and the recommended rule may be to recommend according to the set rule. For example, the predicted mileage of the user may be predicted based on the user's history of travel and the current user location (mobile device location), and the target vehicle may be recommended based on the predicted mileage (the actual mileage of the target vehicle is required to be greater than the predicted mileage); for another example, the user's riding preference (preference for a certain class of shared vehicles, preference for vehicle color, or preference for vehicle type) may be predicted based on the user's historical vehicle selections, and the target vehicle may be recommended based on the riding preference.
The server can acquire substantially all information of the shared vehicle, and the user can acquire only appearance information of the shared vehicle in a real environment, for example, the user cannot acquire the riding mileage of the shared vehicle, whether the vehicle is out of order, whether the vehicle is reserved, and whether the vehicle is low or not by observation. If the user selects the shared vehicle, the shared vehicle selected by the user is a faulty vehicle, a reserved vehicle, a low-voltage vehicle or a shared vehicle which cannot meet the riding requirement of the user (for example, cannot meet the riding mileage requirement of the user), which leads to frequent replacement of the shared vehicle, and reduces the user experience. The server can be used for recommending the target vehicle to the user, so that the fault vehicle, the reserved vehicle and the low-voltage vehicle can be prevented from being recommended to the user, the shared vehicle of the proper current user in the normally available vehicles can be recommended to the user, the vehicle utilization time of the user is saved, and the vehicle utilization experience of the user is improved.
As described above, after the mobile device receives the target vehicle automatically recommended by the server for the user, the vehicle information of the target vehicle is displayed in the application program. In other variations, after the mobile device receives the automatic recommendation of the target vehicle for the user by the server, the mobile device further includes: the target vehicle is marked in the electronic map to distinguish between other shared vehicles. By marking the target vehicle, the target vehicle can be distinguished from other shared vehicles, and a user can know specific position information of the target vehicle to be used through the electronic map. By comparing the first position information of the mobile device in the electronic map with the specific position information of the target vehicle, the relative position of the target vehicle and the user can be known in the real scene, so that the user can conveniently find the target vehicle in the real scene.
As shown in fig. 1, the shared vehicle G1 is a target vehicle automatically recommended to the user by the server, the shared vehicle G2 is another shared vehicle in the electronic map, and the marked icon of the target vehicle G1 is different from the icons of the other shared vehicles G2, so that the user can find the target vehicle from among the plurality of shared vehicles.
In other variations, after the mobile device receives the automatic recommendation of the target vehicle for the user by the server, the mobile device further includes: the server sends a prompt instruction to the target vehicle so that the target vehicle sends prompt information, wherein the prompt information comprises lamplight information and/or sound information. By sending out prompt information, the target vehicle and other shared vehicles can be further distinguished, so that a user can easily distinguish the target vehicle to be used in a real scene. This function is particularly suitable for the case where more shared vehicles gather in a real scene, which leads to a user failing to distinguish which shared vehicle is the target vehicle, and also for the case where the target vehicle is farther away in a real scene or is obscured, which leads to a user failing to recognize the target vehicle through general attention. The prompt information can be lamplight information, sound information or mixed information of lamplight information and sound information.
As shown in fig. 1, the prompt message sent by the target vehicle is sound information, the page displays an interface when the user just enters the electronic map of the application program, at this time, in the vehicle information area indicated by A2, the "ringing" control is set to gray and can not be clicked, at this time, the target vehicle G1 is sending out sound information to remind the user of the specific position of the target vehicle in the real scene.
In another modification, the unlocking method of the shared vehicle further includes: responding to the prompt operation of the user on the target vehicle in the application program, sending a prompt request to the server so that the server sends a prompt instruction to the target vehicle, and the target vehicle sends prompt information, wherein the prompt information comprises lamplight information and/or sound information. The same as in the modification described above is: by sending out prompt information, the target vehicle and other shared vehicles can be further distinguished, so that a user can easily distinguish the target vehicle to be used in a real scene. Unlike the modification described above, the following are: the modification example is that after the server automatically recommends the target vehicle for the user, the server automatically sends a prompt instruction to the target vehicle so that the target vehicle sends prompt information; in the modification, the user actively clicks a control in the application program to send a prompt request to the server so that the target vehicle sends prompt information.
As shown in fig. 1, the prompt information sent by the target vehicle is sound information, and a "ringing" control exists in the vehicle information area indicated by A2, when the ringing (sounding information sending) of the target vehicle G1 is finished, the "ringing" control is set to be normal again, at this time, the user can click the "ringing" control, and when the user clicks the "ringing" control, the target vehicle G1 sends out sound information, and the "ringing" control is set to be gray again and can not be clicked.
As described above, after the mobile device receives the automatic recommendation of the target vehicle from the server for the user, the target vehicle will send out a prompt message (specifically, a sound message); when the "ring" control is clicked in the application, the target vehicle will issue a prompt message (specifically, a sound message). In other variations, other conditions are required for whether the target vehicle emits sound information: and if the current time period is within the preset time period, the target vehicle does not send out the sound information. Specifically, if the current period is between 22:00-the next morning 6:00, i.e., the time when the user enters the electronic map is between 22:00-the next morning 6:00, or the time when the user clicks the "ringing" control in the application is between 22:00-the next morning 6:00, the target vehicle will not send out sound information. This is to avoid sound affecting sleep of people in the vicinity of the target vehicle.
In other variations, if the current period is within the preset period, the target vehicle may also reduce the volume of the sound information, where the volume is lower than the volume of the other periods. Specifically, if the current time period is between 22:00 and 6:00 a day, that is, the time when the user enters the electronic map is between 22:00 and 6:00 a day and the time when the user clicks the "bell" control in the application program is between 22:00 and 6:00 a day and the next morning, the target vehicle will send out sound information with lower volume than other time periods. This is also to avoid sound affecting the sleep of people in the vicinity of the target vehicle.
As described above, the target vehicle automatically recommended to the user by the server is one of all the shared vehicles displayed in the electronic map, and the recommended rule may be a random recommendation or a recommendation according to a set rule. In one variation, the random recommendation refers to the target vehicle being within a preset distance value from the mobile device. That is, the server first determines a region range centered on the first location information of the mobile device and having a preset distance value as a radius, and randomly recommends the shared vehicle as the target vehicle within the region range. In another modification, recommended by the set rule means that the target vehicle is the closest shared vehicle to the mobile device. That is, the server first determines a shared vehicle closest to the first location information of the mobile device and recommends the shared vehicle as the target vehicle. The target vehicle is recommended according to the first position information of the mobile device, so that the distance between the user and the target vehicle is relatively short, the user can use the target vehicle conveniently, and the user experience is improved.
As previously described, after the server recommends the target vehicle for the user, the vehicle information of the target vehicle is also presented in the application program of the mobile device. The user may determine whether to use the target vehicle or whether to replace the target vehicle based on the presentation information. When the user uses the target vehicle, an unlocking operation may be performed on the target vehicle in the application program to control unlocking of the lock of the target vehicle. When the user changes the target vehicle, the user can perform a change operation in the application program; after the mobile equipment responds to the replacement operation, a replacement request is sent to a server; after the server receives the replacement request, the server recommends the target vehicle (replace the original target vehicle, select another shared vehicle as the target vehicle). The target vehicle automatically re-recommended to the user by the server is also one of all the shared vehicles displayed in the electronic map. Specifically, the recommendation rule of the server re-recommending the target vehicle may be a random recommendation or a recommendation according to a set rule.
As shown in fig. 1, the application program further includes a "change one" control, and when the user confirms that the target vehicle needs to be changed, the user can click on the "change one" control to send a change request to the server; after the server receives the replacement request, the server will re-recommend the target vehicle. If the current target vehicle is the shared vehicle G1, at which point the user clicks the "alternate" control, then the server will re-recommend the target vehicle. Since there are only two shared vehicles in the electronic map of fig. 1, the replaced target vehicle is the shared vehicle G2, and at this time, the shared vehicle G2 is a new target vehicle, and the shared vehicle G1 is another shared vehicle.
As previously described, the target vehicle that the server automatically recommends for the user is also one of all the shared vehicles shown in the electronic map. The recommendation rule of the re-recommending target vehicle may be a random recommendation or a recommendation according to a set rule. In one modification, the recommendation is made according to a set rule that the target vehicle after replacement is the shared vehicle closest to the target vehicle before replacement. That is, the server first determines a shared vehicle that is closest to the target vehicle before replacement, and recommends the shared vehicle as the target vehicle. In another modification, it is randomly recommended that the distance between the replaced target vehicle and the mobile device is greater than the distance between the target vehicle and the mobile device before the replacement, and the distance between the replaced target vehicle and the mobile device is smaller than the distances between other shared vehicles and the mobile device. That is, the server recommends the target vehicle closest to the mobile device for the first time, the second recommended target vehicle is the second closest shared vehicle to the mobile device, and the third recommended target vehicle is the third closest shared vehicle … … to the mobile device, and the server recommends the target vehicle from the near to the far as the user performs the replacement operation in the application program multiple times. The target vehicle is recommended according to the first position information of the mobile device, so that the distance between the user and the target vehicle is relatively short, the user can use the target vehicle conveniently, and the user experience is improved.
As described above, after the mobile device receives the automatic recommendation of the target vehicle from the server to the user, the mobile device further includes: the server sends a prompt instruction to the target vehicle so that the target vehicle sends prompt information, wherein the prompt information comprises lamplight information and/or sound information. In a modification, after the server automatically recommends the target vehicle for the user, the method further includes: the server sends a prompt instruction to the re-recommended target vehicle so that the target vehicle sends prompt information, wherein the prompt information comprises lamplight information and/or sound information.
