Of course, in other examples, the bonding modules may be positioned in front of or behind the transport platform 20, i.e., in the transport direction, so that the bed net 200 may be transported laterally, i.e., with the location where the bonding hardware 300 is desired facing in the transport direction or opposite the transport direction.
When the bonding modules are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the conveying platform 20, that is, the bonding modules are disposed in two groups, correspondingly, the first grabbing mechanisms 30 and the bonding mechanisms 40 are disposed in two groups, the two groups of first grabbing mechanisms 30 are disposed on both sides of the conveying platform 20, and the two groups of bonding mechanisms 40 are disposed on both sides of the conveying platform 20. Preferably, the two sets of first gripping mechanisms 30 may be driven by the same driving mechanism, for example, a sixth driving mechanism (not shown), so that the first gripping mechanisms 30 can synchronously move toward or away from the conveying platform 20, thereby improving the gripping efficiency of the add-on device 300. Similarly, the bonding module may be provided with a seventh driving mechanism (not shown), and the seventh driving mechanism can simultaneously drive the two groups of bonding mechanisms 40 to move towards or away from the conveying platform 20, and the bonding efficiency can be improved. The sixth driving mechanism and the seventh driving mechanism may adopt a mode of driving a synchronous belt, a double-headed screw rod and the like by a motor or an air cylinder, so that synchronous movement of the two first grabbing mechanisms 30 and synchronous movement of the two bonding mechanisms 40 can be realized. On the premise of ensuring the motion synchronism of the two bonding modules, the accuracy and the symmetry of the bed net bonding can be improved, so that the bonding effect is improved.
The bed net bonding apparatus 100 will be described below taking the first example in which the bonding modules are disposed at the sides of the transfer table 20.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 to 8, the bonding mechanism 40 can move in a direction approaching or separating from the conveying platform 20, and the bonding mechanism 40 further includes a second driving mechanism 46, where the second driving mechanism 46 is used to drive the cloth uncovering mechanism 41 and the pressing member 43 to move up and down so as to adapt to the bed nets 200 with different thicknesses, and enable the pressing member 43 to reach or separate from the upper surface of the bed nets 200. The cloth uncovering mechanism 41 comprises a poking piece 412 and a first driving mechanism 411, wherein the first driving mechanism 411 is used for driving the poking piece 412 to be fixed to the lower side of the top cloth 202 and then moving upwards or rotating so as to uncover or release the top cloth 202. The uncovering mechanism 41 is positioned on one side of the pressing piece 43 away from the bed net 200. Optionally, the bonding mechanism 40 may further be provided with a first bracket 44, where the first bracket 44 is provided with the stirring member 412 and the first driving mechanism 411, and the first bracket 44 may be movably connected to the frame 10, so as to drive the stirring member 412 to be close to the bed net 200 and extend to the lower side of the top cloth 202, or drive the stirring member 412 to be far away from the bed net 200 and separate from the top cloth 202. In this way, the shifting piece 412 needs to undergo two movements when the top cloth 202 is uncovered, the first movement is to move by using the first bracket 44 and approach the bed net 200, so as to drive the shifting piece 412 to extend into the lower side of the top cloth 202, and the second movement is to drive the shifting piece 412 to move upwards or rotate by using the first driving mechanism 411, so that the lower surface of the top cloth 202 is lapped on the shifting piece 412, and the movement of the shifting piece 412 is used to drive the top cloth 202 to be uncovered. The top cloth 202 is uncovered by the toggle member 412, so that the uncovering operation can be simplified on the premise of realizing the uncovering effect, and the structure of the uncovering mechanism 41 can be simplified. In other examples, the cloth uncovering mechanism 41 may be a mechanical gripper capable of gripping the edge of the top cloth 202 and uncovering the top cloth 202, and when the cloth uncovering mechanism 41 is separated from the top cloth 202, the mechanical gripper may be controlled to open to release the top cloth 202.
Illustratively, the first driving mechanism 411 may be a motor, a cylinder, or the like, and a gear and a rack may be further provided to connect the first driving mechanism 411 to the toggle member 412. The movement of the first aspect and the movement of the second aspect may be performed simultaneously, that is, after the toggle member 412 contacts the lower surface of the top cloth 202, the first bracket 44 continues to move toward the bed net 200 while the top cloth 202 is uncovered, that is, the edge of the top cloth 202 is pushed in the opposite direction, so that the uncovering angle of the top cloth 202 can be increased. Alternatively, the first and second motions are performed sequentially, the first carriage 44 is moved into position and then stopped, and then the second motion is performed to uncover the top cloth 202.
Optionally, the first bracket 44 is slidable in a second direction (e.g., the x-direction in fig. 3). For example, a sliding track may be provided on the frame 10, and further a power mechanism such as an air cylinder or a motor may be provided to drive the first bracket 44 to slide along the second direction, so as to achieve that the first bracket 44 approaches or separates from the bed net 200. As an alternative example, the glue assembly 42 is a set of nozzles capable of spraying glue, and the nozzles may be slid along the first support 44, for example in the first direction y, so as to spray glue onto the various parts of the mattress 200 and the stiffener 300. The glue spraying part can be the bed net 200, comprising the upper surface of the bottom cloth 203 and the side surface of the peripheral spring 201, or the side surface and the top surface of the reinforcing member 300, and can spray glue to the bed net 200 and the reinforcing member 300 simultaneously, so that the bonding strength of the two can be improved. Of course, in other examples, only the bed net 200 or the stiffener 300 may be glued.
In some embodiments, the striking member 412 is configured as a brush, a roller, or a striking plate, and the striking member 412 may be extended in a first direction (e.g., a y-axis direction of fig. 3). The brush, roller or plectrum can all stir the edge of top cloth 202, and top cloth 202 can be taken on the brush's brush hair or roller or plectrum to reveal top cloth 202. Illustratively, the pulling tab may be made of a flexible material, such as silicone, rubber, etc., so as to reduce damage to the top cloth 202 when the top cloth 202 is pulled. Because the bed net 200 is transported longitudinally, that is, the extending direction of the edge of the top cloth 202 is parallel to the transporting direction, when the shifting piece 412 is also arranged along the first direction, the shifting piece 412 can be fully contacted with the top cloth 202, the contact area of the shifting piece 412 and the top cloth 202 is increased, and the side edges of the whole top cloth 202 can be completely uncovered. Of course, when the striking member 412 is a brush, multiple groups of brushes may be continuously disposed along the first direction; when the poking piece 412 is a poking piece, the poking pieces are continuously arranged along the first direction; when the toggle member 412 is a roller, the axial direction of the roller is parallel to the first direction. Of course, the stirring member 412 may be configured by combining the brush, the stirring plate or the roller.
In some embodiments, the pressing member 43 is disposed on the first bracket 44 and on a side of the cloth uncovering mechanism 41 facing the bed net 200, and the bonding mechanism 40 further includes a second driving mechanism 46 disposed on the first bracket 44, where the second driving mechanism 46 is used to drive the pressing member 43 to press down so as to press the top cloth 202 onto the top surface of the stiffener 300. The pressing piece 43 is arranged on one side of the cloth uncovering mechanism 41 facing the bed net 200, so that when the cloth uncovering mechanism 41 releases the top cloth 202, the first bracket 44 moves along the direction away from the bed net 200, at the moment, the cloth uncovering mechanism 41 can be separated from the top cloth 202, the pressing piece 43 can be driven to move, the pressing piece 43 corresponds to the top surface of the stiffener 300, at the moment, a certain pressure can be formed between the stiffener 300 and the top cloth 202 and the bottom cloth 203 by pressing the pressing piece 43, and the adhesion between the stiffener 300 and the top cloth 202 and the bottom cloth 203 can be realized. Therefore, the moving path of the first bracket 44 can be simplified, so that the two actions of releasing the top cloth 202 and pressing the top cloth 202 are more consistent, and the bonding efficiency is improved. Illustratively, the press 43 includes rollers, platens, or scrapers that are effective to press the top cloth 202 so that the top cloth 202 better conforms to the top surface of the stiffener 300. Of course, the pressing member 43 may be in the form of a combination of rollers, pressing plates or scrapers.
Optionally, the adhesion mechanism 40 further includes a positioning rod 47, where one end of the positioning rod 47 is fixed to the first bracket 44, and the other end extends to the conveying platform 20 and is located at a downstream position of the conveying platform 20, and a certain distance is left between the positioning rod 47 and the conveying surface of the conveying platform 20. The positioning rod 47 may be used to position the mesh 200 so that the mesh 200 can stay and remain in place for the bonding operation. The positioning rod 47 can further improve the alignment accuracy of adhesion and the adhesion effect.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the bed net bonding apparatus 100 further includes an adsorption assembly 50, where the adsorption assembly 50 is disposed on a side of the conveying platform 20 where the bonding mechanism 40 is disposed, the adsorption assembly 50 can be close to or far away from the conveying platform 20, and the adsorption assembly 50 is used to flatten and adsorb and fix the edge of the bottom cloth 203 when far away from the conveying platform 20. Through setting up the adsorption component 50, the adsorption component 50 is keeping away from the in-process of delivery platform 20, can stretch out and draw back the exhibition of bottom cloth 203, can avoid bottom cloth 203 to take place the problem such as crimp like this, also can guarantee the leveling of bottom cloth 203 after the bonding of add hardware 300. Meanwhile, the adsorption assembly 50 stops moving after moving to the edge of the bottom cloth, and the adsorption assembly 50 adsorbs and fixes the bottom cloth 203 at this time, so that the bottom cloth 203 is prevented from being clamped in the process of adhering the stiffener 300 to the central spring, so as to ensure the adhering effect. It will be appreciated that when the bonding of the mesh 200 is completed, the conveyor 20 will transport the mesh 200 to the next station, at which point the suction assembly 50 stops suction to facilitate movement of the mesh 200. Illustratively, the suction assembly 50 may employ a blower or a vacuum pump to generate negative pressure to suction-fix the bottom cloth 203.
Alternatively, the surface of the suction assembly 50 may be further provided with a roller 51 capable of rolling in the second direction, so that the roller 51 can reduce friction between the bottom cloth 203 and the suction assembly 50 when the suction assembly 50 is away from the conveying platform 20 in the second direction.
Since the stiffener 300 may be a string of springs or a sponge, the first gripper mechanism 30 may be implemented differently for two different materials of the stiffener 300, as will be described below.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, when the stiffener 300 is a string of springs, the string of springs may be grasped by magnetic attraction, since the string of springs is typically made of steel wire or iron wire. Specifically, the first grasping mechanism 30 includes a grasping assembly 32, the grasping assembly 32 includes a first magnetic member 322 for attracting the additional hardware 300 and a blocking member 321 for isolating the first magnetic member 322 to release the additional hardware 300. When the grabbing component 32 is operated, the first magnetic member 322 attracts the stiffener 300, so as to achieve the effect of grabbing the stiffener 300. When the grasping assembly 32 needs to release the stiffener 300, the first magnetic member 322 is separated from the stiffener 300 by the catch action of the catch 321, thereby releasing the stiffener 300. By grabbing or releasing the hardware 300 in this way, the first magnetic member 322 may be provided in a permanent magnet, which has a simple structure and is easy to implement, and is beneficial to improving the practicality of the grabbing assembly 32. Of course, in other examples, the first magnetic member 322 may also adopt an electromagnet, so as to control the magnetic change of the first magnetic member 322 by controlling the on-off of the current, so as to achieve the grabbing or releasing of the add-on device 300.
Preferably, the grabbing assembly 32 further includes a second support 31 and a third driving mechanism 323, the blocking member 321 is connected to the second support 31, a movable cavity 324 is formed at a distance from the second support 31, the first magnetic member 322 is disposed in the movable cavity 324, the third driving mechanism 323 is used for driving the first magnetic member 322 to move in the movable cavity 324, so that the first magnetic member 322 is close to the blocking member 321 to adsorb the stiffener 300, or the first magnetic member 322 is far away from the blocking member 321 to release the stiffener 300, and a surface of the blocking member 321 away from the movable cavity 324 is used for contacting the stiffener 300. Utilize first magnetic part 322 to be close to or keep away from blocking member 321 to can adjust the distance between first magnetic part 322 and the spring cluster, when first magnetic part 322 is close to blocking member 321, and blocking member 321 laminating in the surface of spring cluster, have great magnetic attraction between first magnetic part 322 and the spring cluster this moment, thereby hold the spring cluster, the spring cluster can be moved under the drive effect of second support 31. When the first magnetic member 322 is away from the blocking member 321, the distance between the first magnetic member 322 and the spring string increases, and the magnetic attraction between the two decreases or disappears, thereby releasing the spring string. In this way, gripping or releasing the string of springs can be achieved by controlling the movement of the first magnetic member 322. The spring string is not only simple and efficient to grasp by utilizing the magnetic adsorption mode, but also can overcome the problem that the spring string is soft and easy to deform, for example, the stability when the spring string is adsorbed can be further improved by increasing the area of the blocking piece 321 and the magnetic adsorption area of the first magnetic piece 322, the problem that the spring string is shifted due to deformation in the process of bonding the spring string and the peripheral spring 201 is avoided, and the bonding precision and effect are improved.
Illustratively, the second bracket 31 is slidable in the second direction x. For example, a sliding track may be disposed on the frame 10, and further a power mechanism such as an air cylinder or a motor is disposed to drive the second support 31 to slide along the second direction, so as to achieve that the second support 31 approaches or separates from the conveying platform 20. In the example shown in fig. 11, the second bracket 31 is arranged in a similar manner to the first bracket 44 and is arranged in parallel with the first bracket. The blocking member 321 may be coupled to the second bracket 31 in the form of an L-shaped groove or a U-shaped groove, etc. For example, with the structure of a U-shaped groove, a space in the U-shaped groove is formed as the movable chamber 324, the bottom of the U-shaped groove is provided in a plane and serves as a stopper 321, and the side wall of the U-shaped groove may be coupled with the second bracket 31. Of course, the second bracket 31 may also be provided with a connection plate 327 connected to the side wall of the U-shaped groove. The U-shaped groove can be directly formed by adopting profile steel, so that the arrangement can be simplified. Of course, the plate can also be formed by splicing a plurality of plate bodies, or one plate body is formed by bending. Further, the U-shaped groove may also extend along the first direction, thereby increasing the contact area between the blocking member 321 and the spring string, and improving the stability and reliability of the grabbing process. The first magnetic member 322 may be a permanent magnet, and the permanent magnet is mounted on the substrate by disposing the substrate, and then the substrate is connected with the third driving mechanism 323, so as to drive the first magnetic member 322 to move. An insert groove may be provided on the base plate so that the permanent magnet is inserted into the insert groove. Of course, in other examples, the first magnetic member 322 may also be an electromagnet, and the magnetic state of the first magnetic member 322 may be controlled by using the on-off state of the current, and the first magnetic member 322 may be used to directly contact the spring string.
Since the stiffener 300 is generally elongated in shape and the stiffener 300 is greater in height than in width, the stiffener 300 is generally placed in a flat-laid manner. Especially for the strings, the strings are soft, easily deformed and have a large instability when placed vertically, so that the strings or sponges in stock are usually stacked in a flat form. Therefore, when the stiffener 300 is adhered to the mattress 200, the stiffener 300 in a flat state needs to be rotated to a vertical state, and then adhered to the peripheral springs 201. Specifically, the first grabbing mechanism 30 further includes a rotating device 33, the rotating device 33 is disposed on the second bracket 31, and the rotating device 33 is connected to the grabbing component 32 and is used for driving the grabbing component 32 to rotate, so as to drive the stiffener 300 to rotate from the flat-lying posture to the vertical posture. In this way, the placement angle of the stiffener 300 can be adjusted by the rotation device 33, facilitating adhesion of the stiffener 300 to the peripheral spring 201.
Illustratively, the rotating device 33 may include a motor or a power component such as a cylinder, and further includes a transmission structure such as a gear, wherein an output end of the motor is connected to the gear, and the grabbing component 32 is also provided with a gear, and the two gears are meshed with each other, so that the grabbing component 32 is driven to rotate by rotation of the motor, and after the grabbing component 32 grabs the stiffener 300, the stiffener 300 is rotated by a certain angle, for example, 90 ° or 270 °, so that the stiffener 300 is adjusted to a vertical posture in a flat posture. Further, a transmission shaft 34 may be further disposed along the first direction, the transmission shaft 34 connects the plurality of grabbing components 32 together, and the motor drives the transmission shaft 34 to rotate, so that the plurality of grabbing components 32 rotate simultaneously, and thus the rotation synchronism can be improved.
In some examples, the first gripping mechanism 30 can, in addition to being able to grip the stiffener 300 from the stock position and rotate the stiffener 300 to a suitable angle, so that the gripping stiffener 300 moves and is placed to the side of the peripheral spring 201, can also apply pressure to the stiffener 300 in the direction of the peripheral spring 201, so that the stiffener 300 can adhere to the peripheral spring 201.
When the stiffener 300 is a sponge, referring to fig. 14 to 15, since the sponge cannot be attracted by the magnet, the sponge can be grasped by the way of the pins 325. Specifically, the grabbing component 32 includes at least two pins 325 and a fourth driving mechanism 326, where the two pins 325 are disposed at an angle to each other, the fourth driving mechanism 326 is disposed on the second support 31, and the fourth driving mechanism 326 is used to drive the pins 325 to extend and insert into the stiffener 300 to grab the stiffener 300, or is used to drive the pins 325 to retract to pull out from the stiffener 300 to release the stiffener 300. After the insertion of the sponge by the pin 325, a static friction force is generated between the pin 325 and the sponge, thereby the sponge can be grasped. When the pin 325 is retracted, the pin 325 is withdrawn from the sponge, and the pin 325 is separated from the sponge to release the sponge. The sponge is grasped by the way of the contact pin 325, so that grasping or releasing can be realized for the hardware 300 such as the sponge which cannot be adsorbed by the magnet. Illustratively, the pins 325 may be provided in a plurality, and the plurality of pins 325 are divided into two groups, and the two groups of pins 325 are inclined and cross-disposed with each other, so that the static friction between the pins 325 and the sponge can be increased, and the stability of the sponge when the sponge is grasped can be improved.
Referring to fig. 16 to 17, after the fastening member 300 is grasped, the fastening member 300 needs to be adjusted in the first direction to be aligned with the bed net 200, and then the fastening member and the bed net 200 can be bonded together, so that the alignment of the two ends of the fastening member 300 with the two ends of the bed net 200 can be ensured, otherwise, problems such as bonding dislocation will occur. Accordingly, the alignment mechanism 60 may be configured to bond the stiffener 300 after alignment. Specifically, the bed net bonding apparatus 100 further includes an alignment mechanism 60, where the alignment mechanism 60 is disposed on the side of the conveying platform 20 where the first grabbing mechanism 30 is disposed, and can be used to prevent and adjust the position of the stiffener 300 so as to align the stiffener 300 with the bed net 200. The alignment mechanism 60 includes a tray 64, a first push plate 61, a second push plate 62 and a fixing plate 63 disposed on the surface of the tray 64, where the tray 64 is disposed on the frame 10, the first push plate 61 and the fixing plate 63 are disposed on two sides of the tray 64, the first push plate 61 is used to push the stiffener 300 toward the fixing plate 63 along the second direction, and the second push plate 62 is used to move along the first direction to push or pull the stiffener 300 to align. By using the alignment mechanism 60, the positions of the stiffener 300 in the first direction and the second direction can be adjusted on the tray 64, so that after the stiffener 300 is gripped by the first gripping mechanism 30, the stiffener 300 can be directly bonded to the peripheral spring 201 without alignment again. In this way, the accuracy of the alignment of the stiffener 300 and the outer peripheral springs 201 can be improved, and the adhesive effect of the mattress 200 can be provided.
Alternatively, the second pushing plate 62 may be configured as an L-shape, i.e., two perpendicular baffles, i.e., a first baffle 621 and a second baffle 622, wherein the first baffle 621 is disposed along the second direction, the second baffle 622 is disposed along the first direction, i.e., the second baffle 622 is parallel to the first pushing plate 61, and the second baffle 622 is located on the side of the third pushing plate facing the first pushing plate 61. Preferably, the first barrier 621 is integrally formed with the second barrier 622. Thus, the first baffle 621 and the second baffle 622 can form a right-angle structure, that is, enclose to form a positioning space 623, and the stiffener 300 can be clamped in the positioning space 623 of the right-angle structure, so as to improve the stability of the stiffener 300 in the alignment process and prevent the stiffener 300 from sliding out of the tray 64. The number of the second pushing plates 62 may be two, the first baffle plates 621 of the two second pushing plates 62 are disposed opposite to each other, and both ends in the first direction can push the stiffener 300 to achieve alignment. Further, the second push plate 62 may also be provided with an embedding groove for embedding the second magnetic element 624, for example, a permanent magnet, and preferably, the first baffle 621 and the second baffle 622 may be provided with the embedding groove on a side facing away from the positioning space 623, so that for the spring string adding hardware 300, the spring string can be adsorbed and fixed, and the stability of the spring string in the alignment process is further improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 18 to 19, the bed net bonding apparatus 100 further includes a feeding mechanism 70, where the feeding mechanism is disposed on the outer side of the frame 10, the feeding mechanism includes a material frame 71, a third support 73, and a second grabbing mechanism 72, where the second grabbing mechanism 72 is disposed on the third support 73 and above the material frame 71, and the second grabbing mechanism 72 is capable of moving in a vertical direction relative to the third support 73 and is used for grabbing the stiffener 300 in the material frame 71, and the second grabbing mechanism 72 is also capable of moving in a horizontal direction to the material tray 64 and placing the stiffener 300 on the material tray 64.
It will be appreciated that the alignment mechanism 60 may be disposed between the loading mechanism 70 and the first gripping mechanism 30, i.e., the process by which the stiffener 300 is gripped is as follows: the stiffener 300 is placed in the material frame 71, and the stiffener 300 is stacked in the material frame 71 in a flat posture. The stiffener 300 is grasped from the frame 71 by the second grasping mechanism 72, and when the second grasping mechanism 72 moves to the tray 64, the stiffener 300 is released, and the stiffener 300 is placed in the tray 64. The positioning mechanism 60 is used to adjust the position of the stiffener 300 so that the stiffener 300 is aligned with the mesh 200. Next, the first gripping mechanism 30 grips the stiffener 300 again from the tray 64, and rotates the stiffener 300 from the flat posture to the vertical posture using the rotating device 33, and further, the first gripping mechanism 30 approaches the conveyance platform 20, thereby adhering the stiffener 300 in the vertical posture to the side of the peripheral spring 201. After the bonding of one stiffener 300 is completed, the first gripper mechanism 30 is again moved to the alignment mechanism 60 to grip the next stiffener 300. That is, the first grasping mechanism 30 reciprocates between the conveying platform 20 and the alignment mechanism 60, thereby realizing an automated, continuous operation of the bed net bonding operation, and improving the bonding efficiency.
The second grabbing mechanism 72 includes a grabbing device, a first lifting assembly 721 and a second lifting assembly 722, the first lifting assembly 721 is connected to the third bracket 73, the second lifting assembly 722 is connected to the first lifting assembly 721, the grabbing device is connected to the second lifting assembly 722, and the first lifting assembly 721 and the second lifting assembly 722 are used for driving the grabbing device to move along the vertical direction. In this way, by providing the second grasping mechanism 72 in a two-stage telescopic manner, the stroke of the second grasping mechanism 72 can be greatly increased. In order to be able to store more add-on pieces 300, the design height of the frame 71 is usually large and needs to be matched to the overall height of the bed wire bonding apparatus 100 or to the height of the transport platform 20, so that the second gripping mechanism 72 needs to extend into the bottom of the frame 71 when gripping the add-on pieces 300 located at the bottom of the frame 71. Therefore, providing the second grabbing mechanism 72 with a larger stroke can improve the practicality and the use efficiency of the feeding mechanism 70. Illustratively, the first lifting assembly 721 may be a cylinder, the second lifting assembly 722 may be a motor, the second lifting assembly 722 and the gripping device are driven to move downward by the cylinder, and the gripping device is driven to move further downward by the motor, so that the gripping device can grip the stiffener 300. The motor can rotate through the driving gear and drive the grabbing device connected with the rack to move.
Alternatively, the gripping device of the second gripping mechanism 72 may be identical to the gripping device of the first gripping mechanism 30, for example, gripping the stiffener 300 by magnetic attraction, or gripping by the pin 325.
To accommodate different widths of the bed net 200, the width of the transport deck 20 may be widened to facilitate transport of the wider bed net 200.
