In one embodiment, the inventory-making scheme includes a near-to-far inventory-making scheme according to the physical distribution distance and an inventory-making scheme with priority according to the inventory consumption.
Specifically, for a warehouse judgment scheme from near to far according to the logistics distance, a warehouse which detects the customer submitting the customer requirement is a bill falling warehouse, and other warehouses outside the bill falling warehouse are ordered according to the logistics distance from near to far to obtain a warehouse judgment sequence according to the logistics distance from near to far; the warehouse judgment scheme from near to far according to the logistics distance is selected, so that the logistics transportation cost can be reduced.
Specifically, for a stock judging scheme with priority according to stock consumption, a warehouse which detects that a client submits a client demand is a bill falling warehouse, and other warehouses except the bill falling warehouse are ordered according to the priority according to the stock consumption, so that a stock judging sequence with priority according to the stock consumption is obtained; the warehouse judgment scheme from near to far according to the logistics distance is selected, so that the warehouses for storing non-purchase order related materials can be reduced.
Preferably, in this embodiment, when the inventory judgment scheme is acquired based on the first warehouse, the inventory judgment scheme prioritized according to inventory consumption is set as a default scheme; likewise, the specific library judgment scheme can be set on demand based on the user.
In an embodiment, when the first missing demand data is obtained according to the first warehouse data and the customer demand, since the first available inventory data and the first net demand data in the first warehouse data are both data obtained by subtracting the customer demand corresponding to the customer demand, the absolute difference between the first available inventory data and the first net demand data is calculated and is used as the first missing demand data.
In an embodiment, based on the library judging sequence, sequentially judging whether the external warehouse data meets the first missing demand data, when obtaining a library judging result, specifically, based on the library judging sequence, selecting a first external warehouse, obtaining first external warehouse data corresponding to the first external warehouse, and when determining that the first external warehouse data is not smaller than the first missing demand data, obtaining a library judging result, wherein the library judging result comprises the first external warehouse; when the first external warehouse data is smaller than the first missing demand data, calculating a first difference value between the first external warehouse data and the first missing demand data, and taking the first difference value as second missing demand data to finish a warehouse judging process of the first external warehouse; selecting a second external bin based on the library judging sequence, acquiring second external bin warehouse data corresponding to the second external bin, and obtaining a library judging result when the second external bin warehouse data is not smaller than the second missing demand data, wherein the library judging result comprises a first external bin and a second external bin; when the second external warehouse data is smaller than the second missing demand data, calculating a second difference value between the second external warehouse data and the second missing demand data, and taking the second difference value as third missing demand data to finish a warehouse judging process of the second external warehouse; and based on the library judging sequence, sequentially judging the libraries of all the outer bins until the library judging result is obtained or the library judging process of all the outer bins in the library judging sequence is completed.
In an embodiment, if a library judgment result is obtained when all the external bins are judged based on the library judgment sequence, it is determined that the external bin warehouse data meets the first missing requirement data.
In an embodiment, if the library judging process of all the external bins in the library judging sequence is completed and the library judging result is not obtained, determining that the external bin warehouse data does not meet the first missing demand data, and taking the final missing demand data obtained in the library judging process of the last external bin in the library judging sequence and the external bin warehouse data corresponding to each external bin as the library judging result.
In an embodiment, when the first warehouse and the inventory of all the external warehouse cannot meet the customer requirement of the first customer, the corresponding customer requirement commodity needs to be purchased from the suppliers of the customer requirement commodity based on the current missing requirement data, and the suppliers of the customer requirement commodity are determined to be target suppliers.
In one embodiment, since it may be affected by physical distance for a supplier to be able to supply goods only to one or more warehouses, it is also necessary to determine whether the first warehouse can directly purchase with the target supplier.
Specifically, when the first warehouse cannot directly purchase to the target provider, the attribute of the first warehouse is adjusted to be an allocation attribute, and an allocation application instruction is generated.
In one embodiment, when the first warehouse can directly purchase with the target provider, the attribute of the first warehouse is adjusted to be a purchase attribute, and a purchase application instruction is generated; sending the purchase request instruction to the target provider so that the target provider directly sends a first goods to the first warehouse, and sending the first goods to the first client based on the first warehouse; wherein the first item is a customer demand item.
In an embodiment, when it is determined that the external warehouse data meets the customer requirement, a target external warehouse is determined based on a warehouse judgment result, and the transfer application instruction is sent to the target external warehouse, so that the target external warehouse allocates a second article into the first warehouse, and the second article is sent to the first customer based on the first warehouse.
Specifically, when the target outer bin is determined, all the outer bins included in the library judgment result are directly set as the target outer bin.
Step 103: based on a nearby principle, a target warehouse corresponding to the target provider is obtained, and the allocation application instruction is sent to the target warehouse, so that the target warehouse purchases a first goods from the target provider after receiving the allocation application instruction.
In an embodiment, when it is determined that the data of the external warehouse does not meet the customer requirement, and the first warehouse cannot directly purchase the target supplier, because the first warehouse needs to allocate the customer requirement goods through other warehouses as the transfer station, based on the principle of proximity, the target warehouse corresponding to the target supplier is acquired, and the target warehouse is used as the transfer station to allocate the customer requirement goods to the first warehouse.
In one embodiment, when the target warehouse corresponding to the target provider is acquired based on the proximity principle, all second warehouses capable of being purchased directly from the target provider are acquired first; acquiring all first transportation routes from each second warehouse to the target provider, and selecting the shortest transportation route from all first transportation routes by taking the shortest transportation distance as a target to obtain a first optimal transportation route from each second warehouse to the target provider; acquiring a first length corresponding to each first optimal transportation route, taking the first length as a diameter, taking each second warehouse as a circle center, and setting a distance circle corresponding to each second warehouse; and respectively calculating the first distance from the first warehouse to each distance circle, and selecting a second warehouse corresponding to the minimum value of the first distance as a target warehouse corresponding to the target provider.
Specifically, all first transportation routes from each second warehouse to the target provider are obtained, when the shortest transportation route from all first transportation routes is selected with the shortest transportation distance as a target, an objective function is set with the shortest transportation distance, constraint conditions are set for the objective function, mathematical modeling is conducted on the objective function and the constraint conditions, and a Dijkstra algorithm is used for solving the model to obtain the shortest transportation route from each second warehouse to all first transportation routes of the target provider.
Wherein the objective function is as follows:
minimize y;
wherein y represents the shortest transportation route.
The constraints are as follows:
(1): each second warehouse can only select one first transportation route:
sum(x ij )=1,j=1to J;
