Abstract
本发明描述了一种制造用于机动车辆的安全系统的织带(11)的方法,其中,在一个方法步骤中,编织织带本体(12),其中将至少一个电导体(16)编织到织带本体(12)中,并且其中,在另一个方法步骤中,使织带本体(12)通过压光机(24),其中织带本体(12)在压光机(24)中被压缩至多5%。此外,本发明涉及一种织带(11)。
Description
本发明涉及一种制造用于机动车辆的安全系统的织带的方法以及一种织带。
包括织带的安全系统用于在车辆剧烈减速时约束车辆乘员,使得乘员自身尽可能平稳地减速,并防止乘员接触诸如方向盘或仪表板等车辆内的物体。
除了安全方面,织带还可以实现诸如加热功能等舒适功能。作为替代方案或附加地,可以将传感器功能集成在织带中。为此,通常将电导体集成到织带中。
在制造织带期间,最终将处于加热状态的织带本体引导通过压光机,其中织带本体一般地被压缩10%至20%。该过程的目的是使织带本体的表面平滑,另外,相应地减小和调整织带本体的厚度。
在这种情况下的问题在于,当织带本体在压光机中被压缩时,集成在织带本体中的电导体承受很大的载荷,由此在经过很短的使用寿命之后舒适功能可能就已经失效。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种制造织带的方法以及一种具有使用寿命长的集成舒适功能的织带。
根据本发明,该目的通过一种制造用于机动车辆的安全系统的织带的方法实现,该方法包括以下步骤:
-编织织带本体,其中,将至少一个电导体编织到织带本体中,
-在热固化之后使织带本体穿过压光机,其中,织带本体在压光机中被压缩至多5%。
因此,压缩涉及到织带本体进入压光机之前的织带本体的厚度。
根据本发明的方法提供的优点是,当织带本体穿过压光机时,在没有在织带本体内的电导体上施加高压力的情况下使织带平滑。
通过将织带本体压缩至多5%,特别地防止了当织带本体穿过压光机时电导体被挤压和/或变形。此外,在瓷漆绝缘导体的情况中,防止了瓷漆由于高压力而熔化或粘在一起。
以这种方式制造的织带具有特别长的导电部件使用寿命,同时不会不利地改变织带的非电特性。特别地,以这种方式制造的织带的织带本体具有比更大强度压缩的织带本体更高的断裂强度。
另外,提高了嵌入在织带本体中的导体的耐刮擦性。
根据本发明制造的织带本体的电导体能够极好地承受弯曲应力。
这些应力特别出现在织带通常穿过的锁舌的区域中。
根据本发明制造的织带本体可以承受例如超过50,000次的刮擦循环。
根据实施例,织带本体在压光机中没有被压缩,即,压缩是0%。因此,该方法对于集成在织带本体中的电导体特别温和。
在织带本体进入压光机之前加热织带本体。这可以使得更好地使织带本体平滑。
例如,将织带本体加热到在185℃至240℃范围内的温度,特别地加热到在190℃至210℃范围内的温度。增加所述温度对于调整诸如伸长率等织带的技术参数是必要的。
该至少一个电导体可以包括多个单根导线。这使得电导体的柔性特别高。在这样的电导体中,根据本发明的方法防止了单根导线被过度地彼此压靠而可能导致导线损坏。
电导体例如是热导体或传感器,特别是温度传感器。因此,可以将诸如加热功能等舒适功能集成在织带中。
优选地,电导体作为经线或纬线编织到织带本体中。这样,当制造织带本体时,电导体可以特别容易地集成在织带本体中。
此外,该目的通过一种织带来实现,该织带包括织带本体和编织到织带本体中的至少一个电导体,该织带通过如上所述的方法制造。

图1示意性地展示了一种用于制造用于机动车辆的安全系统的织带11的装置10。
首先,在本身已知的织机(在此没有详细示出)中编织织带本体12,然后将织带本体传送到给送装置14上。
经线数量和纬线密度可以影响织带本体12的厚度。经线数量和纬线密度越高,织带本体12变得越厚,从而织带本体12的断裂强度越高。
纬线和经线优选地由PET制成。
编织后织带本体12的厚度例如在1mm至2mm的范围内。
多个电导体16被编织到织带本体12中,如图2所示,其展示了织带本体12的一部分。
在实施例中,电导体16作为经线编织到织带本体12中。
替代性地,电导体16可以作为纬线编织到织带本体中。
例如,电导体16是加热导体或传感器。
图3示出了示例性电导体16的截面。所示出的电导体16具有多个单根导线17。然而,也可以想到其他类型的电导体16。
编织后,在染色装置18中对织带本体12进行染色。在此不详细讨论染色装置18,因为该方法步骤从现有技术中是充分已知的。
之后,织带本体12进入固定装置20,在该固定装置中加热织带本体12。
具体地,将织带本体12加热到185℃至240℃,优选地加热到190℃至210℃。
根据固定单元中的进入速度与离开速度之差,织带本体12可能被拉伸或翻倒。因此,根据所使用的纱线的技术参数来调整织带的伸长率。
随后,织带本体12穿过压光机24。
压光机24包括两个金属辊26、28,织带本体12在这两个金属辊之间穿过。
然而,基于织带本体12在进入压光机24之前的厚度,根据本发明,织带本体在压光机24中被压缩至多5%。
还可以想到,织带本体12在压光机24中完全没有被压缩。
这样,在不对织带本体12中的电导体16进行压缩并且/或者使其变形的情况下实现了使织带本体12平滑。
织带本体12通常被制造为连续本体。
在对织带11进行精加工时,只需要将织带本体12切割成一定长度。
Claims (8)
1.一种制造用于机动车辆的安全系统的织带(11)的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-编织织带本体(12),其中,将至少一个电导体(16)编织到所述织带本体(12)中,
-使所述织带本体(12)穿过压光机(24),其中,所述织带本体(12)在所述压光机(24)中被压缩至多5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述织带本体(12)在所述压光机(24)中没有被压缩。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述织带本体(12)进入所述压光机(24)之前加热所述织带本体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述织带本体(12)加热到在185℃至240℃范围内的温度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个电导体(16)具有多个单根导线(17)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电导体(16)是加热导体或传感器。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电导体(16)作为经线或纬线编织到所述织带本体(12)中。
8.一种织带(11),所述织带包括织带本体(12)和编织到所述织带本体(12)中的至少一个电导体(16),所述织带通过根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法制造。
