Background

It should also be appreciated that in the embodiments, the functions/acts may occur in a different order than the figures. For example, two figures shown in succession may in fact be executed substantially concurrently or the figures may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality/acts involved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a projection LCD screen protection system of the present embodiment includes a screen temperature acquisition module, a screen display brightness acquisition module, an ambient temperature acquisition module, a cooling module, a screen image acquisition module, a backlight module, and a control module.
The screen temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring the screen temperature of the LCD screen;
the screen display brightness acquisition module is used for acquiring screen display brightness of the LCD screen;
The environment temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring the environment temperature of the work of the LCD screen; the environmental temperature acquisition module is arranged on the NTC sensor;
The cooling module is used for cooling the LCD screen; the cooling module is a cooling fan;
The screen picture acquisition module is used for acquiring display picture pictures of the LCD screen; the screen image acquisition module comprises a screen recording unit and a camera shooting unit, wherein the screen recording unit captures the display image of the LCD screen through screencap, and the camera shooting unit shoots through a camera to obtain the display image of the LCD screen;
the control module is used for controlling the running states of the screen temperature acquisition module, the screen display brightness acquisition module, the environment temperature acquisition module, the cooling fan, the screen picture acquisition module and the backlight module.
The control module is also used for analyzing whether the display picture is completely black according to the display picture acquired by the screen picture acquisition module; specifically, the control module analyzes the gray scale of the picture of each region according to the display picture acquired by the screen picture acquisition module to calculate the brightness of the picture, thereby judging whether the display picture is completely black.
The control module is also used for controlling the power of the cooling module to be in a corresponding size according to the ambient temperature collected by the ambient temperature collection module; specifically, the cooling module is in different power gears at different ambient temperatures.
The control module is also used for controlling the power change of the cooling module and the backlight brightness change of the backlight module according to whether the display picture is completely black or not and the screen temperature acquired by the screen temperature acquisition module.

when the display picture is completely black, the control module controls the backlight module to be turned off; when the display picture is not completely black, the control module controls the backlight module to reduce the backlight brightness.
The projection LCD screen protection system monitors the screen temperature and the screen display brightness in real time after starting to operate, when the screen temperature is too high or when the screen display brightness is lower than a brightness threshold value, the dynamic adjustment mode is entered, namely, when the screen temperature is too high, the rotation speed of the cooling fan is increased (the rotation speed is increased to 100 percent at the highest), the backlight brightness is synchronously reduced (the minimum reduction is 60 percent), when the screen display brightness is lower than the brightness threshold value, the control module is used for judging whether the displayed picture is a full black picture, if the displayed picture is the full black picture, the backlight is turned off, the rotation speed of the cooling fan is reduced after 20 seconds, if the displayed picture is not the full black picture, the backlight brightness is reduced, and the rotation speed of the cooling fan is adjusted according to the environment temperature.

the cooling module is used for cooling the LCD screen;
