Abstract
The invention discloses a composite printing process for patterns of different forms of tipping paper for cigarettes, which is characterized in that a first bottom printing plate, a second gravure printing plate and a third hollow gravure printing plate are provided for printing in sequence, so that various form element changes in the length direction of the tipping paper are provided, and meanwhile, different patterns or the same patterns can be arranged on the left side and the right side, so that finished cigarette products with different design patterns are produced under the condition that the tipping paper of cigarettes is not replaced, and the appearance color diversity of cigarettes is increased. The method displays different design patterns and effects of cigarettes through multilayer printing and superposition, and enriches the external packing forms of the cigarettes.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tipping paper for cigarettes, and particularly relates to a composite printing process for patterns in different forms of tipping paper for cigarettes.
Background
The cigarettes need to be wrapped with tipping paper when tipping the filter. In the prior art, the surface of tipping paper used for cigarettes in the same batch can only show single content from printing and slitting of the tipping paper to completion of wrapping. Along with the continuous improvement of the characteristic and individuation requirements of cigarette products, how to utilize the inherent properties of cigarette tipping equipment, on the basis of not changing the existing tipping paper printing, slitting, filter tipping and cigarette packaging processes, the cigarettes with different image-text contents are naturally and uniformly mixed in the cigarettes in the same batch, the external expression forms of the cigarettes with the same variety are enriched, and no good solution is found in the prior art.

In view of the above, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a composite printing process for patterns of different forms of tipping paper for cigarettes, which is used for avoiding the trouble that the conventional tipping paper for cigarettes has single printing pattern, simple printing plate design and insufficient appearance colors.

continuously and sequentially feeding the first hollow gravure printing plate to print the third color layer ink at the current machine speed, and printing the second hollow gravure printing plate to print the fourth color layer ink;
step e, continuously drying at the machine speed of 150-250m/min at 45-100deg.C;
f, carrying out one-color gold stamping on the dried tipping paper for cigarettes on a hot gold stamping machine;
step g, slitting and warehousing.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the second gravure plate may be provided in plurality, and the patterns to be printed are divided into m layers according to different depths, and the patterns of the first layer to the m layers are ordered from shallow to deep.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of third hollowed-out gravure plates are hung on the screen longitudinally and transversely on each ink cell, so that different color changes exist in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction.

step g, slitting and warehousing.
In one embodiment of the invention, the tipping base paper for cigarettes is one of common type, silvery white transfer type, transparent type, high light type, laser type and direct plating type tipping paper, and can be used as the material for tipping paper, and can achieve better effect when being used on the printing substrate of high-smoothness materials such as transfer type high-light paper, transparent paper and the like. And conveying through a conveying device to finish the subsequent printing work.
The invention provides a first bottom printing plate, a second gravure printing plate and a plurality of third hollowed-out gravure printing plates. The first bottom printing plate is a smooth surface and is used for printing first color layer ink on the bottom surface. b, feeding the tipping base paper for cigarettes into a printer at a machine speed of 150-250m/min, and printing a first color layer ink by using a first bottom printing plate;
c, continuously feeding the second gravure printing plate with the current machine speed to print the second color layer ink;
continuously and sequentially feeding the first hollow gravure printing plate to print the third color layer ink at the current machine speed, and printing the second hollow gravure printing plate to print the fourth color layer ink;
step e, continuously drying at the machine speed of 150-250m/min at 45-100deg.C;
f, carrying out one-color gold stamping on the dried tipping paper for cigarettes on a hot gold stamping machine;
step g, slitting and warehousing.
2. The process according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of second gravure plates are provided, and the patterns to be printed are divided into m layers according to different depths, and the patterns of the first layer to the m layers are ordered from shallow to deep.
3. The process according to claim 1, wherein the first to nth color layer inks are selected from one of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, black or a mixture thereof in any ratio.

5. The process of claim 1, wherein the ink basis weight of the first to n-th color layer inks is 0.1-2.0g/m2.
6. The process according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of third hollow gravure plates are hung on each of the ink cells in a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction so that the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction have different color changes.
