Abstract

背景技术
目前,将诸如不锈钢波纹管(CSST)之类的气体柔性管用于地下场合,或容纳于混凝土板中。各种管道工程和机械法规都要求对不锈钢波纹管的安装进行保护。通常,在地下装备中设置保护管,并通过将柔性管拉过保护管而将其设置在保护管中。将柔性管拉过保护管要花很大的劳力,并增加柔性管的安装成本。
发明内容
现有技术中存在的上述和其它的缺点及弊病可由本发明的地下管道系统来克服或缓解。本发明的一示例性实施例是一种用于安装地下气体管道系统的套件。该套件包括一其中容纳有柔性管的不透气保护管和多个密封件。安装者可将保护管和柔性管作为一单个的单元来设置,从而简化安装。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明一示例性实施例的地下管道系统和接头的局部剖开的侧视图。该地下管道系统包括柔性管12(诸如不锈钢波纹管)、保护管14和一密封件16。软管12可具有一护套(未图示)。可将一传统的接头10连接于柔性管12。保护管14由半刚性材料制成,以保护柔性管12,同时允许将保护管14卷绕起来,以便操作和运输。在一示例性实施例中,保护管14由聚乙烯制成。密封件16封住保护管14的内径与柔性管12的外表面之间的间隙。在一示例性实施例中,密封件16是一热缩聚烯烃。可使用诸如加热枪之类的热源来使密封件16收缩到保护管14和柔性管12上,或者收缩到柔性管12的护套(如果有的话)上。
下面参照图2-4来描述地下管道系统的安装。本发明的地下管道系统用一套件来提供,该套件包括一段预定长度(例如100英尺或更长)的柔性管12以及两个密封件16,该柔性管设置在一段相同长度的保护管14内。图2表示柔性管12设置在保护管14内。在一示例性实施例中,保护管具有圆筒形的横截面。如上面所提到的,柔性管12设置在保护管14内,从而免去将柔性管12拉过保护管14的必要。安装过程的第一步是去除一部分保护管14。这用一标准的管件割刀来完成,使得柔性管12延伸到保护管14以外,如图3中所示。在这里,可将柔性管12切成所需的长度。
下一步是将密封件16设置在保护管14的端部上,使密封件16覆盖住保护管14和柔性管12,如图4中所示。在一示例性实施例中,密封件16具有圆筒形的横截面,其内径略微大于保护管14的外径。在一示例性实施例中,使用一段三英寸长度的密封件16。然后,用合适的热源(例如加热枪)对密封件16进行加热,使密封件收缩并封靠在柔性管12(或管护套)和保护管14上,如图1中所示。柔性管12和保护管14的另一端可以用类似的方式来制备。而后,可将一个接头(诸如图1中所示的接头10)象现有技术中所公知的那样连接于柔性管12。如果需要的话,可去除密封件16,并将柔性管12从保护管14中拉出,从而可以在安装之后将柔性管12从保护管14中取出。
图5表示本发明的另一实施例,它采用波纹保护管15。图5中还示出了柔性管12的护套13,如上面所描述的。波纹保护管15可以由聚乙烯制成。护套13也可以由聚乙烯制成。波纹保护管15比以上参照图1-4所描述的圆筒形保护管14具有更大的柔性。
图6表示本发明的又一实施例。如图6中所示,地下管道系统包括一通风件,它总的由标号20表示。某些规章可能要求保护管14有通风。通风件20可满足这种规章的要求。如图6中所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,通风件20用一T形接头22来实施。T形接头22的第一端24用诸如粘结之类的公知技术连接于保护管14。通风T形接头22中的一个通风口28允许气体逸出保护管14。通风接头22的第二端26可以用一与护套13’相接触的密封件16’直接密封于柔性管12’。或者,该系统可包括一延长保护管30,该延长保护管用公知的技术连接于通风T形接头22的第二端26。而后,可将延长保护管30用一密封件16密封于柔性管12的护套13上。
本发明提供了一种便于安装的地下管道系统。本发明可以用一套件来实施,该套件包括一其中设置有柔性管的保护管、密封件以及通风T形接头(如果需要的话)。虽然以上是针对地下安装来描述本发明的,但应理解,本发明也适用于在混凝土板中的安装以及需要对柔性管进行保护的类似安装场合。

Claims (15)
1.一种用于安装地下气体管道系统的套件,其特征在于,包括:
一段长度的柔性管,它设置在一不透气的保护管内;以及
多个用于将保护管密封于柔性管的密封件。
2.如权利要求1所述的套件,其特征在于:
所述柔性管是不锈钢波纹管。
3.如权利要求1所述的套件,其特征在于:
所述保护管是波纹管。
4.如权利要求1所述的套件,其特征在于:
所述密封件是可加热收缩的构件。
5.如权利要求1所述的套件,其特征在于:
所述保护管由聚乙烯制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的套件,其特征在于,它还包括:
一用于使保护管通风的通风件。
7.如权利要求1所述的套件,其特征在于:
所述通风件是T形接头。
8.一种安装地下气体管道系统的方法,其特征在于,包括:
获得一柔性管,该柔性管设置在一不透气的保护管内;
切割保护管而露出柔性管;并且
用一密封件将不透气的保护管密封于柔性管。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:
密封件连接于柔性管。
10.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:
密封件连接于柔性管的护套。
11.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包括:
将一通风件安装于保护管。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于:
所述通风件是T形接头。
