Abstract
一种硅玻复合隔板,该复合隔板是由玻璃纤维层—硅粉层—玻璃纤维层依次复合而成。其中2层玻璃纤维层是用玻璃纤维毡纸制成,硅粉层是在硅粉中加入硅胶经搅拌均匀后涂在玻璃纤维毡纸上而形成的。该复合隔板与现有的PVC塑料隔板和玻璃纤维隔板相比,具有孔率高,其表面积大,透气性好,机械强度高、耐铅晶(绒)穿刺性好的特点。该复合隔板特别适合作为各类铅酸蓄电池的隔板。
Description
本发明属于蓄电池技术领域,特别是一种蓄电池用硅玻复合隔板及该硅玻复合隔板的制作方法。
现有的铅酸蓄电池隔板一般是采用PVC塑料隔板和玻璃纤维隔板。在使用中,PVC塑料隔板存在着孔率较低、机械性能脆的不足之处,与PVC塑料隔板相比,玻璃纤维隔板虽具有孔率较高、电阻低等优点,但在使用中,玻璃纤维隔板存在着机械强度低、耐铅晶(绒)穿刺性差的不足之处。
本发明的任务是针对现有的PVC塑料隔板和玻璃纤维隔板所存在的上述不足之处,提供一种孔率高、电阻低、机械强度高、耐铅晶(绒)穿刺性好的蓄电池用硅玻复合隔板。
本发明的任务是通过如下的技术方案完成的:
硅玻复合隔板是由玻璃纤维层—硅粉层—玻璃纤维层依次复合而成。其中2层玻璃纤维层是用玻璃纤维毡纸制成,硅粉层夹在2层玻璃纤维层的中间,玻璃纤维层—硅粉层—玻璃纤维层通过粘接剂将其相互粘接复合在一起。
本发明与现有的PVC塑料隔板和玻璃纤维隔板相比,具有孔率高,其表面积大,透气性好,机械强度高、耐铅晶(绒)穿刺性好的特点。本发明特别适合作为各类铅酸蓄电池的隔板。

下面结合附图,通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
硅玻复合隔板(1)是由玻璃纤维层(2)、硅粉层(3)、玻璃纤维层(4)组成。其中2层玻璃纤维层(2,4)是用玻璃纤维通过造纸工艺得到的玻璃纤维毡纸制成。硅粉层(3)是在硅粉中加入硅胶经搅拌均匀后涂在玻璃纤维毡纸上而成。硅粉层(3)夹在2层玻璃纤维层(2,4)的中间。玻璃纤维层(2)—硅粉层(3)—玻璃纤维层(4)采用硅胶粘接剂相互粘接复合在一起。
Claims (4)
1、一种硅玻复合隔板,其特征在于该硅玻复合隔板(1)是由玻璃纤维层(2)—硅粉层(3)—玻璃纤维层(4)依次复合而成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的硅玻复合隔板,其特征在于玻璃纤维层(2,4)是采用玻璃纤维通过造纸工艺得到的玻璃纤维毡纸制成的。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的硅玻复合隔板,其特征在于硅粉层(3)是在硅粉中加入硅胶经搅拌均匀后涂在玻璃纤维毡纸上而形成的。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的硅玻复合隔板,其特征在于玻璃纤维层(2)—硅粉层(3)—玻璃纤维层(4)采用硅胶粘接剂相互粘接复合在一起。
