Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a storage box for a vehicle and an electric vehicle, which can meet the basic storage function, realize more light and efficient taking and placing of objects, and improve the convenience of taking objects, the stability of storing objects and the safety.
Embodiments of the invention may be implemented as follows:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a storage case for a vehicle, including a first housing, a second housing, a locking member, and an elastic member;
the first shell is movably arranged on the second shell, so that the first shell can be covered on the second shell and jointly enclose a containing cavity; the first shell is provided with a lock catch, the locking piece is arranged on the second shell, and the locking piece is in locking fit with the lock catch;
the elastic piece is arranged between the first shell and the second shell, and is used for enabling the first shell to have a movement trend relative to the second shell so as to open the accommodating cavity.
In an alternative embodiment, the elastic member is a torsion spring or a spring, and one end of the elastic member abuts against the first housing, and the other end abuts against the second housing.
In an alternative embodiment, the storage box for a vehicle further comprises a rotating shaft, the first shell and the second shell are rotatably connected through the rotating shaft, and the elastic piece is sleeved on the rotating shaft.
In an alternative embodiment, the second housing is provided with a limiting hole, one end of the elastic member is inserted into the limiting hole, and the other end of the elastic member is abutted to the first housing.
In an alternative embodiment, the first shell comprises a first shell and a first liner, the first shell is arranged outside the first liner, and the lock catch is arranged on the first liner;
the second shell comprises a second shell and a second liner, the second shell is arranged outside the second liner, and the first liner and the second liner enclose the accommodating cavity.
In an alternative embodiment, the second liner is provided with a mounting groove, and the locking member is mounted in the mounting groove.
In an alternative embodiment, the second housing is provided with an opening corresponding to the mounting groove, the opening being for exposing at least part of the locking member.
In an alternative embodiment, the first housing and the first bladder and the second housing and the second bladder are connected by fasteners.
In an alternative embodiment, the locking member is any one of a combination lock, a mechanical lock, an electronic lock, or an inductive lock.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides an electric vehicle comprising the storage compartment for a vehicle according to any one of the preceding embodiments.
The vehicle storage box and the electric vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention have the beneficial effects that: the first shell is movably arranged on the second shell, so that the first shell can be covered on the second shell and jointly enclose a containing cavity for containing articles, and therefore the basic storage requirement of a user is met. The first casing is provided with the hasp, and the second casing is provided with the locking piece, under the condition of first casing and second casing lock, and accessible locking piece and hasp locking cooperation ensure that first casing and second casing are firmly closed to improve user's storing security. Through setting up the elastic component between first casing and second casing to under the condition that locking piece and hasp release locking cooperation, first casing rotates and opens the holding cavity with the second casing relatively under the effect of elastic component, so that the user takes the storage, thereby improved the convenience of use.

Along with the continuous increase of the demands of two-wheeled trip, people's storing demand is also promoting constantly, and design and the research and development demand of two-wheeled car boot is also promoting gradually.
However, in the existing market, most of the opening or locking of the tail boxes of the two-wheeled electric vehicles are implemented through keys, and the keys are identical to the starting keys, so that when the tail boxes are started through the keys, the whole electric vehicle is required to be powered off and then unlocked, and the two-wheeled electric vehicles are quite inconvenient. Moreover, the existing tail box is simple in structure, loose in whole and inconvenient to open, laborious, poor in quality and the like.
Based on the problems, the invention provides an electric vehicle, which is applied to the technical field of mobility aids and is particularly suitable for two-wheeled electric vehicles. The electric vehicle comprises a vehicle body and a vehicle storage box, wherein the vehicle storage box is usually arranged at the tail part of the vehicle body. This automobile-used storage tank can not satisfy basic storing function, can light more simultaneously and put with getting of high-efficient article to improve get thing convenience, the stability and the security of storing.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the storage box 10 for a vehicle includes a first housing 100, a second housing 200, a locking member 300, and an elastic member 400.
The first housing 100 is movably disposed on the second housing 200, so that the first housing 100 can be covered on the second housing 200 and jointly enclose a containing cavity 500, and the containing cavity 500 is used for containing articles, so as to satisfy basic storage requirements of users.
The first casing 100 is provided with the lock catch 110, and the locking piece 300 is arranged on the second casing 200, and under the condition that the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 are buckled, the first casing 100 and the second casing 200 can be firmly closed through locking cooperation of the locking piece 300 and the lock catch 110, so that the safety of storage of a user is improved.
The elastic member 400 is disposed between the first housing 100 and the second housing 200, where the elastic member 400 is used to make the first housing 100 have a movement tendency to move relative to the second housing 200 to open the accommodating cavity 500, so that, under the condition that the locking member 300 is in unlocking engagement with the lock catch 110, the first housing 100 rotates relative to the second housing 200 under the action of the elastic member 400, so as to open the accommodating cavity 500, thereby facilitating the user to take and put the object, and remarkably improving the convenience of use.
Optionally, the locking piece 300 may be a coded lock, and the unlocking manner of the sealing lock is convenient and concise, and the unlocking can be performed only by inputting a code by a user, so that the locking piece 300 is in contact with the lock catch 110 for locking and matching, the first shell 100 automatically opens the accommodating cavity 500 under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic piece 400, and the use convenience of the storage box 10 for the vehicle is remarkably improved.
Of course, in other embodiments, the lock 300 may also be any one of a mechanical lock, an electronic lock, or an inductive lock, wherein the inductive lock may be, but is not limited to, an NFC (Near Field Communication ) inductive lock and a bluetooth inductive lock. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the locking member 300 may be any other type of lock, so long as the locking function is achieved.
Further, the elastic member 400 is a torsion spring, and one end of the elastic member 400 abuts against the first housing 100 and the other end abuts against the second housing 200.
In the present embodiment, in the case that the first housing 100 is covered on the second housing 200, the elastic member 400 is in a compressed state, so that when the locking member 300 and the lock catch 110 are released from the locking engagement, the elastic member 400 generates an elastic restoring force and acts on the first housing 100, thereby driving the first housing 100 to rotate relative to the second housing 200, so as to open the accommodating cavity 500, so that a user can hold an article; the closing process only needs to rotate the first housing 100 and cover the first housing 100 on the second housing 200, and the lock catch 110 and the locking member 300 are locked and matched by pressing, so that the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 can be firmly closed.
Further, the storage case 10 for a vehicle further includes a rotation shaft 600, the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 are rotatably connected through the rotation shaft 600, and the elastic member 400 is sleeved on the rotation shaft 600.
In the present embodiment, the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 are rotatably connected through the rotation shaft 600, so that the rotation stability of the first housing 100 relative to the second housing 200 can be improved.
Alternatively, in order to improve the stability of the rotation of the first housing 100 with respect to the second housing 200, the number of the rotation shafts 600 is two, and the two rotation shafts 600 are disposed at a side of the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 away from the locking member 300.
Further, the second housing 200 is provided with a limiting hole 221, one end of the elastic member 400 is inserted into the limiting hole 221, and the other end abuts against the first housing 100.
In this embodiment, one end of the elastic member 400 is inserted into the limiting hole 221 to limit the elastic member 400, so as to prevent the elastic member 400 from rotating relative to the rotating shaft 600 to affect the stability thereof.
Similarly, the number of the elastic members 400 is two, and the two elastic members 400 are respectively sleeved on the two rotating shafts 600.
Alternatively, in other embodiments of the present invention, the elastic member 400 may be a linear spring, and the linear spring may be disposed in the second housing 200 to jack up the first housing 100 by an elastic restoring force of the linear spring.
Further, the first housing 100 includes a first outer shell 120 and a first inner container 130, the first outer shell 120 is disposed outside the first inner container 130, and the first outer shell 120 can play a role in protection.
The second housing 200 includes a second outer case 210 and a second inner case 220, the second outer case 210 is disposed outside the second inner case 220, and the second outer case 210 may play a role in protection. The limiting hole 221 is disposed on the outer wall of the second housing 210.
In the present embodiment, the lock catch 110 is disposed on the first liner 130, the locking member 300 is disposed on the second liner 220, and the first liner 130 and the second liner 220 enclose the accommodating cavity 500.
Further, the second liner 220 is provided with a mounting groove 222, and the locking member 300 is mounted in the mounting groove 222.
In the present embodiment, the locking member 300 is fixedly installed in the installation groove 222 of the second liner 220 by a self-tapping screw, thereby improving the installation stability of the locking member 300.
Further, the locking member 300 is disposed between the second housing 210 and the second inner container 220, the second housing 210 is provided with an opening 211, the opening 211 corresponds to the mounting groove 222, and the opening 211 is used for exposing at least part of the locking member 300.
In this embodiment, in the case that the lock 300 is a combination lock, the opening 211 may expose the structure of the unlocking combination of the lock 300, so as to facilitate the user to input the unlocking combination.
Further, the first housing 120 and the first inner container 130, and the second housing 210 and the second inner container 220 are connected by fasteners.
In this embodiment, the fastener may be a self-tapping screw; therefore, the first housing 120 and the first liner 130 are connected by self-tapping screws, so that the structural strength and stability of the first casing 100 can be significantly improved; the second housing 210 and the second liner 220 are coupled by self-tapping screws, and structural strength and stability of the second case 200 can be significantly improved, thereby improving structural strength and use stability of the entire storage case 10 for vehicles.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides a storage case 10 for a vehicle and an electric vehicle, wherein the first housing 100 is movably disposed on the second housing 200, so that the first housing 100 can be covered on the second housing 200 and jointly enclose a containing cavity 500 for containing articles, thereby meeting the basic storage requirement of users. The first casing 100 is provided with the hasp 110, and the second casing 200 is provided with the locking piece 300, and under the circumstances of first casing 100 and second casing 200 lock, accessible locking piece 300 and hasp 110 locking cooperation ensure that first casing 100 and second casing 200 firmly close to improve user's storing security. Through setting up the elastic component 400 between first casing 100 and second casing 200 to under the condition that locking piece 300 and hasp 110 release locking cooperation, first casing 100 rotates and opens accommodation cavity 500 with second casing 200 under the effect of elastic component 400, so that the user takes the storage, thereby improved the convenience of use.
