1. A method of reducing the cost of an electric power boiler, characterized by: comprises the following steps of;
firstly, observing and detecting the internal and external use conditions of the electric power boiler by using a detection device, and judging whether the use conditions of the electric power boiler need maintenance or not;
if maintenance is needed, maintenance measures are taken by using maintenance equipment, wherein the maintenance measures are deslagging, cleaning, power maintenance and other operations, so that the normal operation of the later stage is ensured;
step three, through the electric power boiler after the periodic maintenance, the rethread sets up some peripheral hardware devices, such as pressure release device, water supply installation, waste heat recovery device etc. and reduces electric power boiler cost's device, through alleviateing electric power boiler's work burden, and then in order to reduce electric power boiler's maintenance play this.
2. A method of reducing the cost of an electric power boiler according to claim 1, now a device for reducing the cost of an electric power boiler is proposed, comprising a base (1);
an electric power boiler main body (2) arranged on the surface of the base (1);
an induced draft fan (3) arranged at one end of the electric power boiler main body (2);
and set up in the top of base (1) and be located pan feeding mouth (4) on electric power boiler main part (2) surface, its characterized in that: the surface of base (1) is provided with pressure relief device (5), the one end of electric power boiler main part (2) is provided with water injection device (7), and the last fixed surface of electric power boiler main part (2) installs waste heat recovery device (6), pressure relief device (5) are including cooling box (51), pressure release mechanism and condensation mechanism, pressure release mechanism is including setting up relief valve (54) in cooling box (51) top.
