Abstract
The invention discloses a downhole gravel packing water control valve integrated with a Tesla valve runner, which mainly comprises an upper valve cover, a gravel packing valve, a water control valve, a flow blocking plate groove, the Tesla valve runner, a functional separation plate, a valve body, an external connector, a diversion table, a funnel runner and other structures. The tesla flow path of the water control valve consists of a plurality of tesla valve units, the number of which is at least one and at most eight. The invention has two working states, namely a gravel packing state and a water control state. When the gravel packing is in the gravel packing state, the water control channel is closed, the gravel packing channel is opened, and after the gravel packing operation is finished, the gravel packing channel is closed, the water control channel is opened, and the water control function is exerted. The tool has the advantages of no electronic element, no spring, no need of ground pressing or cable control, high reliability, low processing cost, convenient installation and the like.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of oil and gas field development, in particular to a downhole gravel packing water control valve integrated with a Tesla valve runner.
Background
Along with the continuous development of offshore oil and gas fields, a large number of reservoirs are developed to the middle and later stages, the water content of the stratum is obviously increased, the development stage of the middle and high water content stage is entered, the oil and gas recovery ratio is reduced, and the economic benefit and maintenance cost of continuous production cannot be balanced gradually. In order to continue to maintain higher recovery in these high water cut hydrocarbon wells, or to extend the water free or low water production periods in side bottom water reservoirs, water control by physical or chemical means is often required. Compared with chemical water control, physical and mechanical water control has the advantages of low cost, environmental friendliness and long effective period, so that the water control is usually carried out in a physical and mechanical mode at present, and the application degree of the self-adaptive water control valve is the most extensive. The self-adaptive water control valve truly prolongs the service life of an oil and gas well, improves the economic benefit, but the loose sandstone reservoir of the offshore oil and gas field has large proportion, and gravel packing sand prevention operation is often needed. The conventional self-adaptive water control valve can increase the difficulty of gravel packing construction operation due to the structural characteristics, and the wellbore pressure exceeds the stratum fracture pressure during packing, so that the stratum is fractured, mortar enters the stratum and pollutes a reservoir, and the gravel packing construction operation fails.
In summary, there are dual demands for water control and sand control in offshore oil fields at present, but at the current stage, conventional self-adaptive water control valves can meet the water control demands, but the difficulty of gravel packing is increased. There is therefore a need to develop a downhole tool that can serve both water control and gravel packing functions.
The underground gravel packing water control valve integrated with the Tesla valve runner can close a water control channel and open the gravel packing channel when the gravel packing is carried out, so that the valve pressure during the gravel packing is reduced, and after the gravel packing operation is finished, the gravel packing channel is closed, the channel where the water control valve is positioned is opened, and the water control function is exerted.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem ignored by the existing tools, the invention provides a downhole gravel packing water control valve integrated with a Tesla valve runner. The tool can play a role in controlling water in the later oil and gas exploitation and meet the requirement of low excess valve pressure of the earlier gravel pack.

The gravel packing valve (8) consists of a region surrounded by the functional partition plate (4) and the valve body (7), the gravel packing valve (8) is provided with a gravel packing valve inlet (2) and a gravel packing valve outlet (5), the cross section of the gravel packing valve inlet (2) is rectangular, the cross section of the gravel packing valve outlet (5) is annular, and the outer diameter of the annular is the same as the diameter of a circle where the inner wall surface of the valve body (7) is located.
The water control valve (10) comprises a region surrounded by two structures of the functional separation plate (4) and the upper valve cover (14), the water control valve (10) is provided with a water control valve inlet (1) and a water control valve outlet (6), the cross section of the water control valve inlet (1) is rectangular, and the region surrounded by the tail end of the functional separation plate (4) forms the water control valve outlet (6).
The length of the water control valve inlet (1) is equal to that of the gravel packing valve inlet (2), the width of the water control valve inlet (1) is equal to that of the gravel packing valve inlet (2), the water control valve inlet (1) is parallel to the gravel packing valve inlet (2) and is isolated by the functional separation plate (4), the water control valve inlet (1) extends inwards to a position right above the spoiler groove (3), the functional separation plate (4) is provided with a through hole for placing the spoiler (11), the height of the spoiler (11) is larger than that of the gravel packing valve inlet (2), and when the water control valve inlet (1) is placed downwards, the bottom end of the spoiler (11) is lower than the top of the spoiler groove (3).
Fig. 3 is a top view of the invention, and it can be seen that the water control valve (10) consists of a water control valve inlet (1), a tesla valve runner (13), a funnel runner (16) and a water control valve outlet (6), wherein the tesla valve runner (13) consists of a plurality of tesla valve units (12), the number of the tesla valve units (12) is at least 1 and at most 8, the tesla valve units (12) are equidistantly distributed along the circumferential direction of the valve body (7), the tail end of the tesla valve runner (13) is connected with the upper part of the funnel runner (16), the funnel runner (16) consists of a conical truncated cone at the upper part and a cylinder at the lower part, the water control valve outlet (6) is positioned at the tail end of the funnel runner (16), and an external body (9) is arranged outside the valve body (7).
The invention has two working states, namely a gravel packing state and a water control state. But the gravel pack state and the water control state cannot exist at the same time.
FIG. 1 is a front cross-sectional view of the present invention in a gravel packing operation, showing the upper end of the spoiler (11) in contact with the top end of the water control valve inlet (1), the water control valve inlet (1) being closed and the gravel packing valve inlet (2) being open, when the present invention is in the gravel packing operation. At this time, fluid enters from the gravel packing valve inlet (2), passes through the diversion table (15) into the gravel packing valve (8), and then flows out from the annular gravel packing valve outlet (5).
FIG. 2 is a front cross-sectional view of the present invention in a water control operation, showing that the upper end of the baffle (11) contacts the bottom end of the water control valve inlet (1) when the present invention is in the water control state, the gravel packing valve inlet (2) is closed, and the water control valve inlet (1) is in an open state. At the moment, fluid enters from the water control valve inlet (1), sequentially passes through the Tesla valve runner (13) and the funnel runner (16), and finally flows out from the circular water control valve outlet (6).
