Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mine construction equipment, in particular to a multifunctional crushing trolley.
Background
In the construction process of underground mines, a scraper and a crushing trolley are indispensable equipment in the construction process. The scraper is the only equipment for short-distance transportation of mine materials and is mainly applied to the shoveling, loading and short-distance transportation of the materials. Is one of indispensable equipment in the underground mine construction process.
The crushing trolley is mainly applied to underexcavation operation and oversized rock crushing in the underground mine construction process. In the mine construction process, when the tunnel is blasted, underexcavated rocks or oversized rocks invade the tunnel to influence the passing of equipment or potential safety hazards exist, the rocks are required to be hit by using crushing equipment, and the rocks are crushed into fragments, so that the transportation is convenient. At present, two types of crushing equipment are mainly used, namely a manual handheld crushing hammer and a picking trolley. The manual handheld breaking hammer has high labor intensity and low construction efficiency; in addition, in the construction process, the accidents such as rock splashing, broken stone rolling and the like are more, and the construction process is dangerous; the device has the advantages of low equipment price, convenient movement, flexible construction and main treatment of smaller rocks. The picking trolley is mainly applied to treating the pumice stones possibly falling in the roadway, and simultaneously can also treat underexcavated and oversized rocks. But the prying trolley is provided with a small breaking hammer and a long cantilever, so that the construction efficiency is general and the equipment utilization rate is low when larger rocks are treated.
How to combine the crushing device and the bucket hydraulic system is a problem which is difficult to solve in the industry all the time in the traditional equipment that the crushing trolley hydraulic system is more than the scraper.
In view of this, there is a need for an improvement over the prior art fragmentation carriages to address the above-described problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to disclose a multifunctional crushing trolley, so as to solve the technical problems, and provides a crushing trolley capable of flexibly switching construction tools, which has crushing and shoveling functions and meets the complex construction requirements of a roadway.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a multifunctional crushing trolley, which comprises a chassis, a working arm movably hinged on the chassis, and further comprises:
a lifting mechanism arranged between the chassis and the rear end of the working arm for providing a driving force for the swing of the working arm;
a skip mechanism arranged between the chassis and the bucket or the crushing device for providing driving force for the bucket or the crushing device to swing;
a first connection structure connected between the free end of the work arm and a bucket or a crushing device;
the second connecting structure is connected between the free end of the tipping bucket mechanism and the bucket or the crushing device;
the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure can flexibly replace the bucket and the crushing device;
one end of the supporting rod is hinged with the free end of the working arm, and the other end of the supporting rod is hinged with the free end of the tipping bucket mechanism;
the hydraulic system is used for controlling the multifunctional crushing trolley to work under different working scenes and comprises a crushing oil circuit for controlling the crushing device to work, a shoveling oil circuit for controlling the bucket to work and a steering oil circuit for controlling the crushing trolley to steer.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the first connection structure includes:
the first bracket is fixedly arranged at the movable end of the working arm and is arranged in the vertical direction with the working arm;
the first rotating arms are provided with two groups and are oppositely arranged at two ends of the first bracket, one end of each first rotating arm is in rotating fit with the first bracket, and the other end of each first rotating arm is provided with a first pin hole;
the first pin shaft coaxially penetrates through a first pin hole and a first shaft hole which is arranged at the rear end of the bucket or the crushing device in a corresponding manner, so that the bucket or the crushing device is hinged with the first rotating arm;
the second connection structure includes:
the second rotating arms are arranged between the two groups of first rotating arms in parallel, one end of each second rotating arm is in rotating fit with the free end of the tipping bucket mechanism, and the other end of each second rotating arm is provided with a second pin hole;
and the second pin shaft coaxially penetrates through a second pin hole and a second shaft hole which is correspondingly arranged at the rear end of the bucket or the crushing device, so that the bucket or the crushing device is hinged with the second rotating arm.
As a further improvement of the invention, one end of the supporting rod is coaxially hinged with the free end of the tipping bucket mechanism and the second rotating arm through a third pin shaft to form a rotating fit, and the other end of the supporting rod is movably hinged with the first bracket.
As a further improvement of the invention, the crushing device comprises:
the breaking hammer comprises a breaking hammer body and a breaking rod,
two groups of side plates fixed on two sides of the breaking hammer and extending towards the rear end of the breaking hammer to form a connecting part,
the second bracket is positioned at the rear end of the breaking hammer and fixedly connected with the connecting part through a bolt, and a first shaft hole and a second shaft hole are formed in the second bracket.
As a further improvement of the invention, the root of the bucket is fixedly provided with a hinge seat, and the hinge seat is provided with a hinge hole for the first pin shaft to penetrate through with the second pin shaft.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the hydraulic system further comprises a solenoid valve for switching the breaking oil passage and the steering oil passage of the hydraulic system.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the second bracket includes:
the seat board is fixedly connected with the side board through bolts;
the plurality of groups of connecting ear plates are arranged on one side of the seat plate, which is away from the side plate, in parallel and are vertically connected with the seat plate;
the reinforcing rib plate is supported between the seat plate and the connecting lug plate;
the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft are arranged in parallel along the height direction and vertically penetrate through the connecting lug plate, the first connecting shaft is located above the second connecting shaft, the first connecting shaft is fixedly provided with a first hinge lug by means of the center, the first hinge lug is provided with a second shaft hole, the first connecting shaft is fixedly connected with two ends of the second connecting shaft through the second hinge lug, and the second hinge lug is provided with a first shaft hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the utility model provides a multi-functional broken platform truck, through the design of first connection structure and second connection structure, can switch scraper bowl and breaker in a flexible way for the platform truck not only possesses crushing capacity, has shovel fortune ability again, adjusts the working oil way through hydraulic system, makes the platform truck satisfy breaker's work demand, has improved the utilization ratio of equipment, reduces the instrument cost.

One end of the supporting rod 7 is coaxially hinged with the free end of the tipping bucket mechanism 5 and the second rotating arm 91 through a third pin shaft to form a rotating fit, and the other end of the supporting rod is movably hinged with the first bracket 81.
The crushing device 3 includes: the breaking hammer 31, two sets of curb plates 32 are fixed in the both sides of breaking hammer 31, and extend towards the rear end of breaking hammer 31 and be formed with connecting portion 321, second support 33 is located the rear end of breaking hammer 31, and through bolt and connecting portion 321 fixed connection, first shaft hole 301 and second shaft hole 302 have been seted up on the second support 33.
The root of the bucket 4 is fixedly provided with a hinge seat, and the hinge seat is provided with a hinge hole for the first pin shaft 83 and the second pin shaft 92 to penetrate.
The hydraulic system further comprises an electromagnetic valve for switching the crushing oil circuit and the steering oil circuit of the hydraulic system.
The second bracket 33 includes: the seat plate 331 is fixedly connected with the side plate 32 through bolts; a plurality of groups of connecting lugs 332, which are arranged in parallel on one side of the seat plate 331 away from the side plate 32 and are vertically connected with the seat plate 331;
reinforcing rib plates 333 supported between the seat plate 331 and the connecting lug plates 332; the first connecting shaft 334 and the second connecting shaft are arranged in parallel along the height direction and vertically penetrate through the connecting lug plate 332, the first connecting shaft 334 is located above the second connecting shaft, the first connecting shaft 334 is fixedly provided with a first hinge lug 335 by the center, the first hinge lug 335 is provided with a second shaft hole 302, two ends of the first connecting shaft 334 and two ends of the second connecting shaft are fixedly connected through a second hinge lug 336, and the second hinge lug 336 is provided with a first shaft hole 301.
The hydraulic system controls the lifting mechanism 6 to adjust the rotation angle of the working arm 2, the oil cylinder of the tipping bucket mechanism 5 stretches and contracts to jointly improve the height and the working angle of the bucket 4, or the height and the working angle of the breaking hammer 31 are jointly changed, the connection mode and the size of the bucket 4 are consistent with those of the breaking device 3, and the tipping bucket mechanism 5, the first connection structure, the second connection structure and the supporting rod 7 are matched with the working arm 2, so that the breaking device 3 and the bucket 4 can be flexibly disassembled to realize different working demands, and on the other hand, the hydraulic system adjusts to realize safe breaking by meeting the stable working demands of the breaking device 3.
