The working principle of the blanking mechanism is as follows:
1. At the sealing station, the vertical slide 15 is located at the bottom of the vertical groove section 171 of the profiled guide groove 17. The medicament bag is lifted into the clamping mechanism 200. The medicine bag is initially contacted with the bag supporting rod 8, and the inverted trapezoid rod body extends into the opening of the medicine bag to open the medicine bag in a direction parallel to the heat sealing baffle 73.
2. The gear of the clamping motor 4 drives the rack 5 to move, and the sealing claws 7 are close to each other. In this embodiment, there are two sets of sealing jaws 7 symmetrically arranged to provide a sealing operation for both bags simultaneously. As the heat seal 71 approaches the heat seal plate 73, the shaping bar 72 also approaches the shaping plate 74. The heat seal 71 on the sealing jaw 7 generates heat to heat seal the mouth of the medication bag.
4. The moving mechanism 100 drives the holding mechanism 200 to move while the heat sealing is performed. When the clamping mechanism 200 reaches the end of the inclined section 175, the sealing claw 7 is loosened, and the sealed medicament bag continues to move obliquely downwards by virtue of the inertia of the displacement and the gravity and stably enters the discharge hole. The problems that the dropping track is unstable and the medicament bag deviates from the discharge hole due to the fact that the medicament bag is light in weight, large in surface area and influenced by wind resistance are avoided.
