In addition, functional modules in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated together to form a single part, or each module may exist alone, or two or more modules may be integrated to form a single part.

Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution, in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to execute all or part of the steps of the system according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory 101 (ROM), a random access Memory 101 (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.

1. A business management system integrating acquisition and marketing, comprising:
the purchasing module is used for providing the functions of stock management, purchase according to a bill, return management, payment management, invoice management, basic information management, purchase approval, payment approval, prestored money approval and purchasing progress inquiry;
the order module is used for receiving customer orders, manufacturer orders, internal orders, order approval, purchase application, shipment application, billing application, return processing and penalty management functions;
the information control management module is used for providing dealer management, risk early warning, follow-up of receiving, monitoring of receiving, credit management, blacking and thawing and corresponding information statistical analysis;
the electronic commerce management module is used for providing functions of commodity shelf setting, online sales, order receiving and invoice input;
and the logistics module is used for providing functions of order invoice receiving, shipping, warehouse scheduling and logistics information query.
2. The acquisition and marketing integrated business management system of claim 1, wherein the procurement module comprises:
the stock management is used for managing stock quantity, so that timely stock is ensured; the purchase according to the order is used for purchasing the goods or the services independently according to the order or the demand; the return management is used for processing customer return requests, including return approval, return logistics tracking and return flow management; the payment management is used for managing purchasing payment flow, including payment application, payment approval and payment tracking; invoice management is used for managing invoice information related to purchase, and comprises invoice receiving, checking and recording; the basic information management is used for maintaining basic data of suppliers, materials and prices so as to support purchasing flows; the purchase approval is used for approving and authorizing the purchase application, and the payment approval is used for approving and authorizing the payment application; pre-paid approval is used to approve and manage pre-paid applications and uses.
3. The acquisition and marketing integrated business management system of claim 1, wherein the order module comprises:
receiving a customer order for receiving and recording order information submitted by a customer; receiving a manufacturer order for receiving and recording order information submitted from a manufacturer; the internal order is used for orders created by internal staff and used for internal material or service requirements; the order approval is used for approving and authorizing the order; the purchasing application is used for purchasing demand application proposed by the internal staff; the ex-warehouse application is applied for ex-warehouse operation and comprises material receiving and delivery; the invoicing application is used for invoice application and management; the return processing is used for processing customer return requests, including return approval and return flow management; the fine management is used to manage the fine generated by the over-the-counter payment.
4. The system for integrated marketing and sales service management of claim 1, wherein the signaling management module comprises:
the dealer management is used for managing the cooperation relationship with the dealer, including contracts and sales policies; risk early warning is used to monitor potential risks, such as overdue payments and credit line overruns; the receivable follow-up is used for tracking the collection condition of the receivable accounts and carrying out money prompting and coordination; the receivables monitor is used for monitoring and analyzing the state and trend of receivables; the credit management is used for managing credit limit and conditions for clients; the blacking and thawing is used for unfreezing or recovering frozen customer accounts or credit limits; the statistical analysis is used for carrying out statistics and analysis on the corresponding receipt information.
5. The system for integrated marketing and sales service management of claim 1, wherein the e-commerce management module comprises:
the commodity loading is used for inputting commodity information into the system and preparing for selling on an e-commerce platform; the online sales is used for online sales and transactions through the e-commerce platform; order receiving is used for receiving order information from an e-commerce platform; invoice entry is used to enter sales-related invoice information into the system.

The acquisition and marketing integrated business management system of claim 1, further comprising a database operation and backup module: after receiving the access message, determining the current operation type according to the access message, establishing connection with a database, and performing data read-write operation; the data is backed up daily.
10. The system for integrated marketing service management of claim 1, further comprising a load balancing module for load sharing by a load balancing algorithm, wherein the load balancing algorithm comprises a weighted round robin WRR algorithm and a weighted minimum connectivity WLC algorithm.
