本发明涉及一种石膏制品外观晶面化处理工艺,其特征让石膏制品具备陶瓷般外观;有效提高牢固程度及防水效果。发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种石膏制品晶面处理,具备防水性能及提高牢固程度制作工艺法。在石膏制品多次喷涂环氧树脂AB胶水来实现。主要技术特征:调制环氧树脂AB胶水,控制其效果在清水状无稠感状态,可将刚调制的环氧树脂AB胶水加温至40‑70°数分钟实现。此液状有助于石膏制品快速吸入环氧树脂AB胶水填补内部孔隙形成制品‑含胶层,提高石膏制品强度。二层环氧树脂AB胶水主要用于生成晶面层来实现晶面效果。工艺用途:石膏装饰制品,石膏DIY。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石膏制品外观晶面化处理工艺,实现石膏制品具备陶瓷般外观效果。
背景技术
目前的石膏制品普遍无晶面处理而易碎,不具备防水特征。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种石膏制品晶面处理, 具备防水性能及提高牢固程度 制作工艺法。在石膏制品多次喷涂环氧树脂 AB 胶水来实现。

实施方式
脱模后的石膏制品可等待完全干燥,也可直接进入后续加工;不同干燥程度的制品外观 效果与硬度略有差异。
调制环氧树脂 AB 胶水, 控制其效果在清水状无稠感状态最佳;可将刚调制的环氧树 脂 AB 胶水加温至 40-70°数分钟实现。
开始在石膏制品上喷涂第一层环氧树脂 AB 胶(见图1),喷涂后表面的液态胶水形成喷胶层将快速被石膏制品-体表吸入。
在常温静置状态下约 5-30 分钟石膏制品吸收环氧树脂 AB 胶水填补内部孔隙形成制品-含胶层(见图2),此阶段石膏制品表面已无明显液态胶水;主要用于提高石膏制品的牢固程度而具备防水性能。
在石膏制品上喷涂第二层环氧树脂 AB 胶水(见图3),主要用于生成晶面层;可根据制品用途需求可调整喷涂环氧树脂 AB 胶水次数控制调整晶面厚度,多层喷涂间隔 2-6小时区间效果最佳。
常温状态下等待 12-24 小时环氧树脂 AB 胶完成终固化,完成晶面工艺处理(见图4)。
