Abstract
本发明是关于一种光盘片环保回收方法,主要利用以粉碎机粉碎、加入剥离剂、过滤以后,再分别回收金属、回收塑料基片,进而将损坏的光盘片呈可利用的资源回收,并减少环境的伤害,是为一种最符合环保要求的回收方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光盘片环保回收方法,主要提供一种可以将欲丢弃的光盘片的塑料制基片及金属层分离、回收、再利用的方法。
背景技术
光盘片由于其容量大,画质、音质稳定且可以保存得较久,故已渐渐取代磁带式的录音带及录像带,而成为极普遍的记录媒体,而光盘的基本配置是具有一塑料制的圆形基片,于基片的其中一侧镀一层含有金、银、铝的金属层,虽然光盘片可以保存的时间极久,但是不可讳言的,其金属层稍有刮伤时,即会破坏该存储区而使数据缺损而不完整,故通常有刮伤的光盘片即无法使用而需要加以丢弃,另一方面,制造光盘片的工厂,其所筛检出的不良品也必需加以处理掉,而由于现有处理光盘片的方式皆是直接丢弃,但如此一来却衍生诸多问题:
1.若直接将光盘片丢弃,其所含的金属将会造成土壤及水源的污染,造成环境的负担。
2.金属层及塑料制的基片为可再生使用的物质,直接将其丢弃无形中即形成资源的浪费。
这样,在强调减少环境污染及资源回收的现代,将光盘片直接丢弃无疑是不符合要求的作法。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种光盘片环保回收方法,以减少环境污染及实现资源回收并可避免造成二次污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明的光盘片环保回收方法,其特点是,包括以下步骤:(1).粉碎:将光盘片置入粉碎机内粉碎成塑料片;(2).加入剥离剂:将已绞成片状的光盘片倒入容置有剥离剂的桶子内,即可将光盘片的金属层与塑料的基片剥离;(3).过滤:将塑料基片与剥离剂以滤网过滤分离,分离出塑料基片及溶有金属的剥离剂;(4).回收金属:将所述与金属分离的塑料片捞起,而后将溶有金属的剥离剂通过吸附剂,形成离子交换作用,而使金属吸附于吸附剂,再将吸附于吸附剂的金属团利用电解方式使金属吸附于电解槽的负电极,而后再将负电极中吸附的金属集中熔融成注锭,成为金属块(5)回收塑料基片:将所述捞起的塑料基片再以清水洗净、再捞起经过干燥后,即可造粒成为颗粒状的塑料原料;而在洗净塑料基片时,残留的金属将会溶于水溶液内,再将含有金属的水溶液倒入步骤4的吸附剂,再通过电解回收金属。
采用本发明的上述方案,可以将光盘片粉碎成可回收的塑料颗粒以及金属,而加以回收使用,不仅节省资源,同时可以减少对环境所造成的伤害。
为更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点,下面将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所提供的光盘片环保回收方法,其处理流程为:
1.粉碎:将光盘片加以粉碎,于本较佳实施例当中是将光盘片置入一粉碎机内,以粉碎机内可旋转的绞刀将光盘片绞碎成片状;
2.加入剥离剂:将已绞成片状的光盘片倒入容置有剥离剂的桶子内,即可将光盘片的金属层与塑料的基片剥离,并使金属溶于剥离剂中,而塑料颗粒由于密度较轻,因此浮于粉碎机上半部;
3.过滤:将塑料基片与剥离剂以滤网过滤分离,分离出塑料基片及溶有金属的剥离剂;
4.回收金属:将前述与金属分离的塑料片捞起,而后将溶有金属的剥离剂通过吸附剂,形成离子交换作用,而使金属吸附于吸附剂,再将吸附于吸附剂的金属团利用电解方式使金属吸附于电解槽的负电极,而后再将负电极中吸附的金属集中熔融成注锭,成为金属块,再将电解后不含金属的剥离液再回收使用。
5.回收塑料基片:将前述捞起的塑料基片再以清水洗净、再捞起经过干燥后,即可造粒成为颗粒状的塑料原料;而在洗净塑料基片时,残留的金属将会溶于水溶液内,再将含有金属的水溶液倒入步骤4的吸附剂,再通过电解回收金属。
上述是为本发明回收光盘片的流程,由所述可知,利用本发明可以将欲丢弃的光盘片分离成再利用的资源而衍生诸多优点:
1.由于金属不至于直接丢弃,故可以减少其对土壤及水源的污染,符合环境保护的要求。
2.由于光盘片的塑料制基片可以制成塑料颗粒再回收利用,而金属层也可剥离再回收,故可以将原本欲丢弃的垃圾改变成可再利用的资源,而达到资源回收的要求。
3.剥离液及洗净用的水也可循环使用,避免造成二次公害及资源浪费。
Claims (1)
1.一种光盘片环保回收方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)粉碎:将光盘片置入粉碎机内粉碎成塑料片;
(2)加入剥离剂:将己绞成片状的光盘片倒入容置有剥离剂的桶子内,即可将光盘片的金属层与塑料的基片剥离;
(3)过滤:将塑料基片与剥离剂以滤网过滤分离,分离出塑料基片及溶有金属的剥离剂;
(4)回收金属:将所述与金属分离的塑料片捞起,而后将溶有金属的剥离剂通过吸附剂,形成离子交换作用,而使金属吸附于吸附剂,再将吸附于吸附剂的金属团利用电解方式使金属吸附于电解槽的负电极,而后再将负电极中吸附的金属集中熔融成注锭,成为金属块。
(5)回收塑料基片:将所述捞起的塑料基片再以清水洗净、再捞起经过干燥后,即可造粒成为颗粒状的塑料原料;而在洗净塑料基片时,残留的金属将会溶于水溶液内,再将含有金属的水溶液倒入步骤4的吸附剂,再通过电解回收金属。
