Abstract
一种杀菌剂组合物，其含有至少一种内吸性和/或接触性杀菌剂和至少一种通式(I)的丙烯酰吗啉衍生物。
Description
本发明涉及含有某些丙烯酰吗啉衍生物与某些内吸性和/或接触性杀菌剂组成的杀菌剂组合物。
丙烯酰吗啉衍生物是一类内吸性杀菌剂，对霜霉属、疫霉属真菌有很好的杀灭效果。如果与一些内吸性和/或接触性杀菌剂制成组合物，它们的杀菌效果可以有惊人程度的增加。
氰胺公司在中国专利CN1029814C中介绍了一些内吸性、接触性和/或土壤杀菌剂与丙烯酰吗啉衍生物组成的组合物，这些内吸性、接触性和/或土壤杀菌剂包括甲霉灵、霜脲氰、乙磷铝、代森锰锌、克菌灵、土菌灵等。
本发明提出了另外一些内吸性和/或接触性杀菌剂与通式为
(I)的丙烯酰吗啉衍生物组成的杀菌组合物。
适用于本发明的组合物的内吸性，接触性杀菌剂实例如下：
(A)内吸性杀菌剂：
1.多菌灵(carbendazim)
2.丙硫多菌灵(albendazole)
3.苯菌灵(benomyl)
4.噻菌灵(thiabendazole)
5.甲基硫菌灵(thiophanate methyl)
(B)接触性杀菌剂
1.福美双(thiram)
2.福美锌(ziram)
在上面A、B组中给出的杀菌剂的IUPAC通用名如下：
A组
1.苯并咪唑-2-基氨基甲酸甲酯
2.5-(丙硫基)-1H-苯并咪唑-2-基氨基甲酸甲酯
3.1-正丁氨基甲酰-苯并咪唑-2-基氨基甲酸甲酯
4.2-(噻唑-4-基)苯并咪唑
5.1，2-双(甲氧羰基-2-硫脲基)苯
B组
1.四甲基秋兰姆二硫化物
2.双(二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌
对于本发明的组合物来说，上文所列的内吸性杀菌剂中较佳的为多菌灵，上文所列的接触性杀菌剂中较佳的为福美双。
本发明的组合物可以是二组合，也可以是三种以上前述化合物形成的组合物。
本发明的组合物的各种成份的作用机制不同，它们之间相互增效，病菌的抗药性降低，所以组合物的杀菌效果明显高于各个组份单用时的杀菌效果，且杀菌谱更广。
本发明的组合物可以用于多种作物防治多种病害，主要对霜霉属、疫霉属病菌有很好的抑制效果。可用于黄瓜、葡萄、西红柿、马铃薯、龙眼、甜椒等，兼治由别的病菌引起的病害。
本发明组合物中式(I)丙烯酰吗啉衍生物与内吸性和/或接触性杀菌剂的比例基于活性组份的重量份数为1∶50-50∶1，最佳为10∶1-1∶10。
本发明的组合物还可以包含助剂或填料，其所占组合物的重量份数为0.5％-95％。
本发明的组合物可以配成溶液、乳液、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、粉尘剂、糊剂、可溶性粉剂、粒剂、微乳剂、乳油、气雾剂烟剂或缓释剂。
本发明的组合物中还要加入乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂等表面活性物质，以增加组合物的稳定性、润湿性、渗透性。
本发明描述的产物可以呈成品制剂形式，即产物中物质已经混合。然而组合物的成份也可以单独以制剂提供，在使用前在罐内直接混合。
本发明的组合物也可以含有其它活性组份，例如其它具有除草、杀虫或杀菌性能的化合物，也可以与杀线虫剂、防护剂、生长调节剂、植物营养素或土壤调节剂混合。
组合物可以按普通的方法使用，如浇注、喷射、喷雾、喷粉或放烟。
本发明组合物可以用以下实施例说明：
实施例1 可湿性粉剂配制
3-(4-氯苯基)-3-(3，4-二甲氧基苯基)丙烯酰吗啉 8％(重量)
福美双 52％(重量)
润湿剂 2％(重量)
分散剂 8％(重量)
载体 30％(重量)
将各种组份(均为固体)混合在一起，在气流粉碎机中粉碎并混合。
实施例2 水悬剂配制
3-(4-氯苯基)-3-(3，4-二甲氧基苯基)丙烯酰吗啉 10％(重量)
多菌灵 40％(重量)
分散剂 2％(重量)
乳化剂 5％(重量)
防冻剂 5％(重量)
水 38％(重量)
将丙烯酰吗啉、多菌灵、水及分散剂在球磨机中一起粉碎，然后加入其它组份，混合。
实施例3黄瓜霜霉病的防治效果
将实施例1的制剂与20％的3-(4-氯苯基)-3-(3，4-二甲氧基苯基)丙烯酰吗啉(I)可湿性粉剂及50％福美双作防病效果对照试验。
试验植物：5叶期黄瓜
病菌：黄瓜霜霉病菌
施用：用药48小时接种霜霉病菌
选择一系列剂量浓度，以便能够恰当地观察杀菌效果的增加。

Claims (4)
1.一种杀菌组合物，其包括至少一种选自以下的内吸性和/或接触性杀菌剂：苯并咪唑-2-基氨基甲酸甲酯、1，2-双(甲氧羰基-2-硫脲基)苯、四甲基秋兰姆二硫化物、双(二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸)锌，和烯酰吗啉(I)：
其中烯酰吗啉与内吸性和/或接触性杀菌剂的比例基于活性组份的重量份数为1∶50-50∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物，除活性组份外还含有其它助剂或填料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物，除活性组份外还含有表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3的组合物的使用方法，其特征在于使用上述组合物防治植物病害。
