本发明属于环氧树脂胶黏剂的制备技术领域,具体涉及应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,汽车零件之间大多数是采用焊接,铆接,螺栓紧固连接,胶接四大主流形式,而对于物流车、冷藏车及其他一部分侧板不受强烈外力作用的车辆,我们可以全面采取胶接或胶接、铆接混合使用的方式来提升粘结性能,同时达到轻量化的效果。
以汽车点焊为例,在焊接过程中极易出现穿孔、漏焊、焊接变形等情况,这就导致汽车的整体质量下降,严重时可能引起车身的强度不合格,部分功能组件失效。
CN112358838A公开了一种双组份环氧结构胶胶黏剂,由A组份与B组份组成,其原料组份以质量百分数计包括:A组份包括:环氧树脂40-60%、增塑剂5-10%、增韧剂20-40%、填料10-20%;B组份包括:环氧固化剂20-35%、助剂10-20%、增塑剂10-25%、填料35-45%;使用时,将A组份与B组份按照质量比3:1混合,得到一种双组份结构胶,剪切强度和剥离强度高。此胶黏剂向环氧树脂基体中引入了增韧剂,以物理共混的形式存在于环氧树脂中,在对汽车零部件粘结并长期使用后,胶黏剂内部容易出现相分离,导致粘合力大大降低。
CN107987767A公开了一种环氧树脂胶黏剂及应用,该环氧树脂胶黏剂由重量比为100:(40-50)的A组分和B组分混合而成,A组份包括80-100份环氧树脂和20-30份增韧剂;B组分包括80-100份胺类固化剂;所述增韧剂包括带有可与所述胺类固化剂反应的端基基团的改性树脂,所述端基基团选自环氧基、丙烯酸基、异氰酸酯基、丙烯酸酯基中的一种或几种。该胶黏剂室温固化速度快,硬度提升明显,机械强度高,用于风能叶片结构粘接及修补效果显著。此胶黏剂引入了环氧基、丙烯酸基、异氰酸酯基、丙烯酸酯基,但固化剂使用的是胺类固化剂,胺类固化剂与上述基团的反应速度极快,在引入到汽车零部件粘结时,由于较快的固化速度极可能会导致粘结质量下降,操作过程不容易控制。
CN103305170A公开了一种双组份胶黏剂组合物及其制备方法,由A组分和B组分组成;A组分中含有环氧树脂混合物、第一增韧剂、填料和触变剂,B组分中含有第二增韧剂、常温固化剂、高温固化剂和促进剂;第二增韧剂为端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯和/或端羧基丁腈橡胶。制备的胶黏剂组合物,具有高粘结强度、高耐热性、低吸水性和高抗冲击性,能满足汽车结构件连接用结构胶的使用要求,通过引入多种形式的环氧树脂及增韧改性剂,提高了粘合剂的粘结强度和功能特性,由于所用助剂较多,施工过程中步骤比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,应用于汽车零部件的连接,粘结性好,整体减轻汽车部件的重量;本发明还提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂:是由A组分和B组分混合制成的,所述的A组分为端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体和环氧树脂的混合物,B组分包括扩链交联剂和催化剂。
所述的端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体和环氧树脂的质量比为1:3-1:8。
扩链交联剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙三醇、三羟基丙烷中的一种。
催化剂为2-甲基咪唑、2-苯基咪唑、1-苯基-2-甲基咪唑中的一种。
环氧树脂为EP-51、EP-44、EP-35、EP-31中的一种。
端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将多元醇加热至90-130℃并持续搅拌,并在0.01-0.1MPa真空脱泡1-3h,将脱泡后的多元醇冷却至室温,再向多元醇中加入二异氰酸酯,搅拌0.5-1h,得到NCO含量为5-15%的端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体。
二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)中的一种。
多元醇为聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇。
多元醇为聚己内酯二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇、聚己二酸一缩二乙二醇、聚氧化乙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇的其中一种或多种。
所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体加入到环氧树脂,并搅拌0.5-2h,得到A组分;
(2)制备B组分:将扩链交联剂和催化剂混合,搅拌加热,取出,得到B组分;
(3)在使用时,将A组分和B组分按照质量比15:1-25:1混合,即可得到。
具体的,所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:称取一定含量的多元醇在三口烧瓶中先进行脱泡处理(去除多元醇中的水分子和空气),即将多元醇加入到三口烧瓶中,加热到120℃并持续搅拌,搅拌过程中连接真空泵进行脱泡,处理时间为2h,将脱泡处理后的多元醇冷却至室温,再向多元醇中加入固定量的二异氰酸酯,搅拌0.5h,即得到得到NCO含量为5-10%的端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体。
(2)制备A组分:将端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体加入到环氧树脂,并搅拌1-2h,得到A组分;
(3)制备B组分:在三口烧瓶中加入催化剂、扩链交联剂进行混合搅拌(根据催化剂、扩链交联剂选择合适的加热温度),搅拌0.5h后取出,得到B组分;
(4)在使用时,将A组分和B组分混合,即可得到。
本发明的端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体的制备,当原料为二元醇和TDI时,反应机理如下所示:

本发明所述的A组分为将端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体加入到环氧树脂,B组分为催化剂和扩链交联剂,扩链交联剂与端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体、环氧树脂的固化反应机理(以TDI型聚氨酯预聚体、三羟甲基丙烷为例):

本发明的端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体中的-NCO活性基团在固化反应中不仅仅是只与扩链交联剂的-OH反应,在环氧树脂开环后同样能够与开环产生的-OH发生反应,生成更复杂的分子网络交联体系。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,引入聚氨酯,能够降低环氧树脂固化后的脆性,使板材接触面拥有一定弹性,在胶黏剂作用面受到急剧外力作用时,能够缓冲一部分外力冲击,不会使板材接触面瞬间失效。
(2)传统的聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂常用的固化剂分醇类、胺类两种固化剂,胺类固化剂在进行固化反应时产生较大的热量、反应迅速,不容易控制,本发明制备的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,采用醇类固化剂作为树脂固化剂,协同咪唑类催化剂,在进行车厢、零部件粘结时比较容易控制,且能够在较低温度下进行树脂固化。
(3)本发明制备的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,在对车厢板材连接时,胶接能够全面或部分替代焊接、铆接、螺接等连接形式,且胶接的连接方式增大了连接件的接触面积,能够提供比焊接、铆接、螺接等形式的连接更高的附着力,施工过程也比较简单,易操作。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体:称取200g聚四氢呋喃二醇(相对分子质量为2000)在三口烧瓶中先进行脱泡处理(去除多元醇中的水分子和空气),即将聚四氢呋喃二醇加入到三口烧瓶中搅拌,加热到120℃,同时连接真空泵进行脱泡(真空度为0.05-0.1MPa),脱泡处理时间为2h,将脱泡处理后的多元醇冷却至室温,再向多元醇中加入42.7g甲苯二异氰酸酯,搅拌0.5h,即得到端异氰酸酯基含量(NCO含量)为5%的聚氨酯预聚体。
(2)制备A组分:取50g端异氰酸酯基含量(NCO含量)为5%的聚氨酯预聚体加入到300g的EP-51环氧树脂中,搅拌1h后静置,即能到具有异氰酸酯活性基团和环氧基团的A组分。
(3)制备B组分:在150℃的三口烧瓶中加入催化剂2-甲基咪唑15g、扩链交联剂1.4-丁二醇2.63g进行混合,搅拌0.5h后取出备用即可。
(4)在使用时,将A组分和B组分混合,即可得到。
实施例2
所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体:称取200g聚碳酸酯二醇(相对分子质量为2000)在三口烧瓶中先进行脱泡处理(去除多元醇中的水分子和空气),即将聚碳酸酯二醇加入到三口烧瓶中搅拌,加热到120℃,同时连接真空泵进行脱泡(真空度为0.05-0.1MPa),脱泡处理时间为2h,将脱泡处理后的多元醇冷却至室温,再向多元醇中加入74.4g甲苯二异氰酸酯,搅拌0.5h,即得到端异氰酸酯基含量(NCO含量)为10%的聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)制备A组分:取50g端异氰酸酯基含量(NCO含量)为10%的聚氨酯预聚体加入到300g的EP-51环氧树脂中,搅拌1h后静置,即能到具有异氰酸酯活性基团和环氧基团的A组分;
(3)制备B组分:在150℃的三口烧瓶中加入催化剂2-甲基咪唑15g、扩链交联剂一缩二乙二醇5.25g进行混合,搅拌0.5h后取出备用即可。
(4)在使用时,将A组分和B组分混合,即可得到。
实施例3
所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体:称取200g聚己内酯二醇(相对分子质量为2000)在三口烧瓶中先进行脱泡处理(去除多元醇中的水分子和空气),即将聚己内酯二醇加入到三口烧瓶中搅拌,加热到120℃,同时连接真空泵进行脱泡(真空度为0.05-0.1MPa),脱泡处理时间为2h,将脱泡处理后的多元醇冷却至室温,再向多元醇中加入74.4g甲苯二异氰酸酯,搅拌0.5h,即得到端异氰酸酯基含量(NCO含量)为10%的聚氨酯预聚体;
(2)制备A组分:取100g端异氰酸酯基含量(NCO含量)为10%的聚氨酯预聚体加入到300g的EP-44环氧树脂中,搅拌1h后静置,即能到具有异氰酸酯活性基团和环氧基团的A组分;
(3)制备B组分:在150℃的三口烧瓶中加入催化剂2-甲基咪唑15g、扩链交联剂乙二醇10.5g进行混合,搅拌0.5h后取出备用即可。
(4)在使用时,将A组分和B组分混合,即可得到。
对比例1:
一种树脂胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:取350g的EP-51环氧树脂,搅拌1h后静置,即能到具有环氧基团的A组分;
(2)制备B组分:在150℃的三口烧瓶中加入催化剂2-甲基咪唑15g备用即可。
为测试实施例1-3和对比例1制备的胶黏剂的机械强度性能,分别采取钢片、铝片单面拼接的方法进行,测试样片不少于5片,取算术平均值并观察试片的破坏特征。其检测结果,如表1所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:是由A组分和B组分混合制成的,所述的A组分为端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体和环氧树脂的混合物,B组分包括扩链交联剂和催化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:所述的端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体和环氧树脂的质量比为1:3-1:8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:扩链交联剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、一缩二乙二醇、丙三醇、三羟基丙烷中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:催化剂为2-甲基咪唑、2-苯基咪唑、1-苯基-2-甲基咪唑中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:环氧树脂为EP-51、EP-44、EP-35、EP-31中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将多元醇加热至90-130℃并持续搅拌,并在0.01-0.1MPa真空脱泡1-3h,将脱泡后的多元醇冷却至室温,再向多元醇中加入二异氰酸酯,搅拌0.5-1h,得到NCO含量为5-15%的端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:二异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯中的一种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:多元醇为聚酯多元醇和/或聚醚多元醇。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂,其特征在于:多元醇为聚己内酯二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇、聚己二酸一缩二乙二醇、聚氧化乙烯二醇、聚四氢呋喃二醇的其中一种或多种。
10.一种权利要求1-9任一项所述的应用于汽车零部件连接的改性环氧树脂胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备A组分:将端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体加入到环氧树脂,并搅拌0.5-2h,得到A组分;
(2)制备B组分:将扩链交联剂和催化剂混合,搅拌加热,取出,得到B组分;
(3)在使用时,将A组分和B组分按照质量比15:1-25:1混合,即可得到。
