Abstract
本发明公开了一种球形阀杆阀门,包括阀座、与阀座连接的阀体、设置在阀座内的阀芯以及设置在阀体内阀杆,阀杆上设置有球形扩大部,球形扩大部与阀体的内壁间隔设置且所述球形扩大部与所述阀体的内壁形成密封空腔,所述阀体与所述球形扩大部接触的位置均堆焊硬质合金,所述密封空腔用于填充密封脂;本发明在阀杆上设置球形扩大部,并在球形扩大部的与阀体的内壁之间设置用于填充密封脂的密封空腔,在保证阀杆可以转动的情况下完成阀杆与阀体之间的密封,此外,阀体与球形扩大部上下接触的位置采用堆焊硬质合金,不仅使得阀体与阀杆的进一步密封,还减少了球形扩大部在转动过程中与阀体之间的磨损,进一步延长了阀门的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,特别是涉及一种球形阀杆阀门。
背景技术
阀门是用来开闭管路、控制流向、调节和控制输送介质的参数(温度、压力和流量)的管路附件,衡量阀门性能的主要参数就是密封性能,密封性能又分为内漏(阀门阀座与密封圈之间的泄漏,泄露后介质由阀门一端渗漏至阀门另外一端,但介质都在管道内部)和外漏,外漏是阀门填料密封失效,导致管道内的介质泄漏到阀门外部环境中,造成安全事故或人身伤害。
阀门的外漏主要是由于密封填料失效造成的,由于阀门动作(开关或是调节)需要驱动装置先驱动阀杆,阀杆再将驱动装置输出的驱动力传输给阀门执行原件(例如:蝶阀的蝶板、球阀的球芯、闸阀的闸板等),阀杆在传输动力的同时自身也会产生旋转或是升降运动,这就给密封带来了一定的困难,动密封的难度远远大于静密封难度。
目前现行的技术主要是采用石墨填料或是PTFE等塑胶或是橡胶填料,由于该类型填料与金属之间的密封是通过对其施加一个大的压紧力,使其轴向尺寸变小,径向尺寸增加,强力挤压阀杆实现密封,挤压的力必须大于管道内部介质的压力,不然阀门内部的介质就会克服掉这个挤压的力,从阀杆与密封填料之间向外部泄漏。
由于该类型的填料持续受大力挤压,与阀杆的摩擦力大,磨损快,一旦磨损,填料与阀杆之间的压紧力又不够,就会产生泄漏,所以就需要人为的去压紧填料螺栓,增加填料的压紧力,一旦阀门开关或是调节频率高,需要不断的人为去操作压紧填料,在一些危险介质的输送(例如:有毒有害、易燃易爆)发生外漏后人为操作是很危险的。所以如何才能保障阀杆密封填料的经久耐用,是衡量阀门产品质量的关键。
由于上述缺陷的存在,目前有技术通过动负载填料来弥补人为操作,就是在填料螺栓的位置加装弹簧,使其一直处于一定的力的作用下,当填料磨损后弹簧的力施加给填料,使填料补偿,这样的方法能够减少人为的操作次数,但预先放置在阀门内部的填料有着一个固定的量,超过一定时间达到全部磨损后或是超出弹簧预紧力范围后始终会泄漏,就需要人为的停机更换填料,给系统生产带来不必要的停机和安全隐患,增加阀门使用企业的维护成本或现场作业人员的危险程度。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种球形阀杆阀门,来解决现有阀门密封效果不佳,使用寿命过短的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种球形阀杆阀门,达到提高阀门的密封性和使用寿命的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
一种球形阀杆阀门,包括阀座、与所述阀座连接的阀体、设置在所述阀座内的阀芯以及设置在所述阀体内阀杆,所述阀杆上设置有球形扩大部,所述球形扩大部与所述阀体的内壁间隔设置且所述球形扩大部与所述阀体的内壁形成密封空腔,所述阀体与所述球形扩大部接触的位置均堆焊硬质合金,所述密封空腔用于填充密封脂。
优选地,所述阀体上设置有注脂阀,所述注脂阀与所述密封空腔连通。
优选地,所述阀体与所述阀杆之间设置有安装腔,所述安装腔位于所述密封空腔上部,所述安装腔内设置有与所述阀体内壁连接的上填料主体、设置在所述上填料主体上方的弹簧座以及设置在所述弹簧座上并与所述阀体内壁抵靠且处于压缩状态的弹簧。
优选地,所述上填料主体与所述弹簧座以及所述阀体内壁之间设置有石墨。
优选地,所述阀杆与所述阀体的内壁从上到下依次设置有平面轴承和阀杆轴承,所述平面轴承位于所述球形扩大端的上部,所述阀杆轴承位于所述球形扩大端的下部。
优选地,所述平面轴承与所述阀体的上下内壁之间设置有防吹出环。
优选地,所述阀杆顶部设置有用于驱动所述阀杆转动的驱动装置。
优选地,所述驱动装置与所述阀杆之间设置有连接盘。
优选地,所述阀座与所述阀芯之间设置有密封圈。
优选地,所述阀芯为蝶板。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
1.本发明在阀杆上设置球形扩大部,并在球形扩大部的与阀体的内壁之间设置用于填充密封脂的密封空腔,在保证阀杆可以转动的情况下完成阀杆与阀体之间的密封,此外,阀体与球形扩大部上下接触的位置采用堆焊硬质合金,不仅使得阀体与阀杆的进一步密封,还减少了球形扩大部在转动过程中与阀体之间的磨损,进一步延长了阀门的使用寿命。

本发明的目的是提供一种球形阀杆阀门,达到提高阀门的密封性和使用寿命的目的。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参考图1,一种球形阀杆阀门,包括阀座2、与所述阀座2连接的阀体1、设置在所述阀座2内的阀芯以及设置在所述阀体1内阀杆5,所述阀杆5上设置有球形扩大部,所述球形扩大部与所述阀体1的内壁间隔设置且所述球形扩大部与所述阀体4的内壁形成密封空腔11,所述阀体1与所述球形扩大部接触的位置均堆焊硬质合金7,所述密封空腔11用于填充密封脂;本发明在阀杆5上设置球形扩大部,并在球形扩大部的与阀体1的内壁之间设置用于填充密封脂的密封空腔11,在保证阀杆5可以转动的情况下完成阀杆与阀体1之间的密封,此外,阀体4与球形扩大部上下接触的位置采用堆焊硬质合金7,不仅使得阀体1与阀杆的进一步密封,还减少了球形扩大部在转动过程中与阀体1之间的磨损,进一步延长了阀门的使用寿命。
参考图1,阀体1上设置有注脂阀12,注脂阀12与密封空腔11连通;通过注脂阀12向密封空腔11内注入密封脂。
参考图1,阀体1与阀杆5之间设置有安装腔,安装腔位于密封空腔11上部,安装腔内设置有与阀体1内壁连接的上填料主体13、设置在上填料主体13上方的弹簧座14以及设置在弹簧座14上并与阀体1内壁抵靠且处于压缩状态的弹簧9;弹簧9处于压缩状态,保证弹簧座14与上填料主体13之间,上填料主体13与球形扩大部之间处于紧密贴合状态,进一步提高了阀杆5与阀体1之间的密封效果。
参考图1,上填料主体13与弹簧座14以及阀体1内壁之间设置有石墨8;石墨8一方面保证了上填料主体13与弹簧座14以及阀体1之间的密封,同时石墨8本身的强度保证了其对于弹簧座14的支撑作用,且石墨8不易发生形变避免了三者之间缝隙的产生,变相的提高了阀杆与阀体1的密封性。
参考图1,阀杆5与阀体1的内壁从上到下依次设置有平面轴承16和阀杆轴承6,平面轴承16位于球形扩大端的上部,阀杆轴承6位于球形扩大端的下部;进一步的,平面轴承16设置在阀杆5靠近顶端的区域,阀杆轴承6设置在阀杆5靠近底端的区域,保证阀杆5的顺利旋转。
参考图1,平面轴承16与阀体1的上下内壁之间设置有防止吹出环15。
参考图1,阀杆5顶部设置有用于驱动阀杆5转动的驱动装置17。
参考图1,驱动装置17与阀杆5之间设置有连接盘10。

1.一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,包括阀座、与所述阀座连接的阀体、设置在所述阀座内的阀芯以及设置在所述阀体内阀杆,所述阀杆上设置有球形扩大部,所述球形扩大部与所述阀体的内壁间隔设置且所述球形扩大部与所述阀体的内壁形成密封空腔,所述阀体与所述球形扩大部接触的位置均堆焊硬质合金,所述密封空腔用于填充密封脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述阀体上设置有注脂阀,所述注脂阀与所述密封空腔连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述阀体与所述阀杆之间设置有安装腔,所述安装腔位于所述密封空腔上部,所述安装腔内设置有与所述阀体内壁连接的上填料主体、设置在所述上填料主体上方的弹簧座以及设置在所述弹簧座上并与所述阀体内壁抵靠且处于压缩状态的弹簧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述上填料主体与所述弹簧座以及所述阀体内壁之间设置有石墨。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述阀杆与所述阀体的内壁从上到下依次设置有平面轴承和阀杆轴承,所述平面轴承位于所述球形扩大端的上部,所述阀杆轴承位于所述球形扩大端的下部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述平面轴承与所述阀体的上下内壁之间设置有防吹出环。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述阀杆顶部设置有用于驱动所述阀杆转动的驱动装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述驱动装置与所述阀杆之间设置有连接盘。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述阀座与所述阀芯之间设置有密封圈。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种球形阀杆阀门,其特征在于,所述阀芯为蝶板。
