背景技术
木棉纤维具有中腔大、保暖性好、质地轻的特点,纤维的中空度高达80-90%,可作为保暖材料用于成衣夹层。但是,该类纤维也存在强度低、持久回弹性差,容易出现局部破洞和迅速被压扁的情况,保暖和舒适功能衰减较快。在公告号CN103046230B的中国专利中,披露了熔喷纤维与木棉纤维在线复合的制造方法及其保暖材料,通过木棉纤维网、熔喷纤维网、纺粘纤维网进行复合,形成保暖材料,由于木棉纤维网中纤维间并无其他结合作用,仅靠木棉纤维之间的摩擦力难以形成稳定絮料,同时难以增加絮料厚度。此外,该发明由于熔喷纤维网和纺粘纤维网通常由聚丙烯化合物组成,为单一组分纤维网,难以获得优良的弹性回复性,同时纺粘纤维网并未经过热轧工序,刚性也较差,受到外力后,更易传导到木棉纤维网层,造成木棉纤维被压扁,影响保暖性。

木棉纤维:30-80%;
三维卷曲中空纤维:20-40%;
热粘合纤维:5-10%。
进一步的,三维卷曲中空纤维为三维卷曲中空聚酯纤维。
进一步的,热粘合纤维为聚乙烯/聚丙烯双组份低熔点热粘合纤维。
进一步的,三维卷曲中空纤维的线密度为1.5-6D。
进一步的,纤维网层的面密度为30-200g/m2。
进一步的,弹性体层的面密度为5-10g/m2。
进一步的,纺粘布层的面密度为5-10g/m2。
本发明采用三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维增强纤维网层的三维空间状态,减少对木棉纤维的挤压,同时改善回弹性。采用热粘合纤维在热风作用下实现对纤维网层的加固,增大纤维网层的耐压性,减少对木棉纤维的破坏,利于保持保暖性。通过在纤维网层上表面设置纺粘布层,纺粘布刚性较好,可以减少保温材料在受到外力作用后的应力集中,减少局部木棉纤维受到较大压力,同时有助于改善回弹性;通过在纺粘布层上表面设置弹性体层,增强保温材料的弹性回复性,减少纤维网层形变时间,保护纤维网层以及木棉纤维。纺粘布层的刚性结构和弹性体层的弹性回复性结构,对纤维网层起到双重保护,使得受到外力时,形变减小;同时,外力去除后,弹性回复性增强。
本发明也涉及上述保暖材料的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a. 将木棉纤维、三维卷曲中空纤维和热粘合纤维经均匀混和后,经气流成网制成纤维网。
b. 在纺粘布层表面涂覆涂层浆,烘干后,在150-170℃焙烘1.5-3mins。
c. 把经步骤b处理的织物分别覆盖在经步骤a处理的纤维网的一侧,在130-140℃处理1-2mins,通过热粘合纤维实现纤维网的加固以及纤维网与纺粘布的粘合,得到本实施例。
在本生产方法中,步骤b中涂层涤纶水刺布在150-170℃焙烘,这是由于聚氨酯涂层通常在150℃及以上能够有较好的交联固化效果,而PE/PP热粘合纤维在150℃以上时,会损伤PP纤维,不利于实现热粘合效果。因此本发明首先将涂层涤纶水刺布经步骤b的150℃处理,实现固化交联,之后经步骤c的130-140℃处理,该温度为热粘合纤维达到热粘合效果的处理温度,由此实现本发明。
进一步的,步骤b中,处理条件为在150℃焙烘3mins。
进一步的,步骤c中,处理条件为在138℃处理1.5mins。

具体实施方式
下面将通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
由于《FZ/T 64003 喷胶棉絮片》的测试方法中,测试压片和试样的尺寸均为200mm×200mm,难以体现本发明设置弹性体层和纺粘布层后对纤维网层中木棉纤维的保护作用,故在对本发明的保暖材料进行测试时,试样的尺寸调整为300mm×300mm,工作台的面积为500 mm×500mm,测试方法中其它内容不变。本发明采用该改进方法测试压缩率和回复率。
实施例1
参见图1所示,一种多组分智能保暖材料,一种多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料,包括纤维网层3、纺粘布层2、弹性体层1,纤维网层1的上表面设置纺粘布层2,纤维网层1的面密度为50g/m2,纺粘布层2的面密度为8g/m2,纺粘布层2的上表面设置弹性体层3,弹性体层3的面密度为6g/m2,弹性体层3为聚氨酯涂层,纺粘布层2为聚丙烯纺粘布,纤维网层1选用纤维原料,其组分和质量分数如下:
木棉纤维:60%;
三维卷曲中空纤维:30%;
热粘合纤维:10%;
三维卷曲中空纤维为三维卷曲中空聚酯纤维,三维卷曲中空纤维的线密度为1.5D,热粘合纤维为聚乙烯/聚丙烯双组份低熔点热粘合纤维,线密度为2D。
本发明采用三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维增强纤维网层1的三维空间状态,减少对木棉纤维的挤压,同时改善回弹性。采用热粘合纤维在热风作用下实现对纤维网层的加固,增大纤维网层的耐压性,减少对木棉纤维的破坏,利于保持保暖性。通过在纤维网层1上表面设置纺粘布层2,纺粘布刚性较好,可以减少保温材料在受到外力作用后的应力集中,减少局部木棉纤维受到较大压力,同时有助于改善回弹性;通过在纺粘布层2上表面设置弹性体层1,增强保温材料的弹性回复性,减少纤维网层形变时间,保护纤维网层以及木棉纤维。纺粘布层2的刚性结构和弹性体层1的弹性回复性结构,对纤维网层起到双重保护,使得受到外力时,形变减小;同时,外力去除后,弹性回复性增强。
采用《GB/T 10295 绝热材料稳态热阻及有关特性的测定 热流计法》进行测试,导热系数为0.023W/(m ▪K),具有良好的隔热性能。
通过本发明改进后的《FZ/T 64003 喷胶棉絮片》进行测试,未设置纺粘布层2和弹性体层1时,压缩率为75.1%,回复率为50.6%,可见其压缩后,回复性较差。设置纺粘布层4和弹性体层5后,压缩率为52.3%,回复率为84.1%,可见压缩后,回复性具有明显提高,同时由于压缩率降低,保暖材料受挤压后形变较小,因此,对木棉纤维的破坏小,更利于保持保暖材料的保暖性。
本实施例的生产方法为:
a. 将60%木棉纤维、30%三维卷曲中空纤维和10%热粘合纤维经均匀混和后,经气流成网制成50g/m2纤维网。
b. 在8g/m2的纺粘布层表面涂覆BAYPRET NANO PU纳米聚氨酯整理剂,烘干后,在150℃焙烘3mins,纳米聚氨酯涂层的面密度为6g/m2。
c. 把经步骤b处理的织物分别覆盖在经步骤a处理的纤维网的一侧,在138℃处理1.5mins,通过热粘合纤维实现纤维网的加固以及纤维网与纺粘布的粘合,得到本实施例。
在本生产方法中,步骤b中涂层涤纶水刺布在150℃焙烘,这是由于聚氨酯涂层通常在150℃及以上能够有较好的交联固化效果,而PE/PP热粘合纤维在150℃时,会损伤PP纤维,不利于实现热粘合效果。因此本发明首先将涂层涤纶水刺布经步骤b的150℃处理,实现固化交联,之后经步骤c的138℃处理,该温度为热粘合纤维达到热粘合效果的处理温度,由此实现本发明。
Claims (10)
1.一种多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料,其特征在于,包括纤维网层、纺粘布层、弹性体层,所述纤维网层的上表面设置所述纺粘布层,所述纺粘布层的上表面设置所述弹性体层,所述弹性体层为聚氨酯涂层,所述纺粘布层为聚丙烯纺粘布,所述纤维网层选用纤维原料,其组分和质量分数如下:
木棉纤维:30-80%;
三维卷曲中空纤维:20-40%;
热粘合纤维:5-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料,其特征在于,所述三维卷曲中空纤维为三维卷曲中空聚酯纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料,其特征在于,所述热粘合纤维为聚乙烯/聚丙烯双组份低熔点热粘合纤维。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料,其特征在于,所述三维卷曲中空纤维的线密度为1.5-6D。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料,其特征在于,所述纤维网层的面密度为30-200g/m2。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料,其特征在于,所述弹性体层的面密度为5-10g/m2。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料,其特征在于,所述纺粘布层的面密度为5-10g/m2。
8.权利要求1-3任一项所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 将木棉纤维、三维卷曲中空纤维和热粘合纤维经均匀混和后,经气流成网制成纤维网;
b. 在纺粘布层表面涂覆涂层浆,烘干后,在150-170℃焙烘1.5-3mins;
c. 把经步骤b处理的织物分别覆盖在经步骤a处理的纤维网的一侧,在130-140℃处理1-2mins,通过热粘合纤维实现纤维网的加固以及纤维网与纺粘布的粘合,得到本实施例。
9.权利要求8所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤b中,处理条件为在150℃焙烘3mins。
10.权利要求8所述的多组分耐压回弹性好的保暖材料的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤c中,处理条件为在138℃处理1.5mins。
