Abstract
本发明一种热管理控制模块,外壳体内设置有两个相互独立的阀腔,外壳体上设置有与阀腔相连通的接口件,阀腔内分别装置有由驱动机构驱动旋转的转阀,转阀的外壁上设置有阀口,接口件连通至阀腔内的开口端与阀口滑动接触。本发明一种热管理控制模块,具有大流量、高集成度的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热管理控制模块,尤其是涉及一种通过转阀结构实现流量控制、进而实现对车辆进行热管理的控制模块,属于控制阀相关技术领域。
背景技术
目前,随着新能源车技术的不断进步,新能源车辆单位里程费用越来越低,这对燃油车的生存空间提出了极大的挑战。为此,燃油车开始利用热管理系统来降低车辆油耗,如中国专利CN215444214U公开的“一种发动机热管理系统及车辆”,其利用排气热量回收模块和热管理控制模块来调节散热,且其热管理控制模块包括热管理控制器、温度传感器和多个电磁阀,因此作为其核心的热管理控制模块需要依赖多个电磁阀的配合进行协调控制,不但导致结构复杂,不利于将其安装于发动机舱内,且控制流程繁琐,不利于应用于不同类型的车辆上,导致其通用性不足。尤其是对于工程车辆等大功率商用车而言,由于其功率大、发热量高,因此需要大量的冷却液参与热循环,常规的电磁阀由于其导通截面积受限,因此上述基于电磁阀构成的热管理控制模块无法满足大功率商用车上的大流量需求。为此,亟需一种能够解决上述问题的热管理控制模块。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种应用于大流量环境下且集成度高的热管理控制模块,其可适用于大功率商用车等应用场合。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种热管理控制模块,外壳体内设置有两个相互独立的阀腔,外壳体上设置有与阀腔相连通的接口件,阀腔内分别装置有由驱动机构驱动旋转的转阀,转阀的外壁上设置有阀口, 接口件连通至阀腔内的开口端与阀口滑动接触。
优选的,所述转阀包含有一筒状结构的阀芯筒,阀芯筒的一端封堵,另一端为进液口,上述阀腔的开口端上压合的进液接头正对上述阀芯筒的进液口。
优选的,所述阀芯筒的外壁上凸起形成有凸环,阀口设置于凸环上,上述凸环于阀腔的内壁互动接触配合。
优选的,驱动机构的驱动轴穿过外壳体后插置于阀芯筒的封堵端驱动相连。
优选的,所述进液接头的进液孔上嵌置有滤网,上述转阀的进液口正对进液接头的进液孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明基于两组转阀替代常规的多个电磁阀,转阀结构导通截面更大,因此可实现大流量冷却循环,从而适用于大功率商用车场合;并且转阀结构更为紧凑,调节更为方便,并且通过转阀旋转的角度还可方便的实现不同阶段下的流量控制,尤其是通过水泵一的引入可实现大流量强化冷却,从而极大的提高了其调节能力;同时,转阀等部件均可集中于同一壳体上进行整体安装,不但方便了其装配使用,且在各个不同类型车辆上通过更换不同油口截面大小的转阀即可轻松实现不用调节需求的应用。

实施方式
参见图1~12,本发明涉及的一种热管理控制模块,包含有外壳体1,所述外壳体1内设置有两个相互独立的阀腔,外壳体1上设置的接口件A1(11)、接口件B1(12)和接口件C1(13)与一阀腔相连通,接口件A2(21)、接口件B2(22)、接口件C2(23)与另一阀腔相连通,转阀一2和转阀二3分别插置于两个阀腔内,外壳体1上安装的转阀驱动机构一4和转阀驱动机构二5分别驱动转阀一2和转阀二3旋转。
具体的讲,转阀一2和转阀二3结构类似,均包含有一阀芯筒31,阀芯筒31的一端封堵,另一端为进液口P,阀芯筒31封堵端的底部外壁设置有驱动槽32,构成转阀驱动机构(4、5)的驱动轴41插入驱动槽32内实现键连接,从而通过驱动轴41驱动转阀(2、3)旋转,所述阀芯筒31的外部上设置有第一凸环33和第二凸环34,第一凸环33和第二凸环34的外壁均与阀腔的内部滑动接触。同时转阀驱动机构上均设置有驱动装置42(如电机)和减速装置43(如齿轮减速器),驱动装置42经减速装置43与驱动轴41上的传动齿轮44啮合传动,从而实现集成式结构的转阀驱动机构。
所述转阀一2的第一凸环33上设置有阀口A1(51)和阀口B1(52),第二凸环34上设置有阀口C1(53),且阀口A1(51)、阀口B1(52)以及接口件A1(11)、接口件B1(12)位于同一圆周面上,阀口C1(53)与接口件C1(13)位于同一圆周面上;
所述转阀二3的第一凸环33上设置有阀口A2(61)和阀口B2(62),第二凸环34上设置有阀口C2(63),且阀口A2(61)、阀口B2(62)以及接口件A2(21)、接口件B2(22)位于同一圆周面上,阀口C2(63)和接口件C2(23)位于同一圆周面上;
从而当驱动轴41驱动转阀(2、3)旋转时,可通过阀口与接口件的滑动配合实现对阀口的开启和闭合,以及通过转阀(2、3)的旋转角度控制从不同阀口导出的液体流量,并且同一转阀可同时调节三个阀口的配合状态。处于不同的应用场合需求时,即根据不同的需求修改阀口在阀体上的开口位置和开口形状以实现不同的控制调节需求。
进液接头一6和进液接头二7分别安装于外壳体1的两个阀腔的开口端上,且进液接头一6和进液接头二7的进液孔上均嵌置有滤网8,上述转阀一2的阀芯筒31的开口端正对进液接头一6的进液孔,转阀二3的阀芯筒31的开口端正对进液接头二7的进液孔。
使用时,通过A组接口件(11、12、13)、B组接口件(21、22、23)、以及进液接头(6、7)与发动机、散热器、机油冷却器、暖风机等通过管路连接构成一冷却液循环回路,通过热管理控制模块的转阀一和转阀二的旋转,可实现不同回路的导通和关闭,从而实现对冷却液的循环回路控制,进而实现对发动机热量的分配利用,从而实现热管理;并且通过转阀方式不但结构更为简单、控制更为方便,而且能够匹配应用于大流量场合下。
另外:需要注意的是,上述具体实施方式仅为本专利的一优化方案,即上述的转阀旋转角度以及阀口连接选择均非唯一限制,本领域的技术人员根据上述构思所做的任何改动或改进,均在本专利的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种热管理控制模块,其特征在于:外壳体内设置有两个相互独立的阀腔,外壳体上设置有与阀腔相连通的接口件,阀腔内分别装置有由驱动机构驱动旋转的转阀,转阀的外壁上设置有阀口, 接口件连通至阀腔内的开口端与阀口滑动接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种热管理控制模块,其特征在于:所述转阀包含有一筒状结构的阀芯筒,阀芯筒的一端封堵,另一端为进液口,上述阀腔的开口端上压合的进液接头正对上述阀芯筒的进液口。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种热管理控制模块,其特征在于:所述阀芯筒的外壁上凸起形成有凸环,阀口设置于凸环上,上述凸环于阀腔的内壁互动接触配合。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种热管理控制模块,其特征在于:驱动机构的驱动轴穿过外壳体后插置于阀芯筒的封堵端驱动相连。
5.根据权利要求2所述一种热管理控制模块,其特征在于:所述进液接头的进液孔上嵌置有滤网,上述转阀的进液口正对进液接头的进液孔。
